Great vibe today, live music, love the setting. I ate the Nachos Pizza, spicy but not so hot that there is no flavour. All the meals we've ordered were generous in portion size.

I went to Urth the other day on a search to find isolated and down to earth restaurants where you can feel grounded and at peace with your thoughts while also enjoying a great meal with great company. Our waiter Tino, was the epitome of hospitable and introduced me to orange cake, a delight I hadn't tried before . I hear they are revamping soon , can't wait to see it !

I’m so upset !!!!!!!!!! What incompetence from your waiters that I experienced. A simple taking of an order took her more than 30 mins ….that time she could see I’m pregnant ! Our table outside was not wiped ! I’m so so so upset words can’t describe. I don’t know if they treat people according to how much they can afford but I will never ever set foot there again . And it’s a pity because it’s a beautiful establishment.

Awesome venue, good food, but had only ONE waiter for a Saturday morning/afternoon, place was packed, so had to wait waaaaaaay to long to place orders. The only waiter on duty was great and was doing his best, but was running around like a headless chicken to try and get to everyone. Would have been four to five stars if they weren't so understaffed.

I love this nursery/conference centre/restaurant. My French poodles always welcome. I love the space, friendlt service and botanical setting. The food are ALWAYS GOOD.

Good venue, and service, looking forward to more artists performing at Urth. Only downside was the food served at the Rocco de Villiers show.

We had a great experience with a Saturday brunch. Food was full of flavour (best vegan breakfast I’ve ever had!), fairly priced and well portioned. The attention to small detail was very appreciated, eg. the flower garnish. Good variety on the menu as well. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend :)

Loved it. The food is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is calm, the place is beautiful and the staff is friendly and well trained. Definitely worth the visit.

We had an excellent server named Attie who remembered each person in the group's name and was able to give individual accounts. Fantastic memory. The cakes, salads and other foods was praised by all.

We had both myself and my husband's birthday Breakfast at the Buffet on 28 Jan. Great selection, was delicious. Good job guys!

Lovely place, really! Staff is very friendly. My only concern was that a few menu items weren't available and there wasn't any concessions made on the bill when i paid for the 2nd and 3rd choice options. It really makes a difference to an experience when places do this! Otherwise a lovely place for a family trip

It's just a nice place to relax and watch the kiddies play. The spaghetti bolognais can look and taste better. Good service, and I love the garden atmosphere.

Was not at the restaurant. Just went in to buy feed for the animals. Friendly and helpful staff.

Parking was a issue with at least three events happening at the same time. The food box we received was pre-packed (understandably so given the number of guests) which unfortunately left the biscuits and chips a bit soggy. The event however was well organized and the staff friendly and willing to assist.

Lovely place great menu which is affordable. Drinks are good staff a bit uninformed but overall pretty and unique

It was my first time here but I would recommend the place to everyone, a very calming place, good food, play ground for kids, party etc.. But my most impression was that they sell fresh flowers for all occasions.

First time visiting, meeting friends from Bloemfontein. Food was varied and tasty. The waitress helping us was efficient, friendly and intelligent. The tables are widely spaced under cover, trees or shade, and we (as a noisy crowd) were hopefully not too close to annoy other diners.😉 We will be back. 👍🏻🙂

Warm family ambience! My family thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast on Sunday. The buffet is so wide and scrumptious. Staff are super helpful and friendly

For a nursery is it a bit understocked. I was looking for seedlings. Could only find a few not so nursed plates. But if you looking for roses you will not be disappointed. There is an wide variety. Me on the other hand will still drive to green side.

Very nice place to visit. It has lots of neat little garden things. Plants are well cared for in the nursery.

This was the worst service I ever had eating out. The table wasn't clean at all. We cleaned it with wetwipes. The waiter took our order and we never see him again. Another waiter brought our food, but without the kiddies chips we ordered for the little one. The food wasn't very tasty either. We ordered 2 cokes and the new waiter just put 2 cans of coke on the table. No glasses, no straws. We never see a waiter again. I have to go and ask for the bill. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this place.
