Very convenient place to be but 5 star for the services there

Great mall to shop and eat, it's very safe and lot of selective shops

Its mall on the move one step at the time they will ok,government pls do something about electricity it kills our economy stop load shedding we don't owe electricity

They lack language proficiency.Shoprite and cosmetic collection staff expects everyone to speak native language yet I only understand English. Even after telling them thet insist the experience becomes a nightmare.

They have lots of shops in these mall and parking spaces are available. It is great to be in township area

Plenty of parking slots. Safe and not a lot of choices in shopping

Can get really full and the lines can be quite long. But decent variety of clothing stores. They really need to beef up security though

Lighting not adequate. Not enough security visibility. At entrance security is doing great job identifying trouble makers and denying them access

When I'm at this mall I always get bored of these boys street kids around chicken lickin, the parking lot is not safe at all because of those boys around all over the parking lot. I wonder if they are hired by twin city management or what? The other thing is the flowers in front of the chicken lickin are too high and need to be cut or plant shorter flowers because it's difficult to see cars coming opposite. The other thing is that the cars that are going to drive thru sometimes block traffic around that curve

It's a great place and has almost all the stores one would need to shop for necessities

Excellent shopping mall, everything is just right and in perfect order, nothing to complain about it, just complements, clean and very organised place, you surely have to visit this place!

Specious mall. Many shops to accommodate individuals' interests. Plenty parking. However, there are street kids who make one a bit uncomfortable as they'll want to assist in parking and guarding the car.

The service is good and I love Twin city mall because I can shop everything I want there without having to go to town. I love the fact that it has many stores, ATMs and there is always available parking space.

they dont provide more cashiers at paypoints when its salary dates , 15th, 25th 30th ect.

This is my favorite shopping mall. The service is excellent and the fact that it closed at 8 o clock make it convenient for people that are working late

Wonderful. Specials at Shoprite and Boxer are the reason people wanna crowd in there. Outside open and peaceful atmosphere and space also makes it a place to shoo at

The Toilets was dirty and service is slow waited an hour for the fast food ...The two stars is for the friendly cashier at hungry lion she was great

Always crowded... mall is very hot n steamy in an unhealthy way... maybe if there was air conditioning for ventilation it would be great.

Did not feel 100%safe..but the Mall has a nice collection of shops.

Should have more security, at gates and better access control. Booms at the gates maybe, to keep everyone safer.

I went to Cambridge foods after paying I forgot my bag on the till. After getting to the car I realized then turned back. It was in the manager's office and she ordered a security to go fetch it for me as she was busy downstairs. The lady who claimed she saw the bag asked for a bottle of drink which I bought but again when I realized later that the only two hundred note which was there is missing. I could not go back I was late as I was travelling

I can say Twin City is a family mall.. As everything a home/family needs isd found there... I love the fact that most shops are available

Bad experience at debonairs pozza was supose yo take 9min according to they system ended up on 45min for n simple double deck pizza

Near to our place so it makes our life's easy because we can go fast there when we need something

They need to tighten their security system and the rules for people who uses wheelchair is quite heavy and doesn't make sense.

The mall is right in the townships. Even though the shops are limited it's very convenient to the locals there is Shoprite and Boxer Store for grocery shopping.

I go to Roots here for delicious braai meat. Excellent customer service

As you walk in the mall you get free Wi-Fi internet access.

This is Swapo concencrated camp, just like Yeoville with no easy entrance, and it is very difficult to exit the place.

Best mall ever to get whatever you wished for, retail, clothing and wholesale

Went on a sunday morning..and just think its the perfect time for shopping😌😌

The environment is welcoming. Not much stores but you can take walk inside to do a bit of window shopping or dining
