The service was great and the staff was very friendly.

Loved the thickness of the pizza and how it didn't look like it was rushed while making it. I ordered on the app and picked it up a few time but the place operates fast even if you buy at the till. This place should be renamed to "Walk Through "

The worst service I have ever experienced from any restaurant!! Ordered pizzas, and after an hour & a half! I got a notification that I should enjoy my pizzas...... Which I haven't even received!! Then I tried calling them... After the 8th time trying to figure out whats going on!! I decided to cancel the order!! The last person I spoke to told me in a very sarcastic manner that it's my right to cancel the order from the driver if he eventually shows up next week with my pizza!! You definitely lost me as a customer! I highly recommend any other Debonairs outlet and not this one!!

Friendly people and my order was on time. I love the branch at Preller Square in Bloemfontein.

Guests from my guesthouse got 2 and a half hours later there food. Unacceptable Tselane got here after the franchise closed. When i phone to complain the shop were already closed. The guests phoned me highly upset because there were no Tselane at the gate. 21h30 and they had to go to bed hungry. Totally unaccepatable.

They promised to give me ma order in 8min, ND guess wat, it was even less than that😊 Thank u preller

Bought the real deal , asked for a bbq beef and a bbq chicken , instead got a bbq chicken and a bbq rib , when i told them its the wrong pizza they told me it was the bbq beef , yet i ordered all three flavours yesterday of the real deal so i know exactly how each one looks..dissappointing to say the least. Not to mention the cashier being friendly and when we asked if we can have extra sauce , being rude and abrupt.

U are the best but kindly state it somewhere in ur company policy that pj's and gowns are not permitted. I was so disgusted seeing this lady wearing a gown inside there on Friday the 18th.

Ordered on the app. Two hours later and 3 phone calls, and still no delivery. I live 5 minutes drive from this store. I would not reccomend anyone to order here if you want delivery.

We placed our order online 18h05 and only received our pizzas 19h50. Hour and 45 min later. We phoned the store after an hour. Were told the driver is just about to leave. Still waited 45 minutes after that. Pizzas were cold when it got here.

My order didn't take long, received great service and it was not packed

Some of its Frenchises make people wait for a quiet a long time before they receive their Pizza. Also Mr D food and Uber drivers who come to collect orders always get their orders late and wait for more than 15 minutes past the preparation time
