I can't even rate this place with 1 star, but it doesn't allow me to post unless I rate you. I bought Hake, Chips and Calamari about an hour ago. It was horrible!!!!!!!!! I threw it away immediately. The fish was mooshy, the calamari was soooo old and hard and full of oil and I received the last bit of oily crumbs of chips. I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE AWARE OF MY EXPERIENCE.

We just like any other day go and buy chips as it was our favourite place to buy..today all we asked was for the chips to be in a little bit longer as the last time we bought the chips were under done...so when we went to collect.. the staff gave us death looks... we get home... chips was nicely done but they killed it with the salt mixed with the spice and we only take spice on our chips. so I'm sorry for asking the staff to fry it a bit longer . we wont return any time soon.

The fish was ok. I ordered medium chips but I got a small portion. They were even hard to chew. I had to throw them away

This place has dead cold customer service🤢,staff at this specific fish and chips yho!.. Today to I went to fish and chips and found three ladies, two african and one white lady, soon as I got in the shop they experienced loadshedding, understandably so! Iyoh as disappointed as I was with the loadshedding the two african ladies shouted "Thank God!" Jerrr loadshedding happened just on time,said to me sorry "Darling you are late" jerr it has been all day since we stood Up and working and working Jooo" They are saying that throwing hands passing me and sat down as I found them sitted, with a huge cut of bad attitude..I froze and turned away ...passed the white lady at the door going in and I just said CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love fish and chips but I am not going back!
