The restaurant is calm and has great food. For the duration of the meal you end up forgetting that you are actually in a mall .

The food and service from the staff was amazing and I have no complaints regarding that. However, the cafe manager, Leanna, I believe, is incredibly rude to the staff. Her treatment of them is completely unacceptable. I expect more from Woolworths.

Good store with a very wide variety of stock. There are multiple floors for men and woman which was a bit confusing at first as it was not explicitly clear. There is a good vibe and the staff are helpful a d friendly. Basically you get what you'd expect from a Woolworths store.

Ordered an omelet, it was dry and burnt. The eggs and chips tasted like they used old oil.

Disappointed because there is no sizes for fuller figure woman and not happy about it at all.

Went to this particular Woolies Cafè on several occasions, And The experience honestly underwhelming compared to other Woolies Cafès: The service was slow. I couldn't order what I had initially wanted, due to loadshedding, I was bumed of out but I understood, after order an alternative meal, I was also told that I couldn't order that as well. I don't understand why I couldn't just order what I had initially wanted, cause there were generators that were on.

Absolutely unacceptable that nobody was at the bakery to assist us. We had to call a teller, EVENTUALLY, after disappearing, she came back saying that someone is on their way but still nobody came to help. We waited for about 10 minutes... nothing. Great way to lose business.

Hubby and I had brunch today, Saturday, 3rd Sept 2022. The Cafe was packed. I ordered the eggs floritine and my hubby ordered the 3 cheese omlette and 2 tall Chai lattes. The floritines were delicious. My hubby was disappointed with the omlette. It was dry and did not look appealing and no taste. The lattes were delicious and hot as always. The supervisor in the kitchen, was very loud and she told 2 kitchen staff members to leave. Which they did. I think this was very unprofessional. This should have been done out of sight of customers. The kitchen staff looked miserable and unhappy. The lady who served us, was friendly and nice.

Fail to understand why the alcohol session is written alcohol sales end 8pm when they refused to allow me to purchase alcohol after 5pm and was told alcohol sales end at 5pm even the manager wouldnt acknowledge their wrong and refused the labels are still there!

A bit lacking in terms of variety in fruits and veggies but great nonetheless

This Woolworths has an awesome cafe with good food, good coffee and very friendly service. The egg was perfectly poached, poached not coddled.

Great place to have breakfast/brunch with both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was great and the prices were reasonable.

Bought Woolworths orange juice n several times these juices are rotten although the expiry date ia still far. Woolworths pls check this. Secondly the cashiers at the clothing points (next to the customer service) r always very rude as if they own the shop. I usually just pay at the food tills.
