I waited more than 3 hours to be admitted, no communication or just an update with the hold up. Worst of all my phone charger was stolen when I changed wards and no camera footage was checked to see what or how it was stolen.

Busamed is one of the best hospitals I've ever been at..I've been in the hospital for a week now and it feels like the staff treat me like I'm one of them. They providing excellent services, don't get me wrong ne its my personal experience and i feel like it's a 5 star hotel rather then a hospital where it's supposed to be depressing. I have been in an accident I still have to be here for another week and I'm enjoying my time here. You won't be disappointed by being a patient here.

Poor service not yet even booked in at hospital nobody to admit patients to hospital I already have a negative impression of this hospital which I know who to phone for service

I was at the pharmacy this morning , no one attended me two gentlemen were busy talking between the two of them not even asking if they could help, the lady who was behind the counter was busy going up and didn't even to bother to greet me or just to say she is be busy with something she will be with me. I stood there for almost 8 minutes then I decided to left poor service 😞

I have been seeing a docter at Busamed for 4 months and 20 days and and still have not received my planned procedures date and time. I phoned them twice every week, but to no avail. Is this because I am a RMA case or something else? My employers are pushing for answers, not accepting the amount of time that has passed. Please help!

One of the BEST hospitals in Bloemfontein! If I have a choice I will never go to another hospital again. Never in a long time have I experienced staff and especially the doctors with such compassion and care for patients. Dr Isaacs and Dr Ahmad THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! Keep up the good work!

Pleasantly surprised by this new modern hospital just outside Bloemfontein. Admin staff was very efficient and the nursing staff very friendly and so helpful. Very good option if you need medical care in Bloemfontein.

I received excellent service from casualty the Dr was spot on , Thanks Dr Botha and all nurses on that shift. I was moved and admitted in the surgical ward and was allocated Dr Arko- Cobba who contacted my operations together with other Dr's , I'm thankful 🙏, from the bottom of my heart Busamed staff thank you 😊 🙏 ❤️ Please keep up the good work keep saving life's.

What an amazing hospital. TEN stars! My dad has stage IV lung cancer, and is a patient in the medical ward. The whole team looks after him as if he is a baby. All the staff are very caring, and extremely professional.

I want to thank you for all the staff that help me today with my dad admission to the hospital. From the excellent receptionist, helpful head nurse, nursing staff, Dr. Heever, Managements who went beyond his way to help my parents with transport, including Innocent the ambulance driver who also go beyond his duty to find the place The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because we had to wait for 5 hours before they start with the drips. Perhaps there was a good reson but I did not enquire about it. Thank you so much all and "Keep up the good work"
