I wish THEY WANT TO STOP SHIFTING THEIR SHELVES BECAUSE EVERY TIME WHEN I COME THERE, THINGS ARE NOT IN THE SAME SHELF AND THAT IS VERY IRRITATING !!!!! There were also this morning so less tills that were opened, the people were very irritated and said they'll rather go to Checkers or OK. PLEASE CHECK ON YOUR STAFF. One lady opened her till at 9:05 and at 9:40 she closed it again!!!! How on earth can one do that at the end of a month after 15 people were standing in the line????? And 5 of them were old people!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. I also felt that I must rather shop at Checkers from now on.

Pick n Pay Fichardtpark will always be a good shopping experience. The shop is big and the isles are wide enough. You can buy from bread to electronics. The bakery can improve.

Usually when PnP staff are asked to assist a client they have an attitude displaying that they are doing you a huge favour. Meanwhile the customer's money ensures the staff's salary: no customers, no purchases, NO INCOME, NO SALARY, NO SALARY INCREASE‼️ In all the time shopping at PnP Hyper, yesterday was the 1st ever time a black man was eager to help, causing us to buy more than we wanted. The shopping experience was fantastic. Not sure if we'll ever again get it that way at Hyper.

I only shop at PnP Wolmaranstad every 2nd day and spend approx R20 000 p/m Excellent variety! Just need to see some sushi please!

Tidy and clean, they had stock of all the specials I wanted. The lay out of the shop is a bit unorganized had to go back and forth between the aisles expecially with the cleaning products.

They have everything, and everyone is so happy to help you out. I wish I could just go there daily!

It is what you would expect from a pick n pay its quite bussy, do keep in mind that they never utilize all theyre check out points so be prepared for longer lines over the weekend and any time after 4 throughout the week

It was loadshedding and we tried to pay with card. Was declined 6 times due to signal. It is embarrassing as the other people standing in row does not understand. Please do something about it. No other shop have this problem.

Felt cold and uncomfortable being checked out cross eyed by most of the staff. The only person that greeted me was the jehovah's witness salesman guy trying to get me to buy funeral cover in the store! He wouldn't take no for an answer and I had to spell it out for him! Border line harassment. Bakery is way over priced as are the bulk chocolate "deals"!

I love shopping at Pick n Pay Hyper, only reason I give a 4 and not a 5 is after service sales assistance is poor. Personally I will never by any big electrical appliances from them again.

This is most affordable store ever found in the area. It is best situated to serve the needs of the clients around.

The service is so bad here. I stood in an express queue for over 10 minutes. Why call it an express queue then? This has happened a few times where there are only 2 ladies working there. Really bad!

The PnP Hyper is amazing but the layout of the mall itself is not ideal. There are only bathrooms on one end of the very long mall. Most shops close during load shedding. There isn't a nice sit down restaurant, only takeaway. There are some nice shops, like Contempo, Neovision and a China shop with lots of thingies.

Poor customer service... Went in to buy something that was on special waited 15 min for a supervisor to come only to he told NO Stock available, however numerous staff members had the very same product in their trolleys after about 45min to an hour order was placed online and collected the very next day at the same branch but really wouldn't go there in a hurry

Awesome store with friendly and helpful staff. From fresh produce to clothing is available with lots of parking and great prices. Also large variety of stores conveniently situated around the store to offer everything else you may need from optometrist to pharmacy and more.

I was so sad that Wimpy has closed shop there. Whereas, the blood bank services there never disappoints. Big up to the friendly security personnel who were on duty on Friday

Very nice but the store is understaffed and needs to brush up on its client interactions. Then I might have just caught them on a bad day. I found everything I needed from groceries to clothes at very reasonable and competitive prices. Definitely would recommend this store.

Pick n Pay Hypermarket Fichardtpark Bloemfontein , has the badest customer service ever do NOT ever buy a electronic device from them ! They are bad for business!!!! A warrenty doesnt mean anything to them !

When I pointed out molded tortillas they quickly reacted. they are getting a bit pricy these days. Going to have to buy bulk at Metro or something, can't keep up with pnp prices
