Willows, Bloemfontein. I always have an enjoyable experience at this mall. It houses every type of shop imaginable. My favourite is the cinema, mugg n bean and Ocean Basket. Parking is plentiful with indoor and outdoor parking which is very convenient if you coming to watch a movie as it is not far to walk from the cinema👌

Lots of parking, although it can get packed on busy days. Clean restrooms, lots of food options and a good variety of clothing stores. There is also a very good variety store (Kloppers) that sells pretty much everything except food and they are a long time tenant at the Waterfront (Since inception)

Woooww....3rd time visiting this mall whilst at Bloemfontein. The mall is huge and has lots and lots of shops. Great staff all around, the parking is well guarded and I loved mini dam(don't know what to call it exactly) in front of the wall, especially when it rained. The dish pond closer to pick n pay is marvelous

Perfect shopping centre for almost everything you could need. A variety of restaurants and food outlets. Has many activities around to do and there is an entertainment location for those that want to have fun. There is a movie centre located as well.

The layout is horrible. Most stores don’t have generators for when load shedding hits this they are forced to shut down during that period. Even the main corridors are not lit so you will be walking in the dark. Parking is also tricky. Food Court is at the far west end as opposed to being central like in most malls.

Even though this mall is always busy it is always a pleasure to walk around and browse through the shops. Some of the best eateries r here with all the banks with their atms perfectly located. Ample parking bays is available either in the open air or covered (underground)

It's definitely one of the best malls in Bloemfontein - all my favorite shops are there. Corridors are wide - movement is easy.

I felt so unwelcomed, the mall doesn’t have a seat down area for customers. I've set foot in many malls around the country, including V&A, Sandton City, and Mall of Africa, just to mention a few. These malls are endowed with entertainment and leisure spaces for customers. Loch Logan seems like it doesn’t want you there.

never disappointed, most shops are reliable and stay relevant. it's my go to mall for anything and your security itls the best, left my motorcycle in parking 2nd floor near capitec entrance came to get it at 3am and the assisted me walked me to the bike and escorted me out without fuss. I appreciate the kind service

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loch Logan Waterfront Mall provides a diverse shopping experience in a picturesque setting. With a myriad of shops to choose from, I was able to explore a wide variety of merchandise, from trendy fashion stores to unique local boutiques. The mall layout is spacious and easy to navigate, ensuring a comfortable shopping spree. While most of the establishments delivered excellent customer service, a few seemed a tad bit overwhelmed during peak hours. Nonetheless, it's a great place for both shopping and relaxation, and I look forward to my next visit.

The waterfront is a great shopping mall located next to Rose Gardens. There is also a variety of restaurants available like Ocean Basket and Spur facing the waterfront view.

The shopping centre is going backwards compared to what it used to be. Parking is getting unbelievably expensive. Some shops is opening and closing quite quickly. One don't always feel save as well

Very clean...and a little bit shy from being classy I like it ...security is acceptable, for public transport is just outside the mall at gate with automatic elevator entrance ...I like spur restaurant for the meals and mostly for the view of water outside the window,Rugby, soccer stadiums ...and cricket and tennis field are just across the road .BFN tourist center is next to the Toyota stadium rugby field ...

A very well-kept mall with a great variety of shops for which to choose. The greenery in the immediate surrounding adds to the awesome shopping experience.

The one unique thing about this mall is the lake but its doesn't seem to serve any purpose except as a backdrop for some of the restaurant's facing it. There's very little or no access to it. The signage for directions to the food court and toilets seems to missing. Food court is past Woolies at the one end (ground level). There's a decent variety of food options.

not allowed to sit down at the waterfront. my grandma who is 91 years of age was not allowed to sit down when she became light headed! this is an outrage! security told her that she was only allowed to sit down at the food court... 91 year old lady.... this is the worst I've ever witnessed at this mall. after she was told to get up we walked out of the mall and she was told that we weren't allowed to sit outside. disgrace by management!

This place is one of the most dangerous places to be especially the parking at the site of the stadium entrance, Those cap drivers always break the cars window, I have witnessed two incidents on that site while I was waiting for my wife. The security does nothing when you report those cap drivers. The other cap drivers that are around wimpy and pick 'n pay annoying me, my daughter stopped going to this mall because of those boys who force girls to use the cap. My question is are they parking for free?

Amazing mall. Definitely check out the book store ' Exclusive books'. But it's over all an amazing mall.

  • 3/5 Onkabetse M. 1 year ago on Google
I disagree it's building is not maintained well like it's used to. When there is loadshedding some parts of the mall don't have power like banks!!! Meaning to don't have capacity to power the whole mall when there is loadshedding.

What a mall. Very big. I got lost on my very first visit. It has all the shops you would be looking to find in a mall.

Lots and lots of parking space, with a great and friendly atmosphere. Food court needs more restaurants though, not sure if it's the aftermaths of COVID. But an overall great mall with water view!

  • 3/5 Natasja L. 1 year ago on Google
Not all the stores are able to stay open during loadshedding. So, if you do get there during a busy time, and the power goes off... Well its just the end of the trip and a parking nightmare when everyone tries to leave at once. Maybe a few stores could get small UPS or backups for their tills and lights. Loadshedding doesn't seem to be going anywhere. 😔 So, long term backups are a good idea.

Like many people I go to the mall only to get to kloppers. But it is not a nice experience at all. You struggle to find parking, the mall has more levels than super Mario.

The drive to the center was easy to follow through Google maps. The garage was a bit confusing. It was difficult to find the entry of the shops. Thanks to the information boards it was easy to find the different shops. We headed to the toilets. Had to look for them as we haven't been to the center before. The attractions was cod fishes.

Beautiful 😍. So big so nice, I don't wanna mention the food court. This mall is very fair and good 👍.

Waterfront used to be one of the cleanest malls in bloemfontein, but recently the clean image has taken a different turn for a not so clean area. Especially that side of the water view it could do with some maintenance, and also to leaks in the ceiling isn't so cute haiii but hopefully all those little things will be sorted out soon...

Great shopping experience. Highly recommended. The sales people at Kloppers were exceptionally helpful & in most of the stores staff were friendly.

Lorch Logan is not that bad all necessary and needed shops are there. My only complaint is that the mall doesn't have free wifi and it's a big mall, my friends and I are literally there every other week but we have to use our own data for the internet and sometimes when you go to shops that are on the lower/last level you find that there's no network cause that's basically underground, I hope someone tends to this matter.

Generally a pleasant experience to visit this Mall, but what is really annoying these days is that some of the escalators are not working. The up-going one at Kloppers, e.g., is down for at least three weeks now. And for elderly people, like my wife and I, it is not particularly charming to try and negotiate the "steps" of a stationary escalator. Where is management? Why is this particular escalator not fixed?

The SPUR was a dissapontent this time. Waited 45 min for food, and waitress was super busy. The manager was pee-occupied with only two ladies with long eyelashes. I had been ther previously, and the food was great. This time it was oily and not good... Will not go there over a weekend again!!
