Best department store in the Free State. Massive range of products. Very helpful and friendly staff who know their products. Excellent aftersales service. They reward loyalty by allowing discounts on large purchases. Only problem is that they are located in Loch Logan.

Called about an industrial paint product (plascon) obviously clueless salesman didn't know what I was talking about despite repeating myself many times. Was then told to hold....which I did for about 30 seconds then got the slam down ....not cool!

We were looking for Staples of two different sizes. We navigated the shop until we reached the place we wanted and we got what we needed in a very affordable price. The variety of things that one can buy from that place is so amazing and I would definitely recommend it for people who love shopping for multiple items from one store.

I traveled from a different town. Had the work laptop on me in my back pack. I am diabetic thus have my medication also always on me in my back pack. Reached the entrance and the security tells me I need to leave my back pack at the kiosk. I told him that I will not be leaving my back pack at the kiosk. So the whole mall i could enter with my back pack except at kloppers? Whats next they gonna keep all the purses also at the kiosk? Would I go back never. Would rather drive to George and not get harrased over my back pack.

Once again I was not treated well and the staff thoughts are is he queer as it is am not that way inclined have a happy marriage wish when I go there that the staff leave me alone. I don't need the staff to hang around me. TAKE THE PERSON'S ORDER AND LEAVE THEM ALONE PLEASE

Bought a computer gaming monitor which was relatively expensive. Got home plugged it in, and there were defects present in the first 5 minutes, promptly went back to Kloppers the very next day to return etc., unsure of how it will go down and all that. The whole exchange took less than 10 minutes, and I am currently typing this review on the replaced monitor that is defect free. Please note I could have gotten the same monitor cheaper by ordering online from another business, but if I had factory faults on first use it would have been a mission to get a exchange or refund. Well done to Kloppers staff and Business as a whole, and thanks for the extra mile you guys go!

This is a one stop all purpose shop for quality and genuine goods. You’ll never go wrong from this store. What i like most about them is the way the Klopers brothers take their business. They work as if they are hired as managers when they in fact own this unique shop

Worst experience for the third time in a row. Kloppers please remove the display items from your shelves. You as customer takes the time listening to the sales consultant and then only to find out, once you have decided what item you want, that the only one they have is the one on the shelf. You won't see me again, sorry to say!!! Just a tip if you shop at Kloppers, instead of waisting you time, ask whether they have stock and continue!!!

This business exceeded my expectations! Ordered a product from them online 15 February AFTER OFFICE HOURS. Product delivered to my door 17 February BEFORE 10am! This is not something I have ever experienced through any other online purchase. Usually wait for days, even weeks for delivery, but not with Kloppers! Keep up the EXCELLENT work!
