To be completely honest, I was very underwhelmed by my visit to this store. The overall environment in the shop feels disorganised and uninviting. The staff do not engage with customers and the management definitely isn't running and efficient system of dealing with purchases in a quick and effective manner. I definitely wouldn't recommend stopping here is you have alternate options.

ALL of the till workers/cashiers are terrible. They do not care about customers, they take their sweet little time and only attend to customers when they want to. They don't even want to do their jobs. Instead, they point fingers at who is supposed to help a customer. Their attitudes are horrible, specifically those who were working on 27 May 2021, and a particular one called James. I was not happy with the service and will never set foot in this store.

The cashiers were rude and treated the customers like they were annoying. Service is incredibly slow and it seems that a customer in need is a bother to the staff.

The staff here clearly doesn't know how to treat customers, the cashiers are always rude all the time......nothing but TERRIBLE service

This is a great place to shop on ur latest fashion ,they always have something that'll put a smile on ur face and always affordable and cheap ,I love shopping here and enjoy it very much ,and u can literally get a lot from makeup to shoes to clothes to accessories it's just super convenient

I went to collect my online order, everything went smoothly.

Items with no barcode are on the shelves and I was interested in a green T-shirt dress of OR oakridge size 38 and the cashier (eldrin) together with the other lady with no name tag were not helpful at all. We waited for 1hour 45min. Without any explanation and apology from any of them. Instead the person who was not helping us (engus) came to apologize. They came and just rang a code without even telling us the price first.

Politeness cost nothing.....I will think twice before I visit this shop again.

I visited the store MRP Loch Logan Waterfront 413 Store on the 22nd December 2022 and to my surprise I received such excellent feedback and help from MARIE FISH. She handled my situation with respect and kindness and I wish her nothing but the absolute best, I trust the store will see her efforts and great commitment to the MRP Brand and reward her for such great service. Bought a bag today. At 10:00 AM in the morning there were only 2 cashiers open. It's month end, which means a lot of people will be in the shops. 2 cashiers in progress with counting to assist helping customers. Waited 15-20 minutes before paying, I was 3rd in line. No air-conditioning in this heat. Disappointing.

I visited the Mr Price on Saturday the 04/02/23 and I received a very bad attitude from one of the employees (a lady with eyes that are not equal) and called a lady by Xola to her nonsense. I am really disappointed and don't think I will ever shop there. I left the store in so much anger.
