Very bad service. As I stood in the queue to be assisted, the cashier whi was assisting me ran out. Instead of the other lady cashier to call and assist, she ignored me and opted to assist someone that was behind me. I was left to stand there with no explanation!

Managed to buy what I have been looking for a long time...pep home brandwag is the best

PEP Mimosa Mall is not what I expected! Some of the staff are unfriendly and one keeps on asking me to buy her a water or something. Too familiar for my liking! The shop is stuffed full of the usual schmalzy things not spaced out properly. I shop there for certain things I need for my business but won’t put these items in my house. What really works on my flippin nerves is that they don’t pack your shopping into bags with handles. It’s always in plain, white, thin handle-less bags! What if you have a lot of shopping and you have to walk home or stand in a taxi queue? So beware shoppers, visit that untidy store with your own shopping bags. When PEP Home was in Brandwag Center it was neater and shopper-friendly and sometimes they had carrier bags with handles. I give them a giant thumbs down!

The customer service offered by the cashiers and the staff was great. They were so friendly, kind and had the desire to help me choose a particular product over another - I would like to express my gratitude to the staff & may you continue to serve the community with such great pleasure and kindness.

The service was terrible, the cashier assisting me was very unfriendly, did not even pack my other item.. Now I have to go back tomorrow so they can check. One cashier working even,when the queue gets long they didn't bother bringing someone to assist.

One thing about them, they cater for everyone. I was so happy how my full figured gogo could get comfortable clothing and shoes. Plus the cashiers are the funniest

I don't see what the use of a "parcel counter" for Paxi is if you have to stand in line for one of the cashiers Every Single Time.

The prices are resonable as Peps' prices are usually. They have a good selection of womans and especially baby clothing. Paxi unfortunately is regulary offline.
