If I may be honest I usually love this Nandos's food. Unfortunately, this time I am very disappointed. I orderd a chicken, avo, caramelized onion pita. I used the uber eats app to place my order and when it came some of the chicken was undercooked (still pink) and had hardly any avo in the pita. I am not one to usually complain but it was definitely not worth the price.

Ordered online and when I came into the restaurant. I asume there is some new staff there since I saw someone explain the system to them. It is amazing to see that the staff stays friendly and is learning at the same time and they had a big smile on their face and that made me feel welcome. Kind and Amazing Experience. Manager is very hospitable but the staffs work leave much 2 b desired. I have bought chicken several times requesting extra sauce on the chicken only to get very dry chicken and it happens all the time. Unless the manager is watching them, they do not care. The did inform the lady at the till who served me to pls ensure that thet put extra sauce but she didn't even bother to inform those preparing the meal on my special request. No wonder the shop is very quiet nowadays. Y'all staff need to to be jacked up.

They made use of the worst delivery person, an extremely rude driver that expected us to drive 4 blocks away to meet him halfway for a collection, it's pathetic

Seems to me the employees are trying to steal the clients’ food/drinks by not giving everything. When I got to my car I realised that they did not give me my drink, went back and then they suddenly gave it to me in a hurry from another small fridge not the main one, wich was weird but I didn’t really think much about it.. When I got home, I saw that they gave me 2 single burgers even though I ordered and paid for double burgers,I live quite far and it was a hassle to go back. Then I realised they are probably trying to steal from the customers.. I know this sounds harsh but this is really dissipointing. KFC does the same sort of thing. So be ware, check your food, open your burger trays and make sure everything is in there.

Would highly recommend. All round good experience. Good fresh food. Value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff.

All is well until you get served your food, take the first bite and see and taste that the chicken is raw!!! NO NO NO, chicken needs to be cooked properly, this is unacceptable, surely the have to work on some kind of time frame when cooking the meat? Very vert disappointed

Nando's is definitely a 'must!', if you love a juicy well-done flame-grilled chicken😋...my goodness! (flashbacks) An intimate space; with friendly staff; a suttle sound of music; a hot meal🤤.. The burn was so nice and spicy and saucy😋 and the chips🍟😍 so nice, even without sauce! Thank you to the staff of Nando's Langenhoven Park⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm happy 😊

Staff were welcoming, food great and our server sooo kind and efficient. Loved the holder with the variety of sauces we were presented with... It's been a long time since any Nandos offered that. Also, there were extra serviettes available, unlike most other franchises that now seem to limit you to one. Well done, Team!!

Friendly staff, very well taken care of restaurant. Pita meals didn't have enough sauce compared to other stores but food was tasty.

I bought hotpot and the rice was hard almost undercooked, the service was nice but the workers were all over the place we thought they were closing but they were just playing around in the shop chatting which wasn't bad at all just that we thought they were closing.

I was genuinely impressed with the good service I received today. The manager was constantly walking around and making sure that everything was up to standard. The staff were very kind and polite as well. The food I ordered was also great and I felt as though I received alot for what I paid.

Wraps were nice but the avo chicken halloumi bowls were loaded with rice and very small portions of everything else. Very disappointing
