The appearance of the building in a cleanliness manner is A+ the Staff are very polite and friendly and willing to answer all your questions.the wait time is average to be call to see the doctor. the culture in the build is great.I will make this my first to go to urgent care care facility

I came in bleeding from a construction accident and was taken care of immediately. The PA, who had a rotation in a burn unit, stitched me up and did a fantastic job with my 5” laceration. I’m a volunteer EMT first responder and I know top quality care when I see it, not to mention experience it! I would highly recommend this Urgent Care center to our community! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

They're doing the best they can. When it's busy u just have to wait. U might have to wait 3 hrs. It's better than going to emergency or driving to Hartford. I'm glad They're here.

Every time I come here I get the help I need as quickly as possible. Very resourceful center with amazing staff all around. Medical Assistant Jenny was so bright and cheerful, even though I wasn’t feeling well, I felt better emotionally because of the atmosphere.

The visit to Urgent Care Center of CT was amazing. The front desk person was friendly and helpful with information. I did not wait long at all. Jenny greeted me and brought me to the back. She was personable, friendly and full of energy. Jenny heard my concerns and was able to help me throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Ramirez is one of the best doctors in Connecticut. All through my life I had wonderful doctors that graduated from Harvard and Yale. I was blessed to now have Dr. Ramirez. He is kind, caring and very knowledgeable.
