I came here for happy hour with some folks from work on a Thursday afternoon. I'm glad we got there at 4:45pm because happy hour ends a bit early there ), 5pm. They have $2 off pints and then food specials. They have a great selection of beers and the food, especially the pretzel bites, are tasty. I recommend the truffle stout and the watermelon ale as something different and refreshing. Definitely recommend a visit in!

Delicious assortment of Hazy NEIPAs. And Reuben special with parmesan truffle fries were fantastic!

The beer was good, the food was awful. I've had better pizza from 7/11, and the best part of the Caesar was the crutons. They're making a good effort, but the quality of the food is in the basement.

The stormalong cider and pretzel bites were the best things they had. i came with my grandmother (89) and she said "there was not one thing they cooked right, their pizza looked great, but once you bite into it you couldn't eat it" i have to agree. The food has great potential to be good. I never liked the beer here, I'm always surprised when breweries don't have good selections. Grandma's always know best...

The food is EXCELLENT! The head chef who’s name is Douglas (I had to ask the bartender!) informed me that everything is made fresh in house, and you can certainly tell by just tasting the food. I will be back soon to taste more of their amazing menu, see you soon Douglas!

Excellent visit at Hooker Brewery yesterday. There was plenty of parking including a lot in the back. Entering through the back entrance I immediately saw the brew tanks and smelt pizza! I walked up to the front and sat at one of the two bar counters. Three great bartenders working the counter. Jen came up to me right away and helped me pick out a flight. She suggested two delicious stouts and two IPA’s. Jen also told me they have a full kitchen and gave me the food menu. I ordered a vegi pizza and it did not disappoint! I highly recommend visiting the Brookfield Hooker location.

We visited the Bloomfield location last weekend (10/14/23) and was absolutely impressed with the atmosphere, beer selection, and food!

Had a great experience at this location while visiting for work. Friendly staff and the food especially the Hawaiian pork belly pizza was just perfect and really hit the spot. As for the brews I generally thought all their ipas and hazy options were decent but the #nofilter was my favorite. Their Oktoberfest and red ale were also worth noting and really good as well. Between in the indoor tap room and outdoor patio plenty of seating for large groups and well worth a stop to have a few good brews with friends. Cheers!!

When we are in the area we always stop in. They have a great selection of beers and both inside/outside seating. There is an on-site food spot that makes excellent pizza , wings, pretzels and other things and they have a full lineup of takeout canned beers.

What a great time I just had over at the brewery. If you believe it they have a beer called chocolate peanut butter cup Stout in darn it it was quite delicious. It also packs a punch like some of their other stouts. The location is fantastic on a quiet Road in bloomfield. The staff is lovely in the beers float nicely a good night out for a group outing or for with your loved ones

Always nice to stop in, pick up some four packs and enjoy a fresh tasty beer. They put the CT beer scene in the map.

Went to THB for the Pierogi Beer event. Lines for food were long (good food) and the berries moved really fast. Great event. Lots of space plus nice outdoor seating area.

Connecticut brew house with several interesting craft offerings. In particular, the milk stout and the Irish Red are really above average and they're worth trying if you're in the area. Evan, the bartender, enhanced the experience (see picture). The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and run down, but if you can't ignore that, it's worth the stop. Overall, a very pleasant experience. also, bring your own food since they don't offer anything to eat. You can also order in.
