Honestly, I was not impressed. The service was very good. My steak was so so. My potatoe was over cooked. The wine glasses were thick glass and seemed inexpensive. I went for a treat, a good steak and experience I couldn't do at home. Not to sound mean or snobby but my home meal is better.

I give them two stars because the chopped steak was OK, but I was absolutely floored by the “Pasta Primavera” (pictured). The menu description is “Sautéed vegetables in oil, garlic and fettuccine.” What I got (and I think you’ll agree) looks like someone dumped an $0.89 can of mixed vegetables into $1.00 of pasta and tastes like vegetable oil, not olive oil. For almost $20, I expected broccoli, asparagus, squash and peppers maybe. I literally laughed out loud at this dish. Seriously, you should Google Image “Pasta Primavera.”

Overall I would like to start off with the food was delicious and fresh, I loved the environment, our waitress, and the young man who brought us to our table were very kind and welcoming. Let me tell you why I’m rating this restaurant 1 star, and the worst experience I’ve had. I experienced RACISM! I was outside the restaurant parking lot and called to see how long was the wait, they mentioned to me over the phone that it was 15 minutes for walk-ins. I come inside and and the host at the front, with a long skirt and glasses told me is was going to be a 40 min wait. I mentioned to her how I just called, she told me “unfortunately more people arrived” when I was just outside the parking lot. I didn’t make a big deal because it was my parents anniversary. Right away I didn’t like her approach. So we decided to sit down and wait. I waited an hour. I payed attention to every single person coming inside and this lady kept asking people if they had a reservation and some of them did not. I saw how all of these privileged people with no reservations came minutes after me. I was the only Hispanic sitting there waiting longer. I asked my boyfriend to go up and ask her how much longer it would take. This lady told us how it was a person before us and how we were next. She sat two more people that came after us with no reservation. I go up and asked what was going on, my parents felt very uncomfortable at this point, the look on my parents faces as they knew what this lady was doing. Overall I’m disgusted by this type of behavior. The fact that I had to create a google account just to come and write a review for this place. I don’t expect a free meal at all, because I have a lot of money. What I would like is a sincere apology for what I experienced last night. This restaurant needs to improve and treat people equally, maybe we need additional training for some employees, and making sure everyone feels welcomed. My name is Veronica. I wasn’t able to catch this ladies name but she was at the front Saturday night 2/19/2022 around 5:45pm.

My husband and I went to jamesons for dinner. We had reservations at 6 we were seated very quickly. More and more people we’re getting seated so our server was very overwhelmed. Our server took too long to take our order and take our drinks. He had too many tables. The front was not communicating well with the kitchen and or the servers. We ordered 2 filets and we ordered medium temperature but they both came out raw. So they took the steak back and I would have thought they would have given us brand new pieces of steak but they were the same ones and definitely charred this time. We just wanted to get out of there so we ate, paid the bill and left. We got there at 6 and left at 8. That is completely ridiculous. We will probably not go back.

Ordered chicken Parmesan. I’ve usually seen it cooked breaded. This was over grilled, grisly, and hidden by a slice of cheese. My first bite was fatty and grisly. I immediately lost my appetite. Our server was great. Asked if I wanted anything else. I chose to say no. She said the manager would come by our table. Never saw them. They took it off the bill. Had a coupon for free appetizer but was told that because we didn’t have two entrees that we couldn’t use it. Not my first bad experience here, but it will be my last. Stay away.

Unfortunately the BBQ and brisket was dry and two options of BBQ sauce sweet/hot were just OK. We paid about $65 with tip. The service staff are friendly and restaurant was good to dine in, but the food did not match the greatness of the people that work there.

We had a baby shower there, and I would highly recommend holding an event there. There are many selections to choose from to make your occasion special, and the entire staff was so easy to work with and so friendly. We especially appreciated our server, Ursela, as she handled the whole event with ease and so cheerfully. My guests were all pleased with their food, and they offered a vegetarian selection for those needing that, as well as some kid friendly options.

This place is beyond perfect… the restaurant and crew are top notch… I order the steak and shrimps and this was the best food I’ve ever had and I go to restaurants ALL THE TIME. Service was quick and the food arrived quick and hot to the table. I’m going to miss this place when I get back home. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We will never go back!! It was one thing after another. Had to ask for water 3 times!! Got appetizer with no silverware or napkins. Got salad..he left table..we had no salt and pepper..had to ask!! My husband ordered prime rib medium..it was so gross..looked like they didn't even cook it!! Then next piece which came up right away was gross looking..I sure wouldn't have eaten it. Other couple ordered steal with mushrooms..no mushrooms..had to ask..got them so late really didn't have time to eat with steak. Had to ask for bread!! Spoke to manager..all he really said was they were short staffed and they were doing their best!! Sorry..no excuse for this kind of service!! I must say I had the salmon on the plank and it was delicious!! We will never go back!!

Food probly got down graded due to the horrible experience. On a business trip, seen this place needed reservations, to help staff and to come in knowing what I want due to late night and hungry. The table was super sticky. I didn't notice this right away due to knowing what I want in advance, place my order and see that my table feels like ots bathed in soda. Tried 3 times to get someone's attention to clean it. But everyone is always racing by. Even my waitress would drop food of in mid stride and gone. To top it all off, I found a bug crawling across my table. By the time I had enough I just paid and left. I wanted to just flip out on the lack of customer attention, poor house keeping, and bugs!

Jameson's is arguably one the best dining experiences in the area. Great facility, great consistent food quality, way above average service, and hands down the best value for your money for what you receive. Can't say enough!

We went about 5:30 on a Friday. We were seated right away. The server was very courteous and attentive. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. You get the most bang for your buck here. You get soup, salad and entrée for a decent price.

Seemed like a nice enough place and it was recommended by family, we're not from here. The service was VERY slow and as a result, the food was cold when it came out. One of the meals was fish that was not cooked and smelled bad. The manager came over and said he would take it off. Well duh, of course you would. He didn't do anything about the other cold meals. Server didn't offer to even reheat them. The teriyaki chicken was not a glaze, it was more like they poured cold teriyaki sauce on the chicken. There was a good portion of 3 breasts, but they were thin and tasted like frozen Tyson chicken from a bag at Costco. Fine for home microwave, but not a restaurant. The Key Lime "pie" was more like a soup poured in an individual pie crust. The server saw we didn't finish the desserts, so obviously, they sucked. Also, my pet peeve is when they come to collect the check before we leave to see how much of a tip they got. This also indicates how insecure they are about the lousy food and service. This place needs better staff all around; from the manager on down. I don't think my family is going there again, and we definitely will remember not to.

I came here for my brother's birthday dinner. The portions were large and satisfying, all the food was served accurately. There are bread rolls with butter served in the beginning. I had the chicken tenders, bacon and avocado burger, fries, asparagus, french onion soup and chocolate truffle martini as well as key lime pie. Service was prompt. The atmosphere is warm, full but not uncomfortably crowded. Lots of parking.

Everything was great till the End. So we got there at 4. We ordered our Drinks Nancy our server was nice. We order our food. Appetizer and Food were great. Calamari for appetizers. Nice and crispy. The tortellini soup was a bit salty but good. The warm bread and butter just right. The ranch salad on point. The Black Angus Bone-in New York 18 Oz medium well. A side of the loaded potatoes and vegetables. Best steak I ever had. It was nice and juicy. Perfect on everything. The thing that kind of was mess up was towards the end. you are serving the people and it's to provide a great customer service till the end. Our service was kind of annoyed and made a comment implying she was tired of typing the numbers of the gift cards. "Well how many more gift cards you got?" First of all if they need help because they got tables to serve. It ain't my fault. I will provide all sort of payments. You ask for help if you need to go to your tables. I don't appreciate the attitude and bad service cause I'm a customer from the moment I'm sitting till the moment I leave that place. If you are a server and need help ask someone for help instead of giving a customer attitude. I would've put a five Star but please work on that. All sorts of payments are Valid and you guys need to provide great customer service till the end. Thank you hope my next visit I don't have to deal and no one should have to deal with things like that.

Ordered 3 dinners of liver and onions for pick up, brought it home and served it to my guests... the liver was over cooked, burned on the edges and the veg tasted like it was from the day before. All went into the garbage, needless to say I was embarrassed as I had bragged to them how great your food was when few weeks earlier we dined in the restaurant and ordered the same thing and it was delicious. SO DISAPPOINTED

The food was very good but it took between 20-25 minutes each time before we saw our waiter for anything. Waters, beers, even the check.. Isn't the first time the service was sub par here either. Figured I'd give it another shot. I'll come here for the food but definitely not for the service. I'll sit at the bar next time.

Visited Jameson Charhouse again on 9/11. Our waiter Felix was good but honestly with every order or every time he came to the table, he just kept saying give me a minute. Finally I told him we're not in that much of a hurry. Yikes! When we ordered our soups he told us that there were three to choose from... Yet on our bill we had a upcharge of $2.95 for the onion soup that my husband ordered that Felix did not tell us about. We asked him about it and he just said no that the onion soup is more after we got our bill. Not the best visit and we've been at this restaurant quite a few times.

Went on Mothers day. I had London Broil. They basically took a steak, cut it in half, then covered it with a sauce. Not strip cut, not cut across the grain. Seemed like they were rushed. 10/2023: Revisited Jameson's Char House. We had three dishes: Filet Mignon, 2 half slabs of ribs, and a teriyaki steak with butterfly-fried shrimp. The ribs portion size was small, and food was not hot, but rather cool. The teriyaki steak was lukewarm. We brought this to the attention of the manager, who credited our tab for the ribs. Quality has suffered, but I will revisit this place next year. Considering the location, I believe there are restaurants in this area that offer better food.

Friday evening, heavy rain. Had reservations, seated right away. Staff is very nice. Restaurant was nearly full. Onion soup was good. House salad that comes with dinner was was wilted Lettuce. Complimentary bread was nice and warm with soft whipped butter. Entrees were excellent, parmesan crusted sea bass was wonderful. I ordered the bone in NY strip. It was a perfect medium rare and one of the best steaks I've had in quite a while. Large portions, reasonable prices, friendly people. Very good experience.

Waitress was good, food was not good. Your prime rib leaves a lot to be desired for the price I paid. I expect my prime rib to be warmed and a little bit of Au jus in a little cup on the side that I could dip my meat in . When you make prime rib you normally have the drippings . My wife's a chef, that's how she did her prime rib when she owned a restaurant. That's quality prime rib. Yours was a little bit less than desirable. It was also cold. The loaded mashed were also cold . My wife's shrimp were not warm either. Food must have sat for awhile before brought out .

We went to Jamesons for my husbands birthday dinner last minute. I was surprised how great everything was. The atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious. We all ordered steaks and they came out perfectly cooked. Who doesn’t love a place that offers soup, salad and sides as a part of your meal?? The only disappointment was the coke. The poor waitress brought us out several to try and they were flat and pretty gross. We ended up running to woodman's for a couple bottles. Spinach artichoke dip- delicious little runnier than most places but was great nonetheless Broccoli soup- we ALL loved it. Chicken tortellini soup- definitely try it. My nephew mostly drank all the broth and left the veggies behind. Bread- came out nice and warm each time, no delay in receiving it when we requested it Salad- plain but we didn’t expect anything fancy since it came with the meal Mashed potatoes 🤤 Steaks: we had filet and ribeye and they were all juicy and delicious As you can see, I loved this place. We are definitely adding it to our rotation and HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do to.

We went during Thanksgiving Day. Lots of folks and super busy. Had a ribeye steak and asked for medium rare. It was so tough to chew. Not sure if I'd go back. It has decent sides though.

Good place to get a steak. Pricey. Had to order three different drinks, due to not having the materials to make upon request. Was not charged after the fourth attempt. I would go back and see if they could get the fifth star

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our food! Steaks were cooked perfectly, and all of the sides were amazing. Take out process was a little hectic, but the food was still hot and fresh when we got home. We'll be going here again

My fall baby shower was hosted in their large gathering room with a fireplace. The food and service were impeccable for our event!!! I was told by so many guests for weeks after that it was one of the best baby showers they have been to. Loved that my guests had the option of which entree they wanted and it wasn't a same entree for everyone sort of ordeal.

First time there, it was beautiful inside! Super cozy. Food was absolutely delicious. Only complaint is the salad that comes with the dinners, it's just mixed greens, nothing else and it's quite small. It looks large to the eye but the greens are all different sizes and shapes so it's not as big as you first see. Definitely going to be a favorite stop when we're in town to see family. Can't wait to try out the rest of the menu.

Stephanie is a great waitress and Gus the manager works hard to make everything right. Really good food, fair prices and comfortable seating inside and out in a very nice large patio. A place to feel good about.

Was not very happy with food or service. Baked French onion soup was not cooked properly. Onions were hard as a rock. Server was suppose to bring another soup he forgot. Steak was not cooked properly and had no taste. We asked for more butter for potatoes by the time we got it potatoes were ice cold. Asked for refill on drinks when meal came by the time we got them we were ready to leave. A bad meal for $135.

Great steakhouse!!!! Been coming for years and they never disappoint. Definitely give this place a try!

First time ordering carry out. When ordering it doesn’t offer you soup or salad like asked at the restaurant. so we bought both a side side salad and soup for extra a lot extra. Ended up with a extra salad. With the wrong salad dressing no soups after we payed extra for those also. I ordered crab cakes as my meal they were fishy and Tasted like freezer burn. Also my husband got a steak dinner got none of the sides. I did call they said they can give me a gift card for all the missing thing. but then they told me they would credit back my card-that I paid with. but I don’t see anything. It was the worst experience every also food quality sucked! Very very very disappointed!

Really great late night dinner. With only 40 minutes till they closed they really took good care of us. We ordered two different types of grilled chicken sandwiches. It came with soup, fries, and Cole slaw. I substituted double Cole slaw for the fries and even had no bun for my low carb diet. No problem. I had the Cajun one and the other was the plain one. They were both excellent. Juicy and flavorful and a nice size. Everything was great. They served us fast and a very pleasant meal.

It was the first time my husband and I visited this restaurant. We had a wonderful time. You can tell it is a popular place to eat. It was packed! We had a reservation (husband birthday) and with it being busy we still only had to wait 15 passed our reservation time. WELL WORTH THE WAIT AND PRICE!. Excellent service, food was amazing, great atmosphere. The other customers and staff were pleasant to be around. I feel like with the State opening back up (COVID restrictions) people are excited to be exploring outside again. Regaining some type of normalcy back. Jameson's Charhouse definitely gave us that vibe. We will absolutely go again. Jameson's, thank you for your service!
