We've searched far and wide for a bakery that made "Pavlova" a pastry that we have only had outside the US. We finally found it! Amazing bakery, amazing taste! 100/100!

The cake was really small for $110 . They also messed up the numbers it was supposed to be 21st not 24th. I was hoping for better cake decoration when I paid extra. The cake overall was okay just didn’t look good. Plus I asked for whipped cream got different frosting because of my “decoration “ they can’t use whipped cream you guys barely put any decorations on it.

Just wow! We ordered a cake for my daughter's Quinceañera and they exceeded my expectations. The cake was very tasty. We chose different flavors for each tier (o level whatever is call) all of our guests were very impressed how good the cake was. Thanks, Hanna's Bakery.....

Authentic euro/ polish bakery. Humble staff, clean, excellent quality, great taste. Hope they will keep it like that and expand existing bakery.

My experience and expectations were excellent. Desserts and bread well made, with good ingredients and fresh. I wish they’ve couple tables to seat to have a coffee/dessert. This place have a good potential. Maybe just a better menu for people they’re not familiar. Always is my priority to support family business. #familybusiness

This place is a gem! So many incredible and unique sweet treats for every taste! They have cookies, pastries, coffee, cakes of all kinds, and even gelato. The store also sells European dry goods and specialty items. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hot chocolate was one of the best I've had and the cinnamon cheese sticks were amazing!!! We will definitely be back soon with all our friends and family!

l always like Hana Bakery a lot and it is the first place in my mind when l craving for sugars. I tried almost all desert from this place. Yesterday l picked up one of my favorite cakes, and l found a long hair when l eating it. It wasn't pleasant at all. Hopefully, Hana can more focus on hygiene.

Wow, I wanted a vintage-inspired cake in the shape of a heart for my birthday and what I got was perfect! I made sure to describe how I wanted the cake to look by having a few example/inspo pictures. I loved the results!

HORRIBLE and RACIST BAKERY!! We came in with our family and was waited to be helped. None of the workers even acknowledged us even after we said hi to them. They looked at us and looked away ignoring us. We understood that maybe they were helping other people. In the bakery, we were the only people who weren't white/polish. We were waiting by the cashier to order and the workers kept walking by us completely ignoring us. A white family walked in and the workers started helping them and not even asking us. We kept trying to get their attention by saying hi, excuse me and no response at all. finally, they helped us after a long time and was completely rude, barely helping us. We left the bakery and don't plan on ever coming back. seems like this is a common experience for people of color at this bakery. the pastries were also stale. do not recommend.

This bakery is our favorite one! The ladies are very nice and ofcourse, the pastries are amazing! We have been coming here for about 8 years and everything has always been fresh and delicious! I just bought my sons cake here today! Strategy shortcake flavor! They wrote happy 15th birthday and the writing was very pretty and neat. He will love it! I also bought my mom, a Mother's day tiramisu pastry and she loved it. The best!

I recently used Hanna's Bakery and Café for sweets for a sweets table at my wedding and they did not disappoint! The sweets were delicious and everyone was raving about how good they were at the wedding. They delivered everything on time to the venue and had everything prepared so all the venue had to do was take the sweets out of the box when it was time for the reception. Working with Kinga at the bakery to order my sweets was the best experience. She shared her knowledge on what sweets would work best for a sweets table and what sweets were the best. She made the ordering process easy and stress free for me, which was a bonus. She truly was extremely helpful, attentive, and flexible throughout the entire process and I am so happy I got to work with her and order delicious sweets from Hanna's for my special day!!

Way better than the other big-name bakeries here in Bloomingdale. Their cakes are absolutely the best in town, and their customer service is exceptional. They are so friendly to their customers it’s beyond belief. We are so happy we found this bakery, we just love their desserts and their cakes. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a great bakery and their prices are great to. Save yourself the disappointment and stay away from the other big-name bakery in town and try this place you won’t be disappointed.

The desserts are divine but the service we received from the black haired girl just now was unacceptable! My mom is in from Texas and I couldn’t wait to bring her here to pick out Thanksgiving desserts. She scolded us for not knowing exactly what we wanted and kept rolling her eyes at us. Ruined our experience!

I got some pastries for my birthday like cake pops, fruit tarts, tiramisu cups, lemon tarts and some assorted cake trays, everyone loved it! Lady was really friendly & helpful as it was my first time ordering i wasn't sure on what to get, they have many picture of their cakes/sweets to show what is what which helps a lot!!

I was very excited to try the paczkis from this bakery, my mom had just went and bought two dozen of these yesterday. I was extremely disappointed. The chocolate Paczkis were dry, barely any custard inside, and the frosting tasted bland. The strawberry paczkis were even dryer than the chocolate ones. The strawberry ones just seem like they were over cooked or either old and stale and just crammed with generic whip cream frosting with no sugar. This is unacceptable for the amount of money my mom spent on these.

This was listed as a gluten free option. It really wasn't. They had a few meringue things, but it is a bakery with flour. Cross contamination is very likely. Zero stars for a celiac. I gave it high marks as a regular bakery because everything in there was gorgeous! Really, really beautiful stuff.

Terrible energy! When you have a potential customer trying to order cutting them off, being rude will definitely not guarantee the sell! Your racism is showing! Do better! You never know who you’re talking to!

Awesome bakery!! So fresh and tasty so much better than the other big-name bakery here in town. Very friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile to help you. I highly recommend anybody looking for a good cake to come here, or even fresh desserts, they have plenty of them.

I have nothing about the place but I bought something that was given to me, after asking for cheesecake. I have no idea what to call it, but had nothing in it, to give me the idea of what I asked for. The word though was cheesecake I am sure of it. See the photo and please tell me I am wrong and that is a cheesecake.

We just enjoyed my son's fabulous birthday cake! It was stunning to look at and absolutely delicious! Everyone loved it and I'm looking forward to ordering again in the future.

I have never had a dessert from here that wasn’t delicious! The macarons are one of the best I have ever had! Definitely recommend coming here!
