This location is in need of a good wash. All the tables inside and outside are incredibly filthy, and when I went to wash my hands there was no soap in the dispenser and there was an employee waiting to wash her hands next watching my struggle - I hope she replaced it! The salad I got was all barely green and three croutons, it’s a total joke but most importantly y’all need to clean, badly. I would be embarrassed to work in such dirty conditions.

Absolute trash service!!!! I order at least every other day for delivery through the my Panera app. More than half the time they forget my drink, bring me a wrong or impartial order, or sometimes the complete wrong order. This is something that needs to be fixed as a free drink voucher that might be here in two weeks might not be enough to keep me ordering. Really don’t want to cancel my sip club membership but what’s the point when the service is so poor?

I don’t know what we were given yesterday evening but my husband and I woke up sick to our stomach. We bought the Baja bowl, the Marsala soup and a chicken avocado chipotle melt sandwich. The one thing we shared was the Marsala soup. It was intended for our daughter but she wasn’t a fan and we’re now grateful otherwise this review would be a call to their manager. This is not the first time this happens from this location and I’m tired of it. At this point we should be getting refunded each time your food makes people sick. What kind of place are you running?!

Ordered a suffle and a medium coffee, both of them luckwarm. The server was nice enough to exchange the suffle with another at the same temperature (not great). It was 7am and the morning rush on full swing. Sorry but at that hour I expect to have hot coffee and fresh suffles served at the right temperature. More the server encouraged me to warm up the coffee in the microwave oven?!?! The restaurant setting looks really good, however the bathrooms need a fresh look soon. You could see for yourself in the pictures.

"Cleanliness" level at this location is completely unacceptable. I've never seen a Panera in as bad disrepair and complete disregard for cleanliness as this one. I've seen busier, much higher volume locations in much better shape than this one. Couldn't find a clean table to sit at. Even when telling a member of management about cleanliness issues or to wipe down a table, I am completely ignored. The floor is absolutely filthy. Food sitting on the floor for a long time. Even after mentioning about that bagel to 2 employees, nobody bothers to pick it up. This location is well staffed. They can't use the "short staffed" excuse as the cashier standing next to that bagel on the floor is just standing there staring, doing nothing. The soup warmer needs to be checked as my soup wasn't to a proper warm temperature either. Either this location needs a new franchisee or new management altogether. I'll be forwarding my photos to the DuPage County health department.

Y'all, this Panera is not good with changing their carafes. (The containers for coffee creamer.) The other night I had went to get coffee around 5pm and their carafes went out at 1pm. So that's cream that's sat out since 7am. I asked the front if I could have fresh cream, and they return with new cream in the same dirty carafe. This thing had chunks on the lip and when I went to pour it into my coffee had some chunks fall in. Please someone needs to get the health department in here. No, I didnt drink the coffee lol.

Fast service and friendly employees. Very tasty creamy chicken soup. Steak and cheese sandwich was good but had mustard like sauce I didn't care for.

The service was fast, but sandwich was super cold. The tomatoes was pretty much a ice cube. I ask for a ice coffee with cream, and its all cream no coffee!

I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and it's was less then half served, so I ask them nicely to served the right amount, and they where so incredibly rude.....I was a regular customer, but I guess there's more Panera's out there.

Today is the second time in the last few weeks I’ve walked out of the Bloomingdale store. I stand in line for a while , no one helps me at the register. New people walk in and they take care of them first. I’m on my way to work and don’t have time for poorly trained employees. PANERA…take some time to train your employees!! Your customer service is terrible. You won’t be getting any more of my money!!!

I came in on 09/24/23. Guys this is a food establishment… why are there no clean tables? Why is the carpet a mess? Why is it SO DIRTY AND GROSS. I couldn’t find one table that wasn’t super dirty. If they don’t clean the outside where we can see, I can only wonder what sanitary practices they practice in the back. This establishment needs to be looked into it’s a FOOD place, it should not be that dirty. The staff was nice, but one person can clean the tables, trust me I’ve worked in this type of environment. Overall super grossed out.

Every time I come here my salad become less and less I will not go to Panera bread again

I ordered to take home for my wife and daughter, but didn't check it before I departed. When I arrived home my order was short 2 items I called them to let them know. They we're already aware of the problem. First let me say I don't ever get angry about stuff like this I totally understand that mistakes happen. We're people and we all make mistakes. I gave a 5 star rating not for the service I left the store with. But the service I received when I called to let them know a mistake had occurred. I wasn't worried about the items that were missing. I knew a business like this understands things happen and I'd be reimbursed. No worries! What I didn't expect was the sheer kindness of the person that answered my call. The person that spoke to me was sympathetic and considerate. She gave me some information and told me the next time I come in, to give the information to the cashier and she would pay for my entire duplicate order. I explained that it wasn't necessary considering I had a $35 order. But she insisted. It's establishments like this that keep me coming back. My wife and daughter and myself have been coming to this Panera for close to 10 year's. Never have we had an issue. The food is always fresh and delicious. Hope to be coming here for the next 10 as well. Thank you Panera

We need more managers like Lisa and Tracey in this world. Absolutely incredible service. Both ladies remedied the situation effortlessly. They went above and beyond. Places that put customers first always earn my business and respect.

It doesn't seem as good as it used to be. The cheddar broccoli soup was very thin & the prices were a bit high. My friend & I purchased the pick 2. My creamy tomato soup was just ok. The best part was the mac & cheese. The employees were very nice.

Panera Bread never fails to impress! The Broccoli Cheddar Soup is a creamy delight, striking the perfect balance of flavors. Pair that with the Mediterranean Sandwich, and it's a match made in food heaven. Fresh ingredients, great service—my taste buds thank you, Panera!

Typical fast food restaurant. The order taker was friendly. The store was very tidy and clean.

No one called my name when my food was ready. After sitting there waiting for 15 minutes, I got up and asked if my food was ready and it was just sitting there. When I got home and ate the food, part of the food tasted lukewarm and other parts were cold. That wouldn’t have happened if I was told when my food was ready. Please train your employees.

I think its easy to blame the staff here for the lackluster experience but I suspect Panera corporate is pumping too much effort into To Go and App orders. There is always a massive queue of to-go, app orders, doordashers or whatever for this place and everything else is ignored, from time to get food order in to minor details like dining room supplies and cleanliness. Staff looks new each time, I imagine people dont stick around and quit. I don't like coming here like I used to, however the seating is just more comfortable than starbucks' or dunkin to work. The prices are way too high as well, I can only really justify the discounted items for what fast casual should cost

If u order a sandwich..with extra sauce on the side.. you'd assume sauce on the sandwich and a cup of sauce on the side. Got no sauce on sandwich ..but cup of extra sauce on the side. When I asked where's the sauce "on" the sandwich the young man handed me extra sauce so I can put it on the sandwich. I really dont think Panera gets it. If I'm paying exorbitant prices for food.. couldn't they put the sauce on for me??? Do I hafto' work there to get it right? This happens EVERY time I order the Turkey Bravo..at ANY Panera anywhere. And when they get it right..I thank them so much..they look at me as if I'm nuts. I caught it because now..as they hand me my order..I unwrap it riiiiight in front of them because I'm so used to their failure at making their own product.

The cafe itself is clean and the employees were very nice, but I was disappointed with the food. I ordered a Napa almond chicken salad sandwich and it was not the usual chicken salad. It looked as if they ran out of the usual and then just made this in the back with whatever leftover chicken they had on hand. There weren’t any almonds, either.

Got a seasonal fruit cup, everything was delicious until I encountered a not so healthy grape! Mold was starting to build up on one side, I'm glad I cought it before eating it.

I’m writing this review because whoever runs this location needs to know the state it was in the other night when I dined in with my family. The floors, tables, whole dining room at that, was absolutely the dirtiest I have ever seen in a Panera bread. We ate there due to time, but I felt so gross doing so and was so turned off by the whole experience. Team members in the drive through standing around while the restaurant was in that condition. Where was the managers attention? Just wanted to make sure someone knows about this. I personally love Panera bread and know they are better than whatever is going on at this location.

First time coming to this location, the service wasn't the greatest waited about 15minutes for a cup of soup just be patient as things are still not the norm. The soup is very good got the cream of chicken wild rice. Overall the food is good just the service needs to be a little better, understanding that everyone is suffering still from the pandemic and not having a full staff of workers. If your looking for good food come here, the price is above what you are getting due to the pandemic and food costs are going up so expect that. They have a nice variety of foods from soups to panini,and sandwiches and more.

Spend some time there today. Food is always great!
