I’m just tired of paying for extra extra toppings, and they never give it to me …. I’ve literally resulted to buying a package of Oreos to add to my frappe and Mc flurry that dnt mix the mc flurries just pepper the top. It’s a literally all ice cream …they are so cheep they charge me .45 cents three times for extra but there not ther …The order is always wrong. I asked for ketchup and cheese only it comes with pickles and onions and mustard. I asked for pure honey they give me honey mustard sauce….. jus bad

Great customer service. Cashier helped me with my app. I appreciate her for that. Great attitude keep up great work and hot delicious fresh food. Very clean restaurant.

Are you serious? 2 dots of tartar sauce on BOTH sandwiches. How is this even remotely acceptable? McDonald's isn't cheap anymore...you got your $15 an hour the least you can do is not hand people dry sandwiches. SMH.

I am not sure if it is the staff or the policy but I've ordered an iced coffee with no ice and I got 1/2 a cup. Staff (an older guy with long hair. He was friendly) said that the machine is already set up with that amount of everything and that is what it comes up without the ice. I just don't want a hot beverage, so If I order the hot coffee I will have a full cup, then I have to wait for it to cool off and just then I will have a full cup of cold coffee? Like...what is the difference?

This is the worst McDonald's I've been in the staff have no manners they are there just to make money no warm welcome, I got 2 Sundaes for 6$ and received half a cup of ice cream on both in Burger King for 6 dollars I would've received 4 full cups of ice cream! If you would like to get Ice cream from here DO NOT! by far the worst McDonald's you can go to. Very disappointed I got scammed by them.

Last night I was at the drive through getting some ice cream cones. The cashier handed me two cones and these were visibly broken, maybe because they are just wafer cones. I politely asked if he could change it, to which he reacted in a way which left me bitter and I couldn’t enjoy my late night snack. He turned around in dismay and annoyance, dumped the cones in trash. And went ahead to make new ones and then I overheard him speaking to his coworker saying “if you want to be an a***ole I can’t help it.” When he came back with the ice cream cones I said I heard what you just said I wasn’t being a***ole but you’re definitely being one. To which he responded hope you have a good night. No apology. He shouldn’t have said it if he didn’t mean it. Stop being a hypocrite

This McDonald’s is no good it’s like they hear through there rear end I literally asked for a happy meal with EXTRA FRIES and they give me the order wrong they don’t give me the extra fries after I paid for it. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to anyone!!

I came in for lunch and used the kiosk to place my order. I selected table service and took my number to a table. I sat right across from where they bring the food out along the far wall so they could see my number when they came out. I sat there for a while looking on my phone until another customer came over and advised me my food was up on the counter and has been there for a while and was not sure how hot it would still be. So I got up and went and got my food of course it was a little cold but still warm and I was ready to eat. So even if you choose table service wait at the counter for your food or you won't get it.

I’ve only written one bad review in my life but this is the worst service I’ve ever seen at fast food. Wait time is so long it’s laughable, finally got my order and it was wrong, gave it back again and they got it wrong again. Not writing this out of spite because I feel that McDonald’s employees are underpaid, but just warning other people only go if you have a high level of patience.

I have no idea on how to start. We waited for about 25 minutes to find out a crew who can take the order and when I asked for assistance I was rudely told to wait at least another 5 minutes. I told him that there is no reason to be rude and I want to see a manager to log my complaint, I was so surprised to hear that he was the manager and he literally abused me right in front of my little girl with abusive words and asked me to leave the premises. Just to let you know that I am taking this matter to the Mc Donald's corporate so that other people don't have to go through this abuse. I am writing another note with more details as I immediately wants to post this review.

It's McDonald's so the food is what one would expect. Service is definitely friendlier and MUCH more efficient than other locations with the same going for food consistency. Only gripe for me is they never seem to have apple pies on the occasions I go 🤣.

One of the better McDonald's I've eaten at. Their decorations, atmosphere is very nice. Unfortunately like many fast food restaurants, they are short staffed. One needs patience. The staff that are working here, are some of best McDonald's workers.

Restaurant dirty. My McChicken has a fish taste to it and my double qtr pounder with cheese was just way to salty to even eat. Also don't forget top bun was mush from grease.

We came in to eat...after ordering, they gave us a number so we could go sit down...A lady named Caterina B brought our food to our table! She was the nicest, sweetest and friendliest lady we have ever experienced at a McDs! Thank you so much! 😍

Do not go here especially at night idelle a very rude employees and management if I could give them a negative five stars I would this is not the first time that I had to deal with it I waited over a half-hour and line to pick up someone's order for doordash then I had to fight with the three employees that was there because they would not put the receipt on the bag at the end of it all I was told to take the order and just go very disrespectful very unprofessional those employees should be terminated with complete prejudiced....

Stopped in to grab something for my son before soccer practice. Everyone there is courteous. The tables were clean and ready for someone to sit.

I went kinda late (10:30 pm) due to having to be somewhere. I ordered two cheeseburgers. They were just "ok." I only ate one. The bread tasted stale & hard. Hence, the reason I only ate one. Fries had a weird taste to them. I was in line 20 mins. Due to the fact it looked like there was only one person who was working there and busting her back taking care of everything and everyone. She kicked butt though!! So kudos to her!! Honestly, I was still hungry and came home and ate a pb&J, which tasted better than my meal. Do better, McDonald's!! And give that young woman a raise!! She deserves it!!

The young black gentleman at 1:30 am on May 4th, 2023 was taking orders in the drive through/payments/preparing the food/ and bagging it all by himself. He was very polite, but the reason I’m giving three stars is because there was a manager there who wasn’t helping him. Making the drive through slow. This McDonald’s needs better management. One that doesn’t have a kid who looks underage running a whole restaurant by himself for minimum wage. Disgraceful.

Mostly, I drive through but, last week, my friend and I stopped in for breakfast before a long day of tending BBQ following the eating of said BBQ. 🤪 I ate the better part of two egg & sausage McMuffins. Meet someone who is likely the owner and she was friendly and present. Mostly, I've always gone through the drive-thru here. That said, I've been satisfied with the food quality standards here.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. I ordered a coke and a coffee. 20 mins in the drive thru with only a handful of cars in front of me.

Always double check your drive thru order…something is always missing. Or they are not serving ice cream or coffee drinks. Food is decent tho.

Place was super busy on drive-thru so went to inside lobby instead to place the order & it was actually a lot quicker than i thought. So overall, service was pretty good👍

Stay away from this McDonalds. They have Expired Food which should be tossed in the garbage. The Service is the Worst,all the Employees should be replaced with people who actually know how to take care of Customers. I wouldn't eat here even if they gave away free food, because of how Ridiculous the Staff is here. I will be making a Corporate Complain also, because this McDonalds should have their Franchise License Taken Away, as they are Ruining McDonalds Reputation. By far the Worst People Working all are found here. Lazy, Attitude, and no Customer Service Etiquette at all. Also they serve Expired Rotten Food, everything I got had a Smell to it and believe me it was not smelling good, I had to throw everything out. I hope McDonalds Corporation Investigates them and shuts them down.

Very friendly and efficient service. But always end to double-check your order at peak times.. got ranch instead of BBQ dipping sauce for McNuggets.

This McDonald's is conveniently located next to Stratford Square Mall, and it's managers and staff are always really friendly, their food is good and good prices, and I've never waited long for my order here. Great job everyone 👍👍
