Everything is great. Good choice for soup, sandwich, and salad. The guys and the lady served me Wednesday at 5 pm approximately. They are really good. Thank you, guys.

This is the second time in the past month work has ordered from here and again there’s hardly anything but leaves in my order. It’s missing bacon, egg and has three slices of cucumber and hardly any steak. If you want to stay in business you need to make sure your customers are happy and satisfied. I’m neither and won’t be ordering from here again.

Who does not love chocolate strawberries??? There is something for everyone. I had a chickpea soup and girls enjoyed tomato soup and a chicken salad!! Total win with the strawberries at the end or the beginning does it really matter? Ok second time tried the mushroom bisque OMG soup which was WOW!! So GOOD! The vegetarian sandwich with tofu was AMAZING!! I added some truffle hot sauce to take up a few extra notches and did not disappoint!!

Everything is served hot it should be, soup hot, sandwich cool. It wasn't a long wait at all. It was a clean atmosphere, everything was stocked. The food was delicious. I'd highly recommend it.

3rd time in a row they got my order wrong and placing my order over an hour in advance was still 10+ minutes after I got there. I get that they're busy but I ordered in advance and it was still wrong and they weren't nice about it. I had to argue with them to get the incorrect meal fixed. Honestly I'm not a big complainer but if I have to call to let you know it was incorrect you acknowledged I got the wrong order as soon as I said my order was wrong ("you got the seafood sandwich didn't you" I had ordered grilled cheese) it was a pain to come back in to get a new meal made then argue with the cashier who wanted to charge me for the corrected meal. I was then given coupons to get free lunch in the drive thru pick up and it was wrong two more times and it took forever.l dispute advance online ordering. Lunch there is not cheap you need to do better Zupas not sure I'll be back I'm so disappointed and wasted so much of my breaks

First time at Café Zupas today, and the good news is that I really enjoyed the food. The southwest potato & green chili soup was delicious, as was the brisket grilled cheese sandwich. I enjoyed the (very refreshing) orange berry infusion drink, and I loved my chocolate-covered strawberry! The not-so-good news is that many of the tables (and the floors near them) were very messy. I'm talking half the tables in the whole place. Also, dishes were stacked dozens high near the garbage, and even though it was not that busy, none of the four or five employees working in the half hour that we were there made any effort to clean anything whatsoever. Not good. Here's an idea - assign one person to circulate through the dining area, and spray a table every now and again... what a concept! I'll give the place a second chance, but hopefully that fairly important issue will be addressed.

I love this place and come here often. I like the fact that you can pick what you want to change or add. There's salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts. Seating is plentiful and it's clean and has a modern decor. Everything is delicious. Lot of choices to pick from. The desserts are very good. My favorite is this chocolate mousse slice. There are cookies, crispy marshmallow bar, caramel rockslide brownie, fresh berry tarts and more. They serve lunch and dinner. They also do catering and delivery. So glad I found this place. Do give it a try.

Very good quick lunch! Nice that they give you a complimentary chocolate covered strawberry! Had the leek soup which is limited time so if you haven't tried it you might want to before it's gone!

My favorite spot to go for quick healthy meal since they just opened. I love to look at their kitchen in the back, it looks so clean and neat, staffs are great really good staff training, salads always delicious, as well as sandwiches, soups, & fresh juices. Good desserts. Quick, clean, fast & healthy food.

I LOVE CAFE ZUPA'S. The end. Haha... Seriously, all their salads are yummy, and the red pepper lobster bisque is SO GOOD. They'll let you try any soup you want, and they give you a chocolate covered strawberry. The only thing I don't care for are their rolls. They're just like plain rolls you buy at the grocery store. The mango dressing makes up for it, though.

Had a recent staff gathering and the catering was excellent. Delivery was right on time, delivery guy was really kind and careful to wait until there was a good moment to bring the food in, and everyone loved their food. Great boxed lunch options for dietary restrictions here, enough for everyone, and easy ordering too. Really loved the service from this place. Pesto chicken sandwich is also YUM. Thanks a lot!

Bad Service…and NOT gluten-free restaurant…asked for combo I ordered with the pesto chicken salad sandwich without the bread and they said they had no way of packaging it.. (see pictures below) they could’ve put it in one of the slots of the 3-slotted plastic container. Instead they put it on bread and it was my problem. First time ordering from there. I want to like it..Food really good, service really bad. And any modifications made to any of my friends and families orders were not fulfilled, even though we paid extra for them.

I always have a great experience eating here and picking up my food. Fernando who works the PM shift ensured what I was eating would not hurt my diet. He also gave me suggestions on what kind of sandwiches offered the best taste! I'd definitely pick up Zupas more due to our interaction.

Ordered Clam Chowder soup and yet to find any pieces of clams in this dish. I believe it should be listed as Celery Soup, not Clam Chowder, since i've got the whole tray of celery instead. Their BBQ Brisket Sandwich could use a little bit more of the actual brisket.

Its better quality casual food and staff are great and things are fresh cut and not stale in the ingredient bins. However, too many little upcharges make the experience frustrating at the register. I come here 1 out of 3 times I would because paying .69 for croutons or discovering the salad was actually "premium" is discouraging. Panera does this too, but Panera is also losing business from bad pricing as well. Keep the bread and strawberry and let me eat lunch for less than the cost of a meal at a full-service restaurant, corporate

The staff here is wonderful. Everyone is super helpful and friendly and very professional. The food is top notch. Thank you for getting the strawberry's back but the dipped cookies were delicious. I have one little problem with Zupas corporate. You need to change your credit card tip only policy... It is complete and total Bull. Your people work so hard for you and your not gonna let them collect cash tips? I'm so frustrated over this, it sickens me. It's 2023. Your a 29 million dollar restaurant. Get your staff a CASH tip jar. With how excellent your staff is, there are countless opportunities available for them. Treat your staff with greater gratitude and benefits. CASH IS KING. I don't want to have this conversation with any company ever. I expect better from you.

Been here a few times and have always had a pleasant experience with the staff. Food is fresh and well made, they did recently start slicing the included chocolate strawberries in half (instead of a full strawberry), but overall a minor nit pick.

The food is decent quality and staff is friendly but my husband and I paid over $25 for 2 salads and one drink. That’s outrageous. Not only that, but any ingredient they put in besides the lettuce is 1 tiny teaspoon. So we basically paid $25 for a bowl of lettuce with a couple of onions and peppers mixed in. Will not be back.

First time trying. Food wasn’t very tasty, fruit on kids meal looked old and on top of that there was a hair in between my salad. Very disappointed

The interesting and delicious sounding sandwich, soup and salad choices told me right away that I couldn't try all the things I wanted to in even a couple visits. The staff working was super friendly and I got a taster of the two soups I couldn't decide between. Really like this place a lot

Upon first entering Cafe Zupas I was a little taken back by the menu and all the choices. I am on a strict diet and after spending too much time in nearby Homegoods I stopped in for the healthiest choice in the area. I’m so glad I did. Fernando was at the counter and helped me navigate the menu to work with my dietary restrictions. He was so friendly, helpful and patient with all my questions. While sitting and enjoying my meal, Fernando came by to check on me. That was something I don’t see very often. It was also nice to see the staff getting along and having some fun. The service industry is overworked right now so, if for 5 minutes, they are joking and having fun, I won’t complain. It’s a hard job and I couldn’t handle the rude people that they have to deal with daily, if not hourly. Thank you Fernando and staff!

Had an excellent experience at Cafe Zupas this evening. The whole staff was friendly and helpful from the second we walked in until the moment we left. Fernando in particular was an awesome cashier and pleasant to talk to while we waited for our food. We will back back again just because of him!

Went to the one in Bloomingdale for dinner and was helped by the sweetest most polite young man today. I believe his name was Fernando. He was so polite to me and helpful with my order! The food was fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be going back because of the amazing staff that helped me and because of the freshness of the food. Thank you!!

This was my first visit. I really liked the Korean BBQ Brisket! I got the Thai Steak Salad but, asked them to substitute the brisket for the steak! No problem and it was delicious!! I skipped the chocolate dipped strawberry but, was offered an extra roll. I liked their rolls soft and chewy! I’ll go back again to try some other things. I was disappointed though that their Clam Chowder had bacon in it! Didn’t like that.

Such a great, healthy alternative to typical fast food places! Everything is always fresh and delicious! The portions are huge! The variety is terrific! I absolutely love this place! I always get the sandwich and salad combo for about $10, plus you get a chocolate dipped strawberry and a fresh roll with with. It's more than enough to fill you up! I hope they open more locations all over the Chicagoland area!

Great food, really friendly staff. I had it as catering before this and it was really good so I had to try in the store. It was definitely worth it. We also got some dessert, a mousse cake which was just great.

My husband, mother in law & I came for lunch last Thursday. I had never heard of this restaurant. I was SO pleasantly surprised!Being vegan sometimes it can be difficult for me to find things to eat at certain restaurants. But I had no problem here, the staff was so helpful!
