Is this store giving up? I can’t walk too far right now and need to use the cart. Went thru 4 before I got one that works. Went over to get some soup and a couple were there waiting for a refill from the kitchen. They filled 2 containers and were done. I tried to fill one and there wasn’t enough soup. What is going on? The chicken and wildlife is a popular soup and it’s right in the middle of prime dinner time. Please! Could not find any one to restock soup let alone ask about a cart that would work. I know the competition is coming soon. Marianos, you need to step it up.

This review is specifically related to the bakery department. My spouse and I ordered a custom cake out of the cake catalog binder that Mariano's has sitting by the bakery area. We ordered this cake one week in advance of when we needed it. We added all of our options to the cake and the Mariano's bakery employee gave us a price for it so that we knew how much we had to pay. The day before the pick up date, we received a very RUDE phone call from what appeared to be a manager within the Bakery department telling us that they can't make the cake because the price was not provided to us. The person on the phone gave us a price of about $90 dollars which was double than the price we were given when ordering the week before. When we asked why they changed the price on us, the manager on the phone talked so rudely repeatedly telling us that we weren't given a price. I must have told the manager at least three times that we were given a price when ordering, but the manager refused to listen and cut us off every time we spoke. The tone in which this manager talked to us was completely unacceptable. Mariano's need to train their employees better on how to talk to customers because speaking to customers with a negative tone and attitude will definitely lose Mariano's customers like us. Mariano's also needs to train their employees to let customers finish talking and not cut them off every time they try to talk. Overall, this was the first time I have gone to a Mariano's location to order a cake or shop at all and I won't be going back. I don't recommend it but if anyone out there wants to order cake from Mariano's, please get a firm price and documented receipt.

The meat is now 3 strikes. Steak, ribs and chicken have been god awful. Ordered at separate random times. Open it up and smells up my whole kitchen and cannot cook. Garbage selection.

BEWARE! Zero stars. Prices in Self-Serve are higher than priced on shelf. Customer Service acts like they are doing you a favor by correcting the price. And it took about 10 minutes for someone to come help. I was told you just have to wait.

Great grocery store and more. The food court have so many options and everything on the food bars are fresh. Staff is super friendly and it is clean. Prices are surprisingly competitive if you shop their sales. Butcher section will grill your meat purchases for free and they have been right on. We also use their pharmacy and they have beef very friendly and helpful. Good place.

Understaffed in the checkout section. Seems like they are overstaffed in the bakery section. No wonder they have a bar cuz you like. You Definitely want to drink after you're trying to get out of there

It's a big store with a ton of amenities. This place is just more than shopping, it's a restaurant, a hang out place, and more. There's an oyster bar, delicious Todd's BBQ... And, like all the other Mariano's, there is a quality bakery, juice bar, and cheese shop. Really nicely lit up deli area... It gets pretty busy and I think they are still getting into the groove so it might take some time to get your order during a busy time like after work or a Sunday afternoon. The butcher area is nice as well... Quick to serve and even has a grill for cooked orders. They have a huge selection of food from all over the world. Also, a large selection of vegetarian, organic, vegan options as well. The place is clean, and lit with LEDs throughout. It's nice to see a new store incorporating newer technology and Mariano's seems to do just that with all their stores. Not too pricey as well. Some items are more expensive but you'll find deals as well.

I was that annoying customer today 😑 Ann who works on the front end was amazing although I was “that” customer. An interaction that could’ve went all wrong ended up turning into a pleasant experience. Many blessings to your new grand baby that’ll be arriving soon 🥰 -Khara

I would absolutely recommend Mariano's Cakes! Our cake turned out beautifully and was exactly what we wanted. Not only did it look beautiful but tasted good as well. We will definitely be coming back for our next event. Thank you Vinjola for awesome cake!!!

I dealt with Debbie and another girl at the service desk this morning her name is hard to pronounce. She was unprofessional to say the least. I was asking for a refund on a digital coupon that didn't work she replied they always work she is sadly mistaken I have had trouble with the coupons on other occasions. Your employees are usually better than that

I just shopped at Marianos for the last time! There was a line of 25 people waiting for one cashier on a Saturday 4:30pm. There were 4 self-help kiosks, but they are pretty small when you're buying week's worth of groceries. This grocery chain has declined dramatically! It used to be the best place in all of the suburbs and now I'd rather go anywhere else!

Nice Mariano's. This grocery store chain supports local suppliers. A locally brewed kombucha called Kombuchade is sold here. Located in the Juice next to the bacon cooler!

Other than overtly pushing for self-checkout, Mariano's is great. Wish they'd reduce prices back to reasonable on Mariano's brand chicken breasts.

I want to thank this store's staff for finding and returning my purse to me intact. I had an excellent breakfast at the cafe that morning and left my purse underneath the table. When I returned later to look for my purse, staff had found and placed my purse in the customer service area. I had some cash in it and it was all there. Thank you for your honesty!

If you are looking for a specific item from a specific service counter in the store, it would help if the service counter is still open, right? I called the store to ask if the Sweet Shop (counter where confectionary candies) that sells truffles is still open. Mariano's Staff member answered "yes" when I asked, "Do you still have the candy counter?" The former counter is buried behind shelving. Is there candy on the shelving? Yes. Is there anything resembling a truffle? No. Even saying, "I don't know" would have been better than lying or just not caring to check. I'm sure Mariano's will be devastated without my money in the future.

A lady named Judi made me feel very important and gave me a new card because for some reason my husband's number and mine wasn't working.. Thanks so much for your hospitality and making my day.

Everytime I've shopped here there has always been nice flowers by the entrance, fresh food, stocked shelves, and smiling employees. And they've always helped if I had a question with anything. I would recommend this place.

Awesome bakery!! So fresh and tasty so much better than the other big-name bakery here in town. Very friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile to help you. I highly recommend anybody looking for a good cake to come here, or even fresh desserts, they have plenty of them.
