It was kind of busy but I'm glad to see that the world is getting back to normal🌎 my server's name was rich he was very friendly and helpful. My burger was a bit dry but it still taste okay I got the Boneless Wings which were tasty and also the soup and it had a lot of flavor. I do wish that you didn't have to enter your phone number in to use the Wi-Fi because I really don't want to get advertisements. I really appreciate that my server filled up my soda as many times as I wanted so thank you for that and it definitely earned him a 20% tip👍

I just want to start off by saying I love Chili’s or use to love Chili’s. It’s been one of my favorite restaurants in general, but I’ll probably never go to another one any time soon. Came to this location with my family the other night and it was probably one of the worst dine in experiences of my life. We ordered 3 meals in total and the first two were brought out 15 minutes apart from one another. The last meal wasn’t even brought out, and wasn’t given to us until about an hour after we placed the order. My meal was brought first and it was also had the wrong food. I asked for the big mouth bites but was given cheese curds. The waitress said that was what I ordered. The way things were going already, I wasn’t going to make a big deal about it. After two of us finally had our meals, we were still waiting on a pasta and were told it was delayed because of Garlic Bread. 20 minutes later, we brought it up to the waitress and she said that she forgot about it and said they would remake it because it was just sitting in the kitchen. So we had to wait another 15 minutes for the pasta that finally came out to us but in a to go container. It was about half the portion you would normally get. The waitress said that she would comp the pasta but she just summed up her mistakes to being new. Not really apologetic for what happened. The Manager did come over and I explained what happened and she took care of the meal, but overall it just seemed like no one at Chili’s really felt bad for what happened to my family and I. No one really took the blame and responsibility for the bad service we received and they instead blamed it on others. The Manager said they were short handed, and I get it. It happens, but at the same time your the manager. Take responsibility for what happened and don’t blame your cooks and staff. You’re the top of the line and your staff is a reflection of your leadership. The store was also at limited capacity, so I’m even more shocked that it took as long as it did to bring us our food. Honestly, the manager should’ve adapted to the situation and moved staff around so they weren’t short handed or have one of the hostesses that are just standing around help assist your waiting staff. Overall, it was a horrible experience at Chili’s, and I’m not planning to make any trips back any time soon.

I would give this zero stars if I could. When we were seated, a server came and said they would be taking our order. She left and then another server came and said she would be taking our order. They both then disappeared for a good chunk of time. When one returned to take our order, we had to clarify what we wanted multiple times because she repeated it back to us incorrectly. She also told us several times she did not know how to use the ordering system. We waited a long time for our food. During that time, our server returned multiple times to double check our order. Each time, she had our orders wrong. She also came out multiple times to tell us different orders for our table never got put in and to ask if we would mind waiting if she put it in again. She kept getting our orders wrong and telling us "there's something wrong in the kitchen" or "I don't understand the computer." At one point, she said she would put our orders in right away and get a manager. Over fifteen minutes later, we realized our server had disappeared and asked another server if we could speak to someone. We spoke with a manager who said she didn't really know what she could do other than putting the orders in. To be fair, they did ultimately comp our bill which was appreciated. It took us over an hour from ordering to get each person's order. The firsr order to arrive was correct but the meat was overcooked and burned in parts. The next order was incorrect. The next order was correct. Our last two orders to arrive were correct but of poor quality. One was a salad that mainly consisted of white or wilted lettuce in huge chunks. It was essentially chunks of lettuce that should have been thrown out with a few good pieces on the top hiding them. The other was a mushroom Swiss hamburger that was over cooked with a hard crust on the outside and a cold, overcooked middle. The mushrooms were three or four charred mushroom pieces. If they were hurrying, it is harder to get everything right, but this food was just very bad. While we were there we saw three tables leave because they did not get their food after a long time and were told the order was lost. Another table had the same issues we did. The restaurant was only half full, so it was not busy. The bathrooms and floors were in need of a cleaning. It is clear that there are operational issues, both in what we experienced and employees saying the issue rested elsewhere (there's something wrong in the kitchen, I didn't know you needed anything, the other manager/server was supposed to take care of this but they got busy, they didn't teach us how to use the computer, the order didn't get put in, the kitchen lost the order) and being unwilling or unauthorized to problem solve. It seems like a bad situation that sets employees up to fail and sets customers up for a bad experience. We had not been to a Chili's in years and now know we do not need to go back.

Was here around 3pm. The restaurant was not busy at all only a handful of guests. Sat at the bar. Took forever for someone to take our order. The girl working behind the bar kept disappearing. We watched as some people came in to eat waiting to be seated. After a few minutes of not being acknowledged they turned around and left. I'm guessing there was no hostess but the bartender who had to have seen the guest waiting to be seated just went about doing other things. We were embarrassed for those patrons. On our way out we warned some of the patrons who were waiting for some time to be seated that they were better off going elsewhere. Good food but not good service.

I completely understand why this place is never popping. Even when there's only 3 tables severs are super slow still. Service period sucks. I mean I was curious why it would take so long to get asked for refills... ( walked to the bathroom watched my server stuff her face through the window smh) You want to make better tips? Do better yall!

Went for the Veterans lunch. Wasn't crowded but was told it'd be 15 minutes so I went to sit at the bar as there was only one person there. Nobody came to ask me anything til after all the people that were waiting had been sat. My food came. No ketchup or mustard. Nobody came to check on me. After at least 5 minutes and being passed numerous times I asked the waitress/bartender for some condiments. Then when I was done had to wait at least ten more minutes and finally had to ask for my check. Plus the bar was dirty and filled with previous customers empty glasses. The last time I go to that Chilli's.

Stopped going to this Chili's awhile ago. Decided to give them another chance tonight. We had an awesome experience! The food was great and our server, Kelly, was phenomenal! We never ran out of ANYTHING! Great job!

The service was good. I was disappointed because both orders of our ribs were dry and my corn on the cob had what looked like plastic bag material on it, at first I had thought it was part of the corn then spit it out to realize it was NOT!

Absolutely fabulous photos of the food. However, I don't think it was food made at this location. The service was fantastic. The young lady who took care of us was a true delight 😊. Now about the food. I had the sizzling fajita with steak, chicken and shrimp. They forgot the chicken and brought it out cold 🥶. The dish itself wasn't sizzling at all. The steak was tough, the shrimp 🍤 were smaller than the picture and again the chicken wasn't with the dish. The water I asked for had something black floating in it. If I owned the plastic mugs they served my water in, I'd throw them out. This location was so bad it made the franchise look bad. I will try Chilli's one more time but not at that location and if they fail again, I'll never return.

If I could give lower than 1 Star, I would. My wife and I were an hour away from home, and we decided to go to the Bloomingdale Chilis for lunch. Wrong choice! We were “greeted” with a huff and puff and an eye roll when I was asked if I wanted to be seated in the dark dungeon of a corner that nobody was sitter in, and I said, “No.” After my wife and I were seated, we ordered our drinks, as well as Chips & Salsa, that never even arrived. Our server came back within a minute or two to complain about a $400 order that was placed, only to try and very unprofessionally hurry my wife through her order. My wife was upset about this, so I asked for another server. The General Manager then came over and asked if we wanted to move to another section. At this point, my wife made the decision to leave. Meanwhile, I stayed back to ask for the manager, as I didn’t know the person who asked if we wanted to move, was a manager since she never introduced herself as such. When I stated that I wanted the manager, she said, “I am the manager.” I then began telling her how atrocious the service was, when the server came by and overheard and very unprofessionally acted up asking how her service was rude, and then the server became even more unprofessional as she was clapping her hands and saying that she was going to “come at me.” I then told her that I would have her F’ng job by the end of the day, only to have the General Manager threaten to call the cops on me and tell me that I had to leave, despite her employee threatening me. I should have called the cops myself. I then told the General Manager that I wanted her name and the server’s name, only for the General Manager to rudely say, “You can take my business card,” and then stated that she was not going to reveal her employee’s name. I am leaving this poor review in regards to even poorer service. This is not how to treat your customers, and if it is the way you do, then I feel an obligation to forewarn others to STAY FAR AWAY from this trashy service! My wife and I left and went a couple minutes down the road and received much better service!

4/22/23 Is there anyone managing this place? Walked in got sat down quickly and then forgotten despite the restaurant being almost empty, 15 minutes later overheard a big black lady with shorter hair complaining to another worker about why we got sat down there.. a couple seconds later she walks past us completely ignoring us We got up and went next door to Olive Garden where we were provided excellent service. I can see why the place is empty and I wouldnt blame the workers just the Person ‘managing’ the place

If i could give this place 0 stars i definitely would! I joined my family for a birthday dinner and the service was terrible, took about 30 minutes to get our drinks! The waitress had us waiting for a long period of time throughout our whole dinner. Towards the end of our meal we asked the waitress for to go boxes and it took her extremely long. Not to mention the manger had a terrible attitude towards us. everyone was just terrible and down bad. definitely do not recommend

Our sever was great and so was the food... we got there before it got crazy busy. I had the ranch burger and it was huge. I had to take half of it home it was so big. Had the loaded mashed potato that was awesome.

Chili's brownie dessert left me craving for more! The warm, gooey texture combined with the rich chocolate flavor was a delightful treat. Presentation could be improved, but taste overshadows it. A must-try for dessert enthusiasts. ⭐⭐⭐

My daughter's and I visited this location for a late dinner together. We had the best experience we have ever had. Our server was a man named Cameron. He was polite, fast, accurate and so funny. We asked a few questions and for suggestions and were very happy with his suggestions. He seemed to be handling a few tables and we never felt rushed at all. We will be back because of Cameron! Thanks for an amazing dinner night out.

Usually the food is pretty good. More often than not lately the steak is so full of gristle that I end up eating less than half of it. Today the steak was also rare when I ordered it medium. Not a deal breaker but added to how tough the cut was it was a bad experience. Next time I will not order the steak and will probably be happier with our order.

The food was amazing. We had some issues with our pasta so the manager gave us a new one then later we forgot out to-go boxes, so the manager gave us two orders of the same pasta that we ordered. Excellent customer service 10/10 recommended

Watch what you get. Some items like my shrimp tacos were clearly made ahead. They arrived cold so I shared my partner's quesadillas.

I was more than mildly disappointed with my visit. I visited October 13th in the evening. The prices were not awful, and the service was OK, however the food has gone downhill quick. I had the special with a drink, soup, and the cajun chicken pasta. The soup I ordered was the chicken enchilada. It was bland, almost completely flavorless which was a disappointment as this soup use to be my favorite out of any restaraunt. The main course wasn't much better. While the pasta was good, and cooked well. The chicken left much to be desired. It looked like they had tossed the bottom crumbles of a bag of chicken on my plate, the biggest piece being the size of my fingernail and there was no cajun seasoning either. The sauce was enjoyable, however there wasn't enough of it, even after stirring I would say almost a fourth of my pasta had no sauce on it. They also didn't bring out our drinks for almost 20 minutes, well into our queso and chips (Bland as well. The salsa is more of a soup now than a salsa.) I didn't see a manager once throughout our visit, which was surprising as most Chilis have them out checking on the guests. As much as Chilis has a special place in my heart, I can now see why the parking lot was desserted when others were much bussier. And unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location again in the forseeable future. I reccomend you stay away, there are plenty of better options in the area.

Looked good The taste not so. Not cucumbers to be found.Chicken dry. I would not market this as the Chili’s House salad. Husband had the fajitas. The guacamole was awful. Good crowd with many open tables. Another place hurting for staffing and quality staff members at that.

Friendly people but managed badly. The place is filthy, utensils sticky and the food tasteless.

Ordered White Spinach Queso, got shredded cheese in a cup. I can't dip a chip in this. Update: 08/07/2021 - I see your shredded cheese in a cup and raise you a refried bean dip (Skillet "Queso")

This restraute was open til 10:00pm on Sunday. The service was very good. The food was ok and prices were ok as well. The grill chicken with the fajita was not that fresh. It was a little hard on the outside like if it was pre-cooking hours ago then reheated and had a after taste. But the breaded onion pedal were pretty good. The dinning area was messy, needed to be swept a and table cleaned up. Other than that, over all was OK. I woul go back only if there was no other better options.

Glad to have been able to go back in and sit down. There was responsible capacity seating. The service was good and so was the food. Get the chips and salsa to start. That’s the go-to every time I’m at Chili’s.

  • 3/5 Daniel C. 1 year ago on Google
Ordered that was Chili was too seasoned and dry and with no beans. Also I asked for corn tortillas with my chicken fajitas and they weren't warmed up the right way on the grill where the fajitas are made not on a "tortilla press". You have to love the Mexican americanized food.

  • 2/5 Emi 1 year ago on Google
The corn and black beans were the most enjoyable items! The quesadillas were not enjoyable and the rice was undercooked. The waitress offered broccoli or asparagus in exchange for the undercooked rice. The chicken was undercooked as well (didn't attach photo of the chicken). Good customer service

This Chili's is being remodeled currently, so the atmosphere wasn't as good as it could be. Also, until management hires more staff who may have to wait for a table. Food was good.

  • 1/5 Angie M. 2 years ago on Google
If you are placing a to go or delivery order make sure you check that you received everything you ordered before you head home. I was missing two sides for a delivery order, called the restaurant and the manager seemed helpful and said he would send me some gift certificates to make it right. Never did. I have never sat down to eat at this restaurant but I can only imagine with that management the experience would be no better.
