My experience here was the worst. I'm also in the service industry so I try to give workers a little grace...but the service here is God awful. I came to pick up my order (just a sandwich and pre packed chips/drink) and it wasn't ready. There were about 10 other people standing around also waiting for their orders. We started to block the entrance because there were so many of us. A worker told the cashier that if we were waiting for online to tell us it's going to be a while. I asked to cancel my order and she looked for my sandwich, threw it on the counter without paper (picture included). I asked "Miss? Is that my sandwich???" and she said " Yeah, you wanted a refund," with a surly attitude. I asked "If it's ready why would you not just give it to me???" and she again gave me attitude. I asked for a manager and the cashier started laughing. I asked again for a supervisor or manager and they told me to leave. I told them I was waiting for my receipt and they wouldn't give it to me. I noticed this morning I was still charged so I guess I'm calling corporate today.

Snotty obnoxious teenage girls arguing with me over what Mike’s way is. I know what Mike’s way is, I’m not ordering it Mike’s way, so why are you starting an argument over it? Just ring up my sandwich and keep your inaccurate comments to yourself.

I usually order from here quite often & it seems if i come at 830 the staff have put all the food away. If your business hours are until 9pm why are you all closing everything up at 830? Its so annoying when your just trying to grab a bite to eat! The subs are great but the staff sucks

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food is good. Besides that I'm still trying to understand why the young lady that took my order had a nasty arrogant attitude with me. Will not be returning to this location.

Sandwiches are great. Service needs to improve. Ordered online and still had to wait an additional 30minutes. I could have have ordered twice while waiting. The staff didn't seem to know how to organize their dine in and online orders efficiently. Hopefully they can get some better training for the employees.

I like Jersey Mike’s but I don’t like this location. They don’t follow restaurant protocol. Their work area is a mess. They don’t keep it clean and it’s disgusting to say the least. Seems like the employees there don’t care a bit about food service etiquette. Last time I ever step foot at this location. I’d prefer to go to the Bartlett one where they keep it very clean and service is friendly.

The way Subway used to be. Oil, Spices, Hot peppers, mayo. All the goodies. Anyway, Jersey was an excellent sub. Fresh cut ham, pleasant personnel, soft bread. You will like this sub place. My only knock is that it is a little more expensive to eat out, but then again, all prices have gone up.

Food is good but the service is terrible. Young ladies are arrogant and very loud. I love Jersey Mikes but management should definitely do something about this !!!

Pretty standard sandwich shop. The broccoli cheddar soup was hot, and the chicken Cesar wrap was crisp. The tables inside were a bit dirty for my taste, but staff was friendly. The prices have increased, and I felt the size of the wrap is not worth the pricing.

Second time here in 3 days. The act of kindness I witnessed from the staff. You earned my business Great job!!!

The best customer service and a Super clean shop. Shoutout to Frank who had to deal with a downed system on a busy Sunday lunch. He was praising his team the whole time and made sure all of us customers left happy

Im a regular here but its always a mess so i ask can they put new paper down for me & its always a problem. to the point they know me & my order when they see me. I tip well all the time also. Just so they can prep my food in a clean area.Yet i always have to argue with the food prep/ cashier intensively if they aren’t the ppl who recognize me as a regular. just because i like my bread put on a new sheet of clean paper, instead of sitting my bread on the steal table where they spray sanitizer on it constantly to clean that area through out the shift. & it still be a mess back there. Why does my cleanliness bother them so much? I thought that was the standard with all the viruses going around. They were very rude & taunting over my simple preferences. I will be contacting corporate & the better business bureau. Like really if you can’t do your job there’s many ppl who can & willing to do it nicely with great customer service. The cashier girl continued to argue with me over my preferences & she expressed that she was happy that she was able to make me angry. very poor customer service from her & my favorite place to dine. I’ve worked in fast food & deli also. #1 rule is you never argue with a customer over a simple preference. that im sure is in the handbook as something that should be done mandatory with or without the customer asking. Though i do not know her name she continued to taunt me & pulled out her phone & started recording videos. Shes white/spanish hoop nose ring through the middle if her nose & tattoos that read 1971 on one arm & a similar one on the other arm I believe it says 1986 not sure but she’s very rude & needs to retake the class on customer service and sanitary cleanliness in a restaurant. I could have been a secret health inspector & with that extremely poor service I received & poor cleanliness in the restaurant along with how she treated me. You would have failed. But hey im just a consumer spending my hard earned cash ill just go elsewhere. Actually i did i went down to the new jersey mikes location in carol stream & they had no problem with how i wanted my sandwich prepped so I tipped all three guys behind the counter. Im not problematic nore am I selfish with my cash i just like my food how i like it & that was not much to ask for in carol stream but it was a huge problem at this location in bloomingdale. Not to mention their store hours is close at 9pm yet at 8:30 everything is broken down cleaned & put away. And they look at you as if you shouldn’t be here ordering very uncomfortable feeling. And its very annoying when you’ve just got off work & trying to rush there to get a quick bite & they’re serving you old looking lettuce & tomatoes out of a bucket because they dnt wanna dirty the dishes they’ve cleaned. Please do better!!!!

Love the sandwiches here, especially chicken Philly, club, and turkey sandwiches. The low score is for the horrible service this bloomingdale location has. Every time we order online our food is never ready and never even start making it until we get to the store and ask for it. They also horde the online orders behind the counter instead of putting them on rack so you have to ask for your food. I’m guessing it’s because people steal things so I get it but seriously work on your service in general. Good should be ready when promised and not 10-20 mins after.

Never ordering from here again. They forgot my chips in my last delivery order and when I called, a manager named Frank said they would send me some free of charge with my next order. Today I placed that next order and added a note to my sandwich asking that they send me those comped chips. Guess what I got? No chips, just Frank’s business card. Thanks buddy, super helpful 🥲

We like to get food here every now and then, but it’s always a great experience. The employees they have working there are always doing a great job with prepping, cooking, and cleaning. Never anyone just standing around even when it’s not busy.

Today went fine. The last 2 times there would stood waiting for a long time while they caught up on online orders.

Big shout out to Tony. He is a prime example of GOOD POSITIVE ENERGY! Made my day by simply being nice. Nothing but respectful. Love to see it.

I work at a Jersey Mikes out of town so I know my way around and this Jersey Mikes was incredible compared to mine! Very clean, friendly staff, and the food was just as good! I really enjoyed this Jersey Mikes!

8/11 - 5:50PM. I come to this location frequently but will probably be taking my business to a different location. Their employee, Olivia, was not wearing a hat to cover her incredibly long hair, was wearing airpods while she was preparing my order and after trying to get her attention to correct my order, her coworker had to grab her attention for me. She also looked visibly annoyed that I asked her to fix my order, as I asked for a giant and she only cut me a regular. This is not the first incident.

We go to this location quite often. Service is touching go.Not sure if it’s the management or what. But on January 26th around 7ish.We got a couple of sandwiches. The hostess Dominique was amazing! She not only made our two sandwiches but another couples’ three sandwiches without having to write them down Very hard worker .She is definitely a keeper! I can’t forget about the guy that was on the grill either. He was knocking out those orders as well. Thank you very much guys. Keep up the great work.

So tired of arriving at 8:30 & everything is put away as if they’re closed. If business hours is until 9pm why is the store basically closed at 8:30? People who like this food have busy lives as well. If i can close my job early & make it here before 8:30 i would but i dnt have that luxury. Please be mindful of others!!!!

It's the first time I try this place. I really liked it. Cold cuts are sliced in front of you. Everything looks fresh and taste great. The employee who took my order was a little inpatient and looked annoyed by my questions. Even though I mentioned it was my first time and I was order for 7 people. Regardless I really liked the subs and would definitely eat from here again.

Ordered several subs and most were correct; however, one of the subs was missing an edit & one had 0 of the 4 edits requested. Quality was overall good but rather disappointing two people didn't get what they wanted, one incredibly so.

I've loved Jersey Mikes for over 7 yrs now because of the quality of their sandwiches and the customer service. At the Bloomingdale location, it was apparent that management had changed. Covid 19 changed a lot of things, so I understand. But, it was no longer welcoming and quality control was not up to par. After 1.5 yrs of avoiding them, I decided to try again. Dominique was so pleasant and accommodating. She, at nd her fellow employee, made we want to go back again!

Ordered online with my MyMike's account. Clearly they had my phone number. No one called to say...We dont have your sea salt chips. I walked in to pick it up no said. We dont have your sea salt chips pick another bag. They just let me take my bag without a word or a thank you for your business and gave me salt and vinegar chips (odd choice). Didn't notice until i got back to the office and now cant go back. I called and spoke to manager and she just said they thought it was an Uber order. I would assume they can tell it's a myMikes account vs. Uber, but I'm not 100% sure. She was not apologetic at all. She did agree to give me my money back next time, but that was my solution. Disappointing.
