I love this place because they have really late hours and the staff is super friendly and it's definitely a plus that they have free Wi-Fi that I can enjoy while I'm waiting for my pizza so I'm a first-timer and I'll definitely be back:📍😊👍

I love getting pizza from Sarpino’s!! I always get their pesto veggie pizza. It’s amazing. One of the workers name is Vikram and he’s always super nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you wanna try new pizza combos.

As a vegan its so hard to find good vegan options! The cheese is melted and has a great taste and the beyond sausage is perfect. The owner is really nice also. Amazing Vegan pizza! Free delivery now and during the pandemic has been amazing

This place has a WHOLE vegan menu that I was not aware of! Besides vegan Pep, sausage and cheese, they offer Beyond Chicken tenders as well as calzones and salads. Everything is delicious. The staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Arguably the worst pizza I’ve had in the past 2 years and I’m a pizza person. I eat pizza a Lot and when I got the pizza it was super soggy. It tests like it was reheated in a microwave or something there was nothing good about that pizza. Do not recommend please stay away from that pizza place!!

The breadsticks are so over cooked. I asked the guy can I have them lightly cooked and he said that’s against policy. Pretty sure he made that up. He said this is how the breadsticks are “supposed to look.” First time and last time going there. Today is 9/27/22 6:00 pm. Mangers please let that employee know if he’s that lazy that he can’t remake just some breadsticks, he shouldn’t be working.

Never again. Waaaayyy over priced pizzas that are over cooked. Literally reminded me of a thinner LiL Caesar’s Pizza. Your “breadsticks” are not breadsticks. Since when does pizza crust constitute as breadsticks? I regret not seeing previous reviews before ordering as they had same complaint. The $40 spent here I could have gotten (2) 2 for $20 pizza deals at another place.

I had the same experience with your closing guy I guess he must be the one that doesnt like working nights. First of all i called 2 times and the guy hangs up on me before even getting the chance to even say anything, and then Iam calling right back to ask where the store is he just did not want to help me with any info and he hangs up on me again. I finally go to the store to order a pizza and he picks for me a pan pizza to make when I did not tell him pan or thin. Anyways I ended up cancelling and getting my money back. That guy his name tag says Kosti I think he needs to have a talk with the owner because he is very rudeee!!

The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. The menu choices are great, lots of choices for toppings and sauces. Salads and sandwiches are also available. Easy access from the parking lot, though you need to cross traffic to reach the door. Next door to the Bloomingdale Picture Show. I will be going back to try different pizzas!

Ordered a sandwich, pizza, and jalapeno poppers for delivery The poppers were RAW. And I do mean RAW. The breading was dough and no toasty look on the outside. The pizza was SMASHED. Still edible but it was smashed. My sandwich, I asked for light spinach and was given romaine. I am allergic to romaine (hence why I asked for the spinach) Called the store and was told by the manager/shift leader (unsure of their title) that it was the fault of the delivery driver who makes the delivery orders. I asked why they, as the manager/leader, wasn't checking - was told they were too busy. They did apologize. They did give a refund. When I asked for who was responsible, was told that the delivery person was. Whe I asked if I could go to corporate (as I do believe the manager was young/not the higher up for the location just that shift) he told me to go ahead and see what they would do Then I was muted/hung up on. 0/10 Unless they get people that pay attention - I would avoid at all costs.

Wrong pizza delivered. They need to improve their quality control process. The label was correct on the box for my address but the pizza inside was completely wrong.

Been ordering from them during the week, late at night. Those cheesy bread sticks are the reason we keep coming back. So damn good. DO NOT change anything with those bread sticks! Wife enjoyed Signature salad too. Delivery was fast and fresh. They just seem like the perfect place to order from to get great food late at night.

By far the best place to order for pick up if you like pizza, the Indian guy up front hit me with the my friend special and gave me 25% off just ask for it in store, delivery time is about an hour some people complain about that I personally don't mind pizza is never cold

My husband and I were traveling through the city and wanted some Chicago deep dish pizza. We stumbled across this gem. We ordered a Mediterranean pizza and added a couple of extra veggies to it. The pizza was definitely the best pizza we have had. Our server Chris was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to give us top notch service. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back.

Listen, I know pizza. I grew up in northern Italy and moved here last summer from NY. Without a doubt this is my families favorite place to order pizza in Bloomingdale. We literally order from here if not once but twice a week. The owner is super nice and always ensures that the quality and taste is top notch!

The owner and folks behind the counter are super friendly, always greeting you with a smile. Great tasting, great service, and definitely worth every dollar I’ve spent!

I'm a repeat customer and I always order from the vegan options. The food is consistently well made and very tasty. Customer service is top-notch!! It has also been really nice to have a go-to restaurant to grab some vegan deep dish in the suburbs since it's not an easy find outside of Chicago. I'm a big fan and have recommended to others multiple times.

I had the best pizza of my life. Since then I have visited this place numerous times and my opinion about this pizza has still not changed. Such a great experience eating at this restaurant. The service was top notch and the pizza was to live for. Again… The service and the food were both excellent. I have never had a bad experience here.
