    i really tried to refrain from making a review but i really cant keep going here. i kept giving this location the benefit of the doubt bc its the only one on my way to work but they only get my order right and make everything right about 40% of the time. They have given me frozen bagel bites, theyve given me the wrong kind of bagel, theyve made my coffee with mostly milk and barely any coffee. i feel bad for the employees who work there as theres been times i go and theres only been 1 person running the store. today i ordered and the person on drive thru was rude when i was placing my order, my coffee doesnt have ANY french vanilla and my bagel barely has cream cheese. its a shame, i shouldnt have to go so far out of my way just to go to another dunkin that will get my order right.

    If I could give zero star to this place I would. The lady with glasses , I believe she’s the store manager and other employee are so rude and terrible. One time I placed my order online, the employee said I have to wait when I got there. The lady with glasses came by and yelled at me for not looking at their order placeholder. Keep in mind there were bags but no receipt attached so I wouldn’t be able to just guess by looking at their Dunkin’ bag. Advice for the management - They are the front face of the customers, it goes a long way being polite or addressing the situation than merely just brushing it off and being rude. Also pretty bias with how they treat some customers.

    If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I don’t often come to this location at all but figured I’d stop on my way home. I had a coupon for a free bagel that I wanted to use. The older woman working there started making my bagel and when she came back over to take my payment, she told me I couldn’t use my coupon bc the barcode wouldn’t work. She told me to hold my phone flat to scan it and when I did, she rolled her eyes at me and kept saying no I couldn’t use it. I kept asking her why and she wouldn’t give me an answer. I told her I’ve never had a problem at any other location and that I was just gonna leave. Not to mention, she also was not wearing a mask which is pretty disgusting working with food and drinks.

    I placed a mobile order for curbside delivery. Waited for 20 minutes. Had to call the store and they told me they were out of the donuts that I wanted. We scheduled a brand new order and I sat outside for another 10 minutes. I ended up having to go in to grab my food. Why do you have a curbside option if your employees won’t follow it?

    Update: I visit this Dunkin frequently in the mornings before work. I order on the app and it’s ready when I get there in the pick up area. My coffee drinks are consistent. Employees don’t say much to me but I always thank them. I got three grilled tomato pesto cheeses and none of them were melted. How can you send this to the customer? I’ve had these multiple times at other locations. I also got the wrong donut. This was the worst location.

    I have never felt the need to review any place but this place left me speechless. They get my order wrong at least 65% of the time already but during my last encounter I asked for a sandwich on a croissant but it came out on a bagel. This is the only sandwich that order when I go to this establishment. So I went back up and kindly said that "I ordered this on a croissant so can you please switch out the bagel for the croissant." The looked at screen and said i order a bagel. So for the second time i told her no I ordered a croissant. She looked at the woman who took my order said a few words and turned back to me and TOLD ME that I ordered a bagel. I was literally at a loss for words. I just turned around and walked out

    Donuts were the worst I've had from a Dunkin', the worker was on her Bluetooth (no drive through here) talking the entire time and didn't even say thank you after I thanked her.

    It was field day and I wanted to get everyone a treat. I ordered off the app, which has never been a problem before, and headed to the closest location to the school. I asked for curbside because it was a larger order. They never came out to the car despite the fact that I was waiting right by the door for 15 minutes after arriving. There were 2 customers inside who came and went. The employees looked out at my car multiple times. I finally went to go park to see what was wrong. There was my order, on the pick up counter. The employees didn't even put the drinks in a cup holder. No eye contact made. Worst customer service, awful coffee, and half of the donuts from our order were stale. Save your money and go to a different location. This one is absolutely terrible.

    I go to get coffee, the lady is counting penny then the nickel ,next dime and then went quarters. I'm waiting all this time. I said I would to order, she hold up one finger to me and started counting dollars. I told her I will never order again from here.

    I did a online order, I did come in early. I walked in greeted two older Indian ladies. They both looked at me and continued talking. I didn’t wait long, no one was in dunking. She just said “here” and I said thank you. Very rude customer interaction. I ordered a matcha latte and a bagel with cream cheese. There was barely any cream cheese on the bagel and drink was full of ice. I usually have no problem with Dunkin but this location I would never go back to!

    Racist ladies. I said to one of them Good Morning and she didn’t even respond. But told Good Morning to the lady who came after me only because she was white . Also, this customer received her order before me. She got a simple coffee and “an empty cup” and she offered her a cup holder. She didn’t offer me a cup holder for my coffees. Customers should be treated equally. Please go to other stores. Don’t waste your money and time here. Don’t recommend this location at all. This location deserves 0 stars not 1.

    Manisha should not be on the phone while taking customers. She was on the phone the entire time taking my order and was mad because I was not done ordering. She can’t hear while she’s on the phone. Repeated myself twice and then she forgot to add caramel to BOTH of the coffees I ordered. because she was ON THE PHONE. Went back twice just for her to add it all sloppy. She added the caramel right on top and said “stir ok” so stupid. Never coming here again.

    Non Drive-Thru Dunkin Doughnuts, My drink has been made correctly 3 of 3 times here. The service is nice and quick. The bathroom was clean. It's the nicer of two Dunkins in the area and I will always choose to come here.

    This location has the worst customer service. Stopped by twice this week, and the employee working is so rude with an attitude as if they were being bothered. No hello, or thank you. There are other Dunkin Donuts locations that you can go to that are friendly with no attitude.

    Service around 1pm is horrible. Very horrible! I never had an issue before as a daily customer. This lady has been giving me coffee with a ton of coffee grounds for the last couple of day. She has no sense of urgency. And today after waiting 15 minutes with no customers I’m told there is no hot coffee. I wish I could rate a zero. 12/3/21
