If I could leave worse I would. 15 min for a small hot coffee that came cold and tasted like someone spit in it. Then was told to wait another ten for something that didn’t taste like sewer water. Don’t ever come here. They don’t speak English. The speaker doesn’t work you have to sit there and yell in hopes they want your money and the icing on the cake is their manager could care less. Came here because my wife got flat tire so came in for breakfast.

This McDonald's came through when all others failed. They had shakes 15 minutes before closing and the food was fresh. Great service from them.

Terrible service so cheap. I asked for extra extra extra toppings for my Mc flurry. They do not give them to me. But charge me and the Mc flurry doesn’t even come mixed. The Oreos were literally peppered on top and 90% of it was just vanilla ice cream. And they charged me .45 cents three times for the extras . I’ve literally resulted to just buy a bag of Oreos and adding my own. and since when has McDonald’s become so expensive, they don’t deserve it. They never get my order, right what is so hard about a plain cheeseburger next time they get my order wrong I’m just gonna throw everything all over the parking lot…. I advise anyone going here check their order in the drive-through before they leave.

I have been using there online app for 6 month now. There a issued order food from the airport. Also order food were 2 restaurants are right within about each other. It doesn't give you an option to pick the correct one. The food that I ordered yesterday was correct. The problem was my first order I had canceled from the order menu. But it appeared at the end total. And when I got to the restaurant. The server didn't I bring the complete order out. He broke out the last order that I put in the system. Even though the original order was still sitting in there. I have had this problem in a couple other restaurants. Where you cancel the order in the app, but the order is up at the end of the total.

The place was a prime pit stop for me. I've stopped going since they've kept messing up my order, and having things out of stock. I have given the benefit of the doubt, but it hasn't been improving at all. Poor management and food quality is really hindering this place. Shame that such a unique location has fallen on hard times.

Standard sweet Tea. Ordered on the app Crew got the order right and was pleasant. Sorry I don't have anything more interesting. Oh wait use the all all large drinks are a dollar!

I want to give a great review for the night manager Clint. I work nights a lot and I frequent this restaurant regularly. Clint pay attention to his customers and he makes sure to say hi and ask our night is. The food comes out quickly and correct. I know it's a chain store but your management and employees make your store. See if you're in the area stop in grab a drink or some food and say hi to this great night shift.

Horrible management by Claudia. She did not want to hear what happened. I tried several time to explained that her staff misinformed me at the drive up window and didn't want to correct it because there were cars waiting. So we got something that we did not want. She refused to listen to what I was telling her only that it was charged correctly. No customer service.

This location was great! Bloomingdale Bears had their car wash fund raiser today. They worked with us hosting the event. They were great with all the kids and supported us all day long thru the event!

We ordered burgers and nuggets. Somehow we only got nuggets.. went back for the burgers and they refused to replace what we didn't get.. Not Cool!!! The nuggets were hot and tasty

First off, my meal was excellent. Those chefs need a raise, best McNuggets I’ve ever had. Not to mention the BBQ sauce, that was an incredible addition, and the sweetness of the sauce complimented the saltiness of the nuggets. Sadly, the lady at the window with the poofy hair rushed me thru the drive thru way to fast, and quite frankly I was shocked, and not prepared to drive forward, heavens sake I didn’t even have my seatbelt fastened yet. All around a 75/100, pry and 85/100 if that girl wasn’t there.

Place was clean and service was great, miss my egg and sausage breakfast by 5 minutes

Super polite and quick enough that we didn't sit for more then two minutes. Absolutely wonderful. They checked the order *twice* and made sure everything was there. Definitely will try to be back.

Cooked just the way I wanted. Late night McDs hit the spot

Ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget meal with a chocolate milk, thought it was weird that I got it in a regular bag so I just asked for the toy and was rudely told that I only ordered 4 piece chicken nuggets and get asked for my receipt and notice that I was charged for everything separately. Again I asked for a chicken nugget meal but the way the worker was giving me attitude and acted as if I was disrupting her day was ridiculous.
