Normally when I come here and get my hair done they do a good job. But this time I am very unhappy with it. They are too big and they aren't laying done. Might go somewhere else to have them fix.

1st time here...great experience...they have just as much hair supplies as 7 mile discount... Go check it out... 5stars

Big African lady in the back room will always follow you around, not say a word, but stand right in front of you and just stare at you… She couldn’t be more odd, unprofessional and distasteful. Please, take your money elsewhere. The good recent reviews are all fake that’s why they are all on the same day, who are you all trying to fool? I came here often just because of convenience but NOW you’ve completely lost my services.

I made an appointment to get my hair done here two weeks ago. I called to make my appointment on Tuesday for the following Friday night. I drove from North End St.Paul and when I got there they knew nothing about my appointment. I was told the girl left for the day. They called her and she arrived an hour and half late. I bought what I was told was human braiding hair and soon discovered it was not. I had to pay the $240 for the braids way before they were even done. The next day my hair was matted and nappy and also was making me break put in hives. I called to complain and was told they would call me back after they found out who did my hair. Never heard back. Won't be returning If you were sorry for my feelings you would have returned my phone call. I basically wasted my money since I'm allergic to the hair from your shop. And never recieved an apology or reason for you showing up over an hour late. Your photo looks nothing like my hair now

Dead wrong. Gave me the wrong wig never asked me if it was the right wig or nun jus let me walk out with the wrong wig bruh. Spent 50$ just to get home and HAVE THE WRONG Wig!! Tb final sale . Jus don’t by the wrong item from this store cause u not getting ur money back & u can’t trade it in even tho is SAYS ON THE Receipt that you can.

Booked an appointment to get my hair braided here. The night before- there was a Winter Storm & we got a lot of snow. I messaged to see if we would need to cancel & was reassured to come at my scheduled time. When I arrived, there were already 3 other clients waiting & only 2 braiders. I told them I had an appointment but the more I talked, the more it became clear they didn't know who I was. More clients started arriving & I waited over a hour but the other Women just kept saying this unnamed person was on their way. They could've just been honest upfront but chose to lie. Either there was no other stylist or one of their workers was being professionally negligent. At least one other person left before I eventually did the same but I figured I would share this experience so others don't waste their time. Bottom line: Stylist arriving after the time we agreed on is unprofessional. If you are running late, then say that! But don't expect people to spend money with you & you can't respect their time. I'm sure anyone living in this state is aware of the weather, yet I still managed to find someone last minute to do the job

Do not make the mistake I did I use this shop I will post a picture of my hair this evening Of what they consider micros What are really Box braids Literally charge me for micros literally But left out so much Of the cheapest hair. Used the wrong color. Cleaning at the end was hard to watch
