This is my 2nd time of going to IHOP to dine and it has not disappointed me so far. I ordered the Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pancake combo and it was delicious and would definitely recommend it to the people with sweet tooth. The textures of the pancakes were thick substantial and fluffy. The presence of chocolate absolutely enhanced the flavor of it, ultimately it brought an ordinary pancake to another level.

We had an excellent experience at this iHOP. Perhaps the only iHOP and maybe even the only restaurant in Twin Cities still open 24-hours during the pandemic. We took advantage late at night to eat some pancakes and an excellent hot chocolate needing to kill time since our sons flight was delayed. Service was excellent and the food very good. We were commenting how they were able to get cooks and bus boys late at night. And a waitress providing excellent service. Kudos to this restaurant located next to MOA and near the airport.

I took my friend to IHOP because she had never been there can you believe that !🀣 we had Sunday morning brunch and even though there was a 20-minute wait it went very quickly. The servers were working their butts off. I didn't catch our server's name but she provided amazing customer service!! Very friendly and helpful service with a smile 😁 we both got the breakfast sampler and it was absolutely delicious!!! I absolutely highly recommend IHOP for anyone looking to have an amazing meal any day of the week. The only thing that I can say that I didn't like was the really expensive orange juice. However the price of everything has gone up lately thanks to covid and limited availability of products around the country.

Service was extremely quick! Even though they were short in waiters, we ordered quickly and got our food within 10 mins. Pancakes and french toast were all good:)

Came to get a breakfast in the morning after early arrival to the airport, arrived at 9am on Sunday morning and lineup was crazy long, and wait was more than 45min. No opportunity to try the great IHOP taste for us, visitors from Canada. 😞 Next time…

Busier than heck, but we got to our table after a 15-20 minute wait. The host was absolutely comical and kept everyone smiling. The server was prompt and got us everything we needed. The food was spectacular as we had been up the night before indulging in many adult beverages. Will definitely be back when we visit MN next time

Ummm... my daughter loves this IHOP and especially a waitress there named Ashley, so I hate to do this but...I have to always be honest in my reviews, ok? The worst part about the visit was walking out and seeing mouse traps in the reception/waiting area, not the lobby, literally in the area where u wait to be seated! Nothing grosses someone out more than seeing mouse traps immediately after their meal! I know that nobody would have mouse traps unless they had seen evidence of an infestation, which there were mouse droppings under the seats where the traps were located. The next issue is, unfortunately not their fault but off-putting nonetheless, due to the low budget extended stay motel adjacent to the restaurant there are quite a bit of transient people loitering in the parking lot and several times I seen people sleeping in the lobby. We usually stop here very early in the mornings after dropping our son off at the airport where he works, so it's a totally different vibe at those hours (around 4AM) Now, as for the food, I ordered strawberry banana French toast, eggs scrambled with American cheese, turkey sausage & home fries. The French toast was ok, nothing special, the eggs or should I say egg because for the 1st time in my life I got one big clump & it was supposed to be scrambled eggs, the potatoes were nasty, cold, no seasoning so I sent the egg & potatoes back. The waitress was VERY SWEET. She was professional, courteous & friendly. I forgot her name, but she did a great job and has a very positive attitude. I have to say, I will never go back. Between the mice, homeless people sleeping in the lobby & top it off with a substandard breakfast, I can't find any reason to come back.

Disgusting food and coffee. You will find better food at a gas station. That’s the only thing I can say. Paid $15 for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. What I got was a container filled with runny eggs all over everything (see photo). And they forgot the bacon? The coffee tastes like gasoline. Ugh. Waste of money

I make sure to visit IHOP in every state I visit. Menu changes by state and area sometimes, but the taste and quality of the service never changes. I got to try the Poblano pepper egg Benedict for the first time, and it was delicious. I prefer not to eat spicy at breakfast ing. It was pretty spicy, but I still have no complaints. Our server, Jonathan, was great. We went to the same location the next morning but there was a wait so we skipped.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the quality of the food I received during my recent visit to one of your restaurants. Firstly, let me emphasize that I have been a regular patron of your establishment for quite some time now, as I have always enjoyed the ambiance and the friendly service provided by your staff. However, my most recent dining experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. During my visit on 10/22/2023 the veggie omelette ordered did not meet my expectations in terms of taste, I open it and found Ham inside. I called the waiter and instead of apologizing she had attitude saying what you want me to do. The dish was also improperly cooked and failed to meet the standard I have experienced in the past.

9/2/2022 Just arrived to Minneapolis Minnesota and the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. Cool 😎. Next best thing is IHOP πŸ₯° Anyway, server was fantastic, he was very helpful, and attentive to all our needs. Food was wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Bloomington IHOP. We were seated right away and our server was very nice and good at her job. We both got breakfast for lunch and it was so good! I love their pancakes! But you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

I always enjoy IHOP and I'm glad whenever I can find one near. The gluten-free friendly pancakes are the star of the show for me and always delicious. I asked for blueberry and I got the best blueberry pancakes I've ever had. Such a treat especially when the staff and manager handled a disturbance with poise and grace. The manager was so nice.

My cowboy BBQ looks great but it comes with surprise. My reason for one star is because I found hair in my burger at a time I really needed that food in my tummy. Customer service and everything is great except sanitation error. I hope this a one time thing. Because I want more of hope for IHOP!!
