I am forever grateful for Dr. Maynard, Chika, and Connie! They all have worked so hard to make my dog feel safe and happy at the vet. They are extremely patient and willing to accommodate what your pet needs. For us, this means going outside during our dog's visits and giving her lots of pets and love! They also let you (and encourage!) you to come in for "happy visits" if your pet isn't a fan of the vet. Everyone comes out to say hello and give your pet a treat. It's great knowing that they will do everything and anything to support our dog -- even spending multiple Friday afternoons outside just to get a dog comfortable with a blood draw. We also had an instance where we called the emergency number in the middle of the night. That same morning right after they opened, someone from the office called to follow up and get us in for an appointment that afternoon. After a stressful night, I was so happy to hear from them and to have everything taken care of that same day. I appreciate the great care we receive!

We've lived in the area awhile. Unfortunately, the vet we loved retired. For several years, we went to different vets, but didn't find another one we just "clicked" with. Then, we happened to get Dr. Maynard on a visit to College Mall Vets. "CLICK!" She was fantastic! It didn't bother me at all that we had to wait in an exam room for her, because I knew she was giving another pet the same care she gave ours. She took her time, listened, answered all my questions, and I felt our pet was in the best hands. I highly recommend her!

College Mall Vet cares for our pets like they are part of their family. We were so pleased with the regular visits but then also had a major surgery done. The doctor called us right after the procedure and even checked in multiple times once our pet came home. We are so grateful for this clinic, especially Dr. Gibson!

We always have great experiences with College Mall Vet! Everything from our routine/annual visits to urgent care visits is always positive, force free, and I know that the care of our two dogs is the priority. I appreciate how much all the employees care about helping pets feel healthy, happy, and safe. The vets always take plenty of time to discuss all my questions and concerns. It is really valuable to feel so heard!

Had an extremely poor experience with the relief vet. I spoke to my vet from back home and she was in shock at the medication and dosage I was prescribed, as were multiple other veterinary professionals I spoke to. I was told I could return something, got there the next day to return it, and was told that I was not able to. I had a great experience with Dr. Davis, as she caught something on my dog’s lab work that the relief veterinarian did not catch. Overall, besides the veterinarian that caught what the other vet did not as I was very appreciative that she called me personally to give her recommendation, I am extremely disappointed in my experience at this hospital.

We love College Mall Vet. They are committed to having a good experience for your pet, from the special Feliway towels in the waiting room and special dog and cat areas to the gentle, patient approach of the staff. They are highly skilled and compassionate, and the communication is great. They have been there for me at the best times and the hardest times, and they've always been super knowledgeable, wise, patient, and kind—with our pets and with us.

Dr. Gibson helped me to say goodbye to my kitty of 15 years. She was so caring, and made his goodbye as peaceful as could be. She’s always been super insightful at his visits, but she really impressed me with her bedside manner when it came time to make such a hard decision. I highly recommend.

Terrific veterinary office. The staff is great with the boys, they are always happy to go! Dr Swanson and Dr Gibson are the best. And Teddy and Bear give 4 Paws Up to the Hospital Manager Tiffany :)

I love this place! They have a caring staff, great hours, and are cat certified. Several times I have had to call with a sick pet, and they were able to fit us in quickly. I've never been disappointed in how I or my cats were treated. I know that when we have an issue with their health I can count on College Mall Vet to be there!

We have a dog that's reactive on-leash. The College Mall folks are 100% accommodating. We get a pager to wait in the parking lot, when the coast is clear, they page us in. I can't say enough about our experience over the years with three different dogs. I highly recommend them!

Tiger went in for a teeth cleaning and evaluation. They found that he had a cavity from a re-absorbed tooth and extracted it. He was sent home with pain meds and antibiotics and is doing fine. A much happier kitty. As always the staff at College Mall vet hospital were professional and caring. We highly recommend this practice to all our friends and family.

Both the vet and assistant were amazing with my dog. They took the time to talk with me about any concerns I had for my dog. They made sure not to stress him while giving him his shots, drawing blood and clipping his toenails. Never have a bad experience when taking my dog there. They love on each dog like it’s their own.

I was worked into the schedule because my dog had an injury. All staff were very nice and friendly even though I was there at their lunchtime. The vet was wonderful. We have used this vet office since the 80’s and I’m very happy with the care.

We are always very pleased with Dr. Davis’s & the staffs’ treatment of our 3 dogs…personable, very thorough & kind. Our appointments never feel rushed. Dr Davis ensures all questions are answered & every available option is offered when deciding on a treatment plan. Our dogs even enjoy Dr Davis & the Vet Techs…which says a lot about their “bed side manner!”

I had a problem with my dog’s health records from an out-of-state vet. The front office staff was extremely patient and helpful about getting the needed records and going over them with me as we tried to collect information Dr. Davis would need from the other practice. All this took additional time but everyone worked with me trying to make sure my dog was not given any unneeded vaccinations. Once I saw Dr. Davis, she was very understanding about the delay. She was gentle with my geriatric dog, answered all my questions and made several helpful suggestions. Her kindness toward my dog was so greatly appreciated. Her fondness for her patients is obvious.

We have been using College Mall Vets since we got our Italian Greyhound around 2011/2012 and continued when we adopted our greyhound. They have always been caring, friendly, and understanding to our dogs special needs. Especially our greyhound who was epileptic. We cannot thank them enough... :) We highly recommend them.

We've been taking our dog children to College Mall Vet for almost twenty years and we've never had anything but great experiences with them. I have greater confidence in Dr. Hughes than I do in most of my own physicians--possibly just because I've relied on her skill and compassion for almost two decades, in good times and bad, but I also, I think, because she's just really, really good at her job.

My cat had a near emergency. I didn't want to call it an emergency, but the cat's condition seemed serious. Even though all the vets were completely booked, the staff and Dr Hughes found time to run tests, diagonse, and treat the cat. Everyone was helpful and gracious, but I must single out Michelle, the lady whom I spoke to over the phone. Dr Hughes was overworked but took time to give me a clear synopsis of what had been found and what to expect.

The staff is always very friendly and informative. I really appreciate their guidance and suggestions to make sure my kitty is healthy. My kitty takes to them well. They always do a fantastic job of making her yearly shots and exam go smoothly. 10/10 recommend.

We just moved to the area from out of state, and College Mall Vet Hospital was recommended to us. I'm so glad we came! The front desk staff were wonderful, our tech was gentle and attentive, and Dr. Hughes was very thorough and caring -- we have older cats who have health issues. My concerns were taken seriously and I was given several options to get them back on track. I really value the time the staff spent with me, and I look forward to coming back.
