    I swear this store shouldn’t be operating!!!! I have never had a good experience from here and it’s sad cause I work close to it. Imagine waiting 15 minutes in the drive through to buy wings and getting this? Lol, trash!

    It seems KFC needs to do proper training for the entire staff here. We got our order only to get home and find out they got almost everything wrong. They also were out of some items and went ahead and substituted without even letting their customer know in advance, only told us after handing the order. It seems like an issue of lack in training, I don't imagine trained staff would behave in this manner. I hope this helps you improve, KFC.

    This is how I received my food. Service is terrible! Raw chicken and lumpy mash and gravy as if its spoiled

    The Wings tasted weird, and they were black inside, I couldn’t eat them, and we couldn’t go all the back there. But I certainly won’t be buying from there when I’m in the area again.

    Ordered at drive through, was told to wait in parking, after 10mins walked in and asked for food. Has not been started. Then they said they ran out of crunch burger patties, miraculously after 2 minutes they have again but need to prepare order. Quick 5 min drive through turned into 25min wait.

    The staff are friendly enough and the food OK. A little disappointed though, had an issue with 2 items - I ate them but they were not fresh. When I gave feedback the staffer I spoke to was more interested in avoiding compensating me than listening and noting the feedback.

    I just ordered off ubereats...a snack burger and 4 zinger wings. The snack burger was okay...but the zinger wings were absolutely horrible. They tasted burnt and had absolutely no flavor...the texture was almost creamy...is this the type of food I paid for? And this is not the first time that i received the most terrible zinger wings. Please stop giving customers old stale wings and improve on your recipes.. .this is honestly the worst branch ever. Pathetic!

    We went on a Saturday at noon and the food was freshly prepared and not greasy at all. The service was super quick as well. This is by far the best KFC iv been to.

    I recently visited KFC Blue Hills Shopping Center and had a concerning issue with the quality of the food. My wife and I noticed a burnt smell in the meat, prompting us to return to the store to address the matter. The front staff swiftly involved the manager, Lerato. She took immediate action, ensuring that we not only received her full attention but also had the opportunity to taste the food before leaving. Lerato's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction left a positive impression on us. Her prompt resolution of the issue showcased excellent customer service, turning our initial disappointment into a satisfactory experience. Kudos to Lerato and the team for their quick response and effective resolution

    Pathetic to say the least. We we given an old patty and soggy lettuce. They added a fresh slice of cheese on top the old one. The gentleman who took our order did not confirm it, he said he was going to check if they still had crunch burgers, we had to order ice cream at the collection window. The manager on duty did not want to give me the gentleman's name but instead took our slip and gave us R70 cash. I feel sorry for the owner of that store

    The restaurant is amazingly clean 👏🏼 However, the fries/chips did not seem fresh, and the meat was undercooked. There are no trays provided for people eating in, which is very bizarre and proves multiple KFCs standards across the country. The digital self-service ordering system needs to allow for specific meat portions selection, as is the case when we order on the teller.

    They must change their trading hours that says they open at 6am. Was there around 6h15 am but no one was offering assistance. It was like they just ignore customers who came around opening time. Bad service. Unprofessional, incompetent of keeping to their advertised trading hours. No notes saying we should order inside or whatever.

    As a person that loves KFC its difficult to fault the food. Went through the drive way so yes my vehivle was the atmosphere.
