I
had
my
wedding
here
and
although
the
wedding
went
well
the
experience
going
into
the
wedding
was
not
great,
especially
from
the
front
desk
and
sales
staff.
First
of
all
the
hotel
doesn't
let
you
book
in
person
so
don't
expect
them
to
help
when
you
arrive.
I
had
tried
to
reserve
a
room
for
my
parents
for
the
wedding
day
and
they
told
me
they
couldn't
help
and
I
had
to
go
online
even
though
I
was
there
in
person.
We
booked
our
wedding
8
months
in
advance
and
received
a
call
3
days
before
our
wedding
saying
they
did
not
book
our
wedding
suite.
On
top
of
that,
they
over
charged
us
$3700
which
was
not
even
recognized
until
I
reviewed
all
of
the
documents
and
noticed
the
delta
the
day
before
the
wedding.
The
only
reason
our
wedding
went
well
was
because
Darrel
(the
day
of
coordinator)
did
an
excellent
job
in
getting
these
issues
fixed
even
though
he
wasn't
the
one
who
made
these
errors.
The
absolute
cherry
on
top
was
the
rude
blonde
front
desk
manager.
My
husband
and
I
had
a
Christian
wedding
and
used
a
wooden
cross
for
our
ceremony.
The
next
morning
when
we
went
to
pick
it
up,
the
front
desk
worker
and
another
worker
were
trying
to
move
the
cross.
We
mentioned
to
them
not
to
worry
that
we
were
there
to
take
it
home
and
she
said,
"okay
good
because
people
don't
want
to
see
that."
Absolutely
unbelievable!
If
this
were
any
other
religious
arch
I'm
sure
she
wouldn't
have
said
anything.
This
definitely
left
a
bad
impression
and
I
will
not
be
encouraging
anyone
to
be
stay
here
in
the
future.
