Slow only 1 worker taking register orders, plus extremely rude. How do you have no staff working and a like of 14 people waiting. what a joke

Great experience and amazing staff. They went out of their way and remade me my order when it was my fault and didn't charge me. Fantastic experience and will definitely go there as much as I can. I pass a couple of Dunkin donuts to go to that particular one because they stand out from the rest...

Ordered a cinnamon roll with my coffee only to find out when I picked up they had no more cinnamon rolls. I feel when an item runs out, it should be deleted as an option through mobile orders, but that would be too easy. I got a corn muffin instead, but paid extra money for it as it was not an equal substitute and of course they do not give you the difference.

It's a dunkin. Seems pretty standard all around.

Great coffee and Donuts. My daughter loves the food. My wife loves the Iced Tea. When we come in they know exactly what we want before we order it.

I hope the woman working the counter today is not a full time employee. My HOT latte was ice cold in the cup & my toasted plain bagel.. well it wasn't toasted. All though I understand she did seem very distracted because she was busier conversataring with her drug addict boyfriend rather than attempting to get a paying customers order correct. People like her are this worlds kryptonite . She ruined my easter morning and for that. I hope she loses her jo .

Great dounts but never open on time in the am. Somtimes not until 5:15. Staff stays inside and ignores you knocking. Can't wait around all morning

people working here are nice and everything is served quick however the environment and location is not at all good. the strip mall is infested with panhandlers and homeless people. there was a guy in front of this store who asked me if i wanted to buy weed…

Coffee is always like watered down tea , and they are so careless when packing donuts that they are smashed and missing icing.

Mobile app orders and your in and out. Can get busy with hospital across the way.

The employee lady in there is super mean and got the face of pure evil 😈 I rather go to the Starbucks instead, hire people with decent additudes why work somewhere and look that miserable smh

I just used the app to order and chose curb-side pickup, with this covid thing going on. The app asked what color my car was, so they could identify me. I sat outside for 20 minutes, didn't see anyone come outside, so I went in to check. My coffee was sitting in the to-go area, waiting to be picked up. What's the point of using curb-side if you're not gonna bring it out to me?
