This a 2nd time we bought food from this chain. We will make sure to come by every time we are in town. This time we went through the drive-through late at night. We could hear and understand then through the speakers which is so awesome! Most drive-through equipment sucks, theirs is top-notch. The employee at the drive-through was friendly and very helpful. We wanted to swap out a rice bowl with veggies and they help us make that happen. We ordered a large Honolulu chicken. Everything was delicious! The macaroni salad was yummy. The veggies could use a little bit more seasoning. Our chicken did have sesame seeds but missing green onions. But overall good service and tasty chicken. We will be back.

First time visiting, appears you have to use the kiosk to order (likely won't get my W2 from them, like Walmart self check). That was a bit cold. Ordering there were a few choices and it's not very clear what comes with the meal. No idea it came with a bed of rice. Pricing on the high side for what you get. The food tasted good, wish there was an option to add your own teriyaki sauce as it was a bit heavy. Rocked those chop sticks! The water for some reason was fantastic, think it's the ultra filtered water/ice. Overall not bad, we'd return. Both meals were the Huli Huli chicken, first is the 'small' and other is the normal...chop stick lick'n good!

Andrew was a rockstar at customer service with our visit today!! So refreshing to have a nice smile and positive attitude to boot. Food was delicious, we love the salad and Dole whip!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Andrew was amazing! Great customer service and came over immediately to ease up about the new design of the kiosks. Talked about the job and how much he loves working there. It's such a fun environment and the food is always delicious!! Molokai chicken is my favorite! It's nice to not just sit in silence and eat your meal but hear about the excitement of the staff and have friendly conversation. Very clean, top notch food. Highly recommended!

They always are such a great place to go to when you don’t know what you want or when you do. I also love the workers they’re always so amazing and kind no matter what time of day. I really would like to give a shout out to Alex and Ryan for being such amazing people! They always have such a positive attitude and make it a great experience when myself or friends go:)

The food was delicious Andrew was a really good waiter he made a mini dole whip for my stuffed animal witch I really liked that he did and also he was really kind and nice

I love this place as the worker Andrew was so sweet,helpful and enjoyed talking to him. He made our experience at this visit enjoyable ; because of his bubbly personality ! You can tell he enjoys his job here !! The was food is tastefully made and is flavorful.

My friend and I had a really good time! I haven't been to this location, and my friend hasn't been ever. Andrew did a great job with helping us out with our food! Once we got our food he chatted with us which we appreciated. I also saw him helping everyone out and going above and beyond his job to help them out!

100% will be back. Food was great, place was clean, staff was wonderful. Andrew was our host and it felt like we were eating in his home. He really enjoys working for HB and it makes the food even better. We had three different proteins, veggies, pasta salad, and the dinner size salad between the 3 of us. Everything was delicious and fresh. Food came out fast and they have lots of good drink options too. Portions are big, I got the classic plate with two proteins and it was more than enough food for two people.

#1 location so far. The food is always fresh and good. Everything was clean and well organized. The staff is always friendly and your food comes out quickly. Restroom is very updated and clean. A must try.

This was my first time to come here. Andrew was superb explaining things and excellent with customer service. The food was good even though I had just gotten back from Hawaii and it wasn’t as great as fresh Hawaiian food in Hawaii but it is a great substitute 😎

Very clean and welcoming restaurant. Aesthetically pleasing, Some what similar to Mo Bettas. Great food opinions and ice cream! Edit: Extremely fast, like less than 5 mins.

Good food. Stopped here for lunch passing through on a work trip. Wish we had these in Indiana, would be a nice option for something different occasionally.

Quick service to order at counter and food was quick to arrive. We enjoyed both dishes. Did not realize there was going to be rice under the meat choice and would have not used a side as rice (which is what they show).
