    Have been going here for years. Dr Scully, Sarah Doll and the staff were amazing and I always left feeling like I got the right care. Sarah moved and they rescheduled me with Rachel Itkonen. Rachel is rude, condescending, unprofessional and offers very little help to ease a patients symptoms. She was completely dismissive of my post covid symptoms and she said she was offended and ended our visit and walked out because I asked to speak to the resident Dr as I felt I wasnt getting adequate treatment.

    I have seen all the different Dr's at this clinic, I can recommend all but one. Every Dr here has shown patience and kindness to our family, except for nurse practitioner Doll. While waiting to be seen I could hear her and her nurse talking harshly about patients and the choices they had made. During my visit Doll was more concerned with sharing her personal opinions about things,versus treating the patient sick in front of her. All of the other staff seems to be professional and kind. I probably had my visit on a bad day for her,but her and her nurse were VERY unprofessional. So sad for this clinic.

    First of all, the front desk staff is great and greeted me promptly. The wait to have my name to be called wasn't long at all. Once the nurse took all my vitals, Dr. Scully was there to greet me with the utmost respect. Very thorough with my exam. From start to finish, the entire staff was great

    I started going here 2 years ago and I have really liked the caring atmosphere of the nurses and doctors. Front office needs a little work on customer service, but everything else is superb. The nurses are exceptional; they make you feel welcomed, they are funny and they really seem to care for my well-being. I see Sarah Doll, Nurse Practitioner (NP). She listens to my concerns and addresses them with care. I feel genuine care from her and her nurse. Definitely recommend.

    Dr. Scully and nurses are so personable and make me feel comfortable every time. Been a patient for over 5 years and won't leave until he retires.

    The office visit went fine, but the refusal (or at least long delay) to approve the order made on OptumRX for Sildenafil and Gabapetin is troubling. OptumRX says they have reached out, but have not received any reply after a week+. Follow up on messages left has been very slow.

    They have no handicap accessible doors. Went there for an appt while on crutches with a broken foot. They just sat there and watched me struggle get through the doors. I also explicitly told them and signed documents stating absolutely NO TEXT MESSAGES. They have went around my legal document and have done this anyway as well as sending out my number to other offices for them to text me as well. 0/5 wouldnt recommend.

    They canceled my appointment the DAY OF after I waited MONTHS, and they won’t even fit me in as soon as possible. They are trying to make me wait three more months and I’m currently pregnant. This is ridiculous. I don’t recommend, they are extremely unprofessional and she told me it was MY responsibility to call everyday to see if there are cancellations. If YOU cancel on me, YOU should reschedule me when the soonest cancellation happens. Absurd they don’t even consider your health and well being. I don’t see why anyone would want that in a doctor.

    I was turned away after arriving to my appointment. The appointment reminder texted to me suggested I show up early, but did not specify how early. The receptionist insisted I couldn't be seen because I was didn't arrive 30 minutes early to do paperwork and I would have to reschedule. Maybe the doctors are decent here, but I wouldn't know, I couldn't get to the appointment I scheduled a month ago. I will not be rescheduling, who wants to deal with this nonsense every time they have a check up?

    I dont feel I was properly listened to or diagnosed. I ended up a few days later at the er where it was discovered I had gall stones and a UTI. Now I need surgery

    As a new patient I was very impressed. The office was very friendly and efficient, honoring the appointment time. Labs were conveniently done as soon as my appointment ended. Dr Stokes was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me gathering my history and discussing my care. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Stokes.

    Dr. Skully was amazing with our special needs daughter. He took time to listen to our health issues and together we created a plan to resolve her health issues. I had struggled for 2 months, and following his plan, it was resolved in 2 days!

    It was the worst day of winter. My appointment was at 3:30, the worst time of the snow/ice storm! I needed a new doctor as we had just moved to Blue Springs. First, the staff , when I called to set an appointment two weeks earlier saw my need: new to town, new to state. No doctor, had needs in followup. So instead of just saying “come in 6 months, good luck with your problems”, Dr Scully made sure I was seen for my review. The office staff first saw my need, and the Dr had compassion on our need and saw us. Then in the day of the appointment he could have closed his office. It was that bad. But they got me in early, there had been cancellations, and he was a doctor of reason and truth. I will always be thankful for the sacrifice that day. It was my first visit, and a good start for medical care in a new area. Thumbs up for staff and Dr Scully. Thank you!

    Five months later I am still dealing with the billing and service inefficiencies of Sarah Doll NP and the staff here. What a nightmare, do yourself a favor and choose another provider. To add after the response from their office, The provider told me services were preventative and 100 percent covered and then I got bills from the lab because they coded them incorrectly. Still waiting for them to correct their mistake while receiving bills from the lab.
