Just delicious!!! Brendan took care of me and he’s a wonderful waiter!

Our take out order was unsatisfactory. Dessert was warm and melty, entrée was cool, ice in the tea was completely melted as if it all had been sitting out for a bit. Paid online then they brought out a receipt to sign with added tip info pre printed. This wouldn't bother me if they had actually calculated it correctly. 33.83 total bill does not equal 5+ for 10% tip. 3.38 is. Will not be going back, and do not recommend.

Came to eat dinner and service was horrible! Food was burnt and had to send back. Waitress was very rude! Never smiled. Would bring food and drinks put them on the table fast and walk away. Other tables were seated after us and had drinks and food before we had even seen our Waitress. I ordered our appetizer on the computer. Not expressed at all. This WAS my favorite restaurant!

We love the Olive Garden. It made a big difference for us that the Alfredo dipping sauce is never ending because there was never enough for our family. This location the last 2 times the bread sticks were hot, fresh and perfect. You get lots of food for your money. Many times we're almost full from the breadsticks, soup and salad that we have to take home most of our main dish. But that value keeps us coming back. Not to mention they have mastered the Alfredo sauce and the chicken Alfredo dish. We love that you can split entrees and get an even better deal. And we love the black tie mousse cake!

Tour of Italy was very good! Love the salad and breadsticks too. The gentleman who was our server was very good, polite and was having to do salad prep before serving our salad and breadsticks but was still a wonderful server!

Servers were very friendly. My food was great and they accommodated request to add chicken to my noodles. And seriously can a person have enough bread sticks and salad? So yummy!

We got there and put our names on the waiting list and was told 15 minutes to 20 minutes. We waited over a hour. We seen people get seated that was after we had arrived. Talked to one of the Managers and he really didn't seem like he cared that we were there for over a hour and that there were people getting seated before us. When I told him that we were leaving he didn't really care. So I will not be going back to that Olive Garden and I will let family and friends know about it too.

Worst experience I've ever had at olive garden. All the food and appetizers ca me out at the same time. Only saw the waitress twice, asked for a refill waited 20 minutes and never even got a refill. No one even offered any kind of discount for inconvenience, I ask to speak to the manager. I tell him what all happened a d he just stares at me. I ask if they could do some kind of discount and then he basically just takes my card out of my hand, goes over and runs my card. He did give a $15.00 Discount and I appreciate that but dang man I just wanted to have a good dinner with my wife not be made to feel like I did something wrong for there very very short comings.

I always love the food here!! The only issue I had was the chicken and gnocchi soup. I am very very picky about my chicken and normally it is great, but one bowl had a huge chunk of chicken that didn't have a pleasing texture to it. Again that is just my own issue. All of the soups were fantastic (except for that minor hiccup) and the salad tasted fresh and delicious too!! My favorite will always be the bread sticks though. I love garlic so they are always right up my alley. Nick, the bartender, was also our server this time. He was great!! Super friendly and accommodating!!! We have had Spencer a couple times already too. He was great as well! You really can't go wrong at this place with what ever your taste buds choose to dine on!!

My grandma is diabetic and didnt eat lunch today because she had work, so they gave us a seat first even though we were last inside. They gave us breadsticks before food was ready, so she could eat and get her blood sugar up. Great food and great service. They gave out free mint chocolates.

I got the lunch size lasagna. It was excellent. I always leave full because of unlimited breadsticks (hot and fresh) and salad.

Last week a friend and I were there having the Chicken and Gnocchi soup, salad and breadsticks. The first time I had this soup and it was delicious! My Son ordered takeout of this same soup for me last night. What happened to the soup? It was watery and bland. Such a disappointment!

Super sad to see the portion sizes getting smaller and smaller with every takeout order… We eat here twice a month and now I’m really debating if it’s worth it bc every time we are disappointed by the size for price. Please bring back the bigger portions and I’d be willing to pay as the quality is 98% of the time on point just not the same!!!!

On a cold and snowy evening, this was a good place to be. Unlimited soups, bread sticks, and Chicken Alfredo filled our bellies. Our server was fantastic, attentive and fun which made the evening all the better. An incredible chocolate lasagna dessert topped it off. Mmmmm!

I have never been to an Olive Garden that disappointed me, and this is no exception. The service was great, the lunch specials were perfect portions for mid-day, and the restaurant was clean with friendly staff.

We’ve never had bad service at Olive Garden, but the Liberty location is the restaurant we use. We were seated in the furthest back room which in it self is not a problem usually. Out table was next to a buffet which extra menu things not being used and were stored on top. Unused chairs were also stored near our table. The food was good, no problem there. It was the service provided by Jessica F. That was terrible. Once it was time to pay the bill there was long waits in between everything. I had asked for my leftovers to be boxed and sacked. She did not asked another person at our table if they wanted the same. She bought me a box so I could put my food in it myself and no sack. I found a sack myself in the drawer next to out table. Then we waited for another box to come again with no sack.. Our server never asked nor offered dessert. We did observe another server politely taking food away and bringing the to go food ack neatly sacked and tied. I mentioned our experience with two young girls at the hostess desk when we left and asked them to notify the manager of our disappointment. I’m not sure that was going to happen as they seem unsure how to handle the complaint.

Been a long day and was glad to get in at 8:30. Toasted ravioli, Peach Bellini drink was delicious, Zuppa Toscano soup, my favorite. Tried the new Shrimp fritto misto and of course the breadsticks. Good food and our server was terrific!

I don't know why all the other Olive gardens around town can't be like the Blue Springs location. It's always clean, the staff is always super friendly, and food has always been fantastic. Worth going out of the way for.

Our server was only on her second night alone on the floor, so it was the top-notch service I am used to from Olive Garden. That being said, food was amazing and server was nice. I would say 4 ¹/² stars for service and overall.

The staff at this Olive Garden make the experience special. My mom and I are currently driving out to Washington to move me for a new job. Every single customer service person we met before coming to this Olive Garden was absolutely horrible. Dameon and Lee were outstanding and attentive to our needs as far as dining was concerned, and also answered any questions we had about the area. They even provided us suggestions. At the end of our meal, they provided thoughtful takeaways to compliment what we ate. I have not had such outstanding service in a restaurant in ages and certainly did not expect it going into a Olive Garden, but what a treat. Stop by and see these guys and their team if you’re ever in the Blue Springs/ KC area!

This place is horrible I dunno no where all the customer service has went but they have absolutely none order the spaghetti meatballs meatballs were raw didn't seem like they actually cared the salad was over soaked in dressing the bread sticks were super cold. I wish corporate took more pride in there restraunts and actually would hire managers that care about there customers. It is night and day between the independence location and blue springs location customer service wise as well as the managers actually carrying and checking on the customers making sure there food is good drinks are refilled the managers will step in and help there staff out where here in blue springs all they do is stand there in the front or right on the side not once did a manager check on any of there guest we had to ask a waitress to get us a manager we defnietly will not be returning to this olive garden do your self the headache and eat else where where you will get your money's worth. I highly recommend the staff at the independence location and managers super friendly step in if there staff needs help or if there short handed.

Used the catering for event at my home. Chase was awesome and saw to all of our needs when ordering and his team was so nice and helpful. Made the process stress free. Would definitely recommend and will use again for sure!

This time, we had the soup and salad for dinner! It was wonderful. Yes, this included those wonderful bread sticks. They will refill your salad and soups as many times you want. The waitress was fantastic! Always checking to see how she could be of service!

Lee was awesome. Husband and I drove a hour to eat out here. And it's been a rough day. He helped us laugh and enjoy ourselves and meal. He also gave great suggestions towards drinks and food. Awesome guy the restaurant is lucky to have him

Love going to Blue Springs Olive Garden. Enjoyed the service Tyler rendered. Always checked on our table every 4-5 minutes. Food was great and atmosphere was pleasant. Manager Damien runs this location with a great and friendly staff. Love a restaurant that the manager helps busting table and helping his staff. Highly recommend this location for a nice meal, service is genuine. Keep making your customers happy.

My son, daughter, 2-year-old grandson, and I arrived right before the dinner rush. We were seated right away and provided with a booster seat and a kid's menu. Our waitress (I'm afraid I can't remember her name) was enthusiastic and very attentive, and I noticed there were servers and other employees bustling around almost constantly, surveying the dining area and making sure everyone was taken care of. Our orders were served quickly, the food was tasty, and our waitress seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. Overall a very pleasant experience!
