Such a beautiful park! My little guy isn't quite old enough to navigate this park alone, but we had fun playing with him hehe he loved the splash pad even though it's off season too

Oh my goodness. I haven't been to this park in probably decades. My son & I came for a birthday party and it is just wonderful! The splash pad is amazing, so many fun features and plenty of things on one side for younger children to do. We didn't use the restrooms so I can't speak to those, but everything else was clean and just all around well maintained. We can't wait to go back!

What a fantastic find! Very fun treehouse playground with musical instruments, Seesaw, swings, etc. A nice restroom on-site and the main summer attraction, an awesome splash pad with so many water spouts, a slide and something for ages 0-12+. You won't regret visiting this park!

This place is seriously cool for the kids. Splash pad is amazing and the joined playground is great. Even whens it's crowded, there still plenty of room.

The park was really nice and clean. The shelter was big enough for our gathering. We were at shelter house #2. The kids had a great time. The water park was very successful...

The park and splash pad were both visible from the shelter house. There was plenty to do for the kids and many shaded spots for adults to sit. Also, the bathrooms were the cleanest public bathrooms I have ever been in.

The splash pad is really cool and we enjoyed it a lot. I do wish it had a designated toddler areas for the little kids. The playground area is more for older kids, there is no baby/toddler swings, just a few musical instruments and a slide that has no shade and is very hot on sunny days. All in all, it is a fun place that is very popular and is often crowded.

Great place to stop and picnic with the kids. The tables are coated metal so no splinters. The playground has a solid soft rubber surface and the paint of doesn't get scorching hot in noon day sun. The splash pad is an amazing bonus and clean restrooms right on site.

I think we have enjoyed Burrus Old Mill Splash Pad the most this summer! It's been so hot and this place will definitely help cool you down. Play area is great and equipment is fun for almost all ages.

Shelter house was clean and good size. Very good for kids. Overall it was a good experience. Kids need supervision when crossing roads. Some places make seeing kids difficult when coming around corners or up hills. Playgrounds are good

We had our grand daughters 1st birthday party here. It was nice, and very hot that day. Bad thing was a huge amount of flies. Location was nice, there is kids water (pad?) Water shoots up out of the ground. And a playground and basketball court. I would use again. Needs to be reserved in advance. Jackson county parks needs to put up signs when they have been rented out. We had to kick out some folks when we got there. It got bloody. (Joking, it didn't get bloody).

This is THE best splash pad, even when it's busy. The kids are usually willing to share and play well and the parents are typically friendly. Our kids always get excited once they realize we are on woods chapel and headed that direction.

Great place, the park is amazing. The trail is well maintained for walking. It has a splash pad area for the warmer months.

So happy to have this community park to take my rambunctious kiddos to. The new splash pad is a plus in the summer time, and the playground keeps them busy the rest of the time. Good, clean facilities. Fun times all around!

Since the rebuild of this park it is absolutely incredible. I am so impressed with the city for putting together such a great, family friendly space. The play area has a rubber floor so it’s great for all ages and all the different equipment was made with such ingenuity and creativity that actually usable and fun. You know how some parks are so creative they are just weird and kids don’t use or like the equipment? Not here! There is also lots of seating for parents and many shaded spots. We went there so much this summer! Love love love!!

We love this park no matter the season. Fun things for the kids to play on summer, winter, spring or fall. We just wish they had a year round bathroom available. It would be a solid 5 star if they did!

Great park, and one of the best places to take kids of all ages. The play ground and splash park are top notch, plenty of parking, everytime we go we always have fun. There is also a nice basketball court, volleyball pit, and skate park.

Nice clean park with lots of activities for the kids. We had a small family picnic and afterwards the kids played. There were only 2 shelters so our picnic was in the grass under a tree for shade. It would be nice to have several individual shelter/covered areas for just individual families to enjoy without having to reserve a large shelter area.

Had a great time here with my kids! There's a modern park, with a music section, a cool little seesaw, slides, and swings. Not to mention an amazing splash park! Also there is a basketball court and a skate park too. Easily spend a few hours here. There's also a few top tables with umbrellas available at the splash park. Also a dump bucket, several little water attractions for all ages lol!

Amazing splash pad. Only concern is how short the “landing” is at the end of the tan double slide. Many kiddos have tore up their legs and bottoms because it is so short and does not seem to account for the speed they go down the slide with.

Great park! Took our 2 yr old grandson. So clean and good for all ages.

Took the kiddos there to have some play time and they loved it there. It has a clean and pretty up to date playground. The playsets are spaced out enough to give the kids room to run and play while still being able to keep an eye on them. They have benches with some shade relief depending on the time of day. But overall a really nice place to take the kiddos and enjoy the outdoors.

This is a wonderful neighborhood park! My family loves to come here. We enjoy ourselves every time! It's also a great spot to do birthday parties. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be sure to double check with the people booking, to make sure they have you down, even after you reserve the space. When we booked ny daughter's birthday party, there were 2 other unfortunate parents who believed that they booked the space the same date and time as us.
