The guys at Goodyear are the best! I took my car to the dealer initially because the blower on the AC/heater did not work. I was told that I needed to pay hundreds of dollars for a new blower before it would be ordered and that, after it was ordered, it could take weeks or months to get it. I then called Goodyear and was told the part could be ordered and to bring it in. I brought the car in and the mechanics discovered the old blower just needed a good cleaning. It works perfectly! Pat is always so nice on the phone and in person. I always feel like im treated with respect, and when I don't know something, they don't try to upsell me. I feel like I can trust this place, and even though I don't live near them anymore,I will drive to Blue Springs because they're that amazing.

Went to a dealership first who, without explaining anything to me quoted me over 6k for repairs. I was referred to Goodyear by family and they allowed me to send the quote I received for a second opinion. WITHIN THE SAME DAY, I got am email quote and a phone call from Dennis explaining what could be happening and they could already do it for a third of the dealership quote. So Goodyear does diagnostics of their own and took the time to see that the issue the dealership found may not have been the root problem and were able to fix my car for even less. I am in awe. Not all shops are created equal. These people are kind, informative, and easy to communicate/work with. I know all situations are different but I will never go anywhere else. This place has very knowledgeable and very friendly help. They make sure you understand and show you parts if necessary. Most places of this sort that I have been to tend to not treat women well. This place DOES! They treat both men and women with the same respect. They have a couple of very nice comfortable chairs if you have to wait. I have and will continue to recommend this place to everyone I know!

This is the only place I take my cars for service. They always do great job and are very friendly. I had my four year old with me and they interacted with him and provided a kid friendly environment while we waited.

Total rip off had two different 1 star experience, Paid for road hazard and extended warranty had a screw in the tire and was told we had 0 openings until a day that was 3 days away made no effort to help in a situation they sell you stuff to prevent...had another situation where they made a repair repair failed 1 day later and again made efforts other than we don't have anything available...find a place where customer service is still a thing.

The greeting as you enter the lobby feels personal. The promptness of the technicians is really appreciated. I took my daughter's car for an alignment because it pulled hard to the left. Not sure if she hit something (no dad!) But I really expected damage and an expensive bill. But they were able to align it no problem, and now it drives perfect! And, they were a week out for appointments but I left it there and they worked it in in a day! Always get good service here!

Dennis and his staff are the most professional, down to earth, friendliest, and truthful bunch of people I have ever met! They don't candy coat anything as far as prices or getting something fixed. The fact that they back up what they say and don't charge for looking something over and making a recommendation is so unheard of this day and age! They get you in and get you out back on the road. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a good mechanic shop to check them out. You just don't find wholesome people like this anymore!

I requested quote for new tires. I received quick reply. They were able to get me in quickly even though they appeared to be very busy. Friendly front desk. Clean shop. While doing tires they did recommend a few minor repairs. They were not pushy. I was able to do repairs myself. I’ll definitely use them again.

Great group of guys. Friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They work on pretty much anything. I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Easy-peasy. Out in under an hour.

The guys here are awesome! Had to get 2 tires patched in the last couple of months, and both times they were fast and considerate! As a young woman (who doesn't know much about cars) it can be nervewracking going into a place like this alone, but their great attitudes have made me a return customer and I would definitely recommend their services.

The wait time used to be excessively long even with an appointment. The last 2 times I have went for an oil change and tire rotation I have been out within an hour. So much better on the turn around time for regular maintenance. Always have had friendly service and never experienced anyone being rude or trying to upsell me on unnecessary work.

No body wants to have tire or car issues. Pat and his crew were all so pleasant and accommodating. I live in Lee's Summit and would definitely make the trip back to Blue Springs they were truly an all around pleasant surprise.

Can't say enough about how well they take care of me at this place. Took my truck in for brakes because of an occasional squealing and they were good enough to let me know I didn't need brakes was just getting some rust build up on a rotor and told me how to clean it up myself until I do need brakes. Great people!!

They got my car in at my appointment time. That was good. The manager was friendly and kept me up to date. That was good. They told me my tire with less than 10k miles on it might not be repairable. I did not dig that. They ended up fixing it but it left me feeling conflicted about the whole thing. The price was reasonable so I didn't feel gouged. That was good. I would consider going back if the circumstances called for it.

This place put brand new tires on my SUV and not even a week later I had to take it to a different shop found out they did not balance the tires at all!!! Smh I will never go back here! Then they diagnosed my vehicle without even really knowing what was wrong they told me it had a bad strut but it was not the strut it was the sway bar link!!! Definitely do not recommend this shop to ANYONE!!!
