I'm not gunna lie, the mixed reviews had me questioning if I should get dinner here but it was good. They did not skimp on the chicken at all. I got the Loredo and I couldn't finish it and those fried jalapenos....good Lord!! They are delicious!

We were seated quickly. Our server was friendly. Their salsa and chips seem different; as in not as good. The salsa was more like tomato sauce. The No. 18 burrito was a little dry so I added their salsa, which helped. To me the burrito tasted a little burnt, and maybe more like a tamale. (Which I don't care for.) Since it was pricier, around $11.00, I will try to remember not to order it next time. The buy one get one free taco special was a good deal. Tacos were good, price was around $6.00. We like Rancho Grande and will be back.

We had my son's birthday party here. It's a very clean and fun place to experience. The food is amazing. All of the employees were so nice and respectful. The prices are reasonable. Is recommend this restaurant to anyone. We've eaten here many times. My son turned 39. This was the only place he wanted to eat at for his birthday. Thank you to all the employees for your kindness.

Our waiter was so nice, and the food was so good. Food is American Mexican food, which I like. Some might like for sauce or spicy food. Went when buy one taco get one free. I would loved to get some rice and beans with my taco.

I drive up and they took my order quickly. I got my food super quick and the lady was really nice. The food however was pretty taste less and even the hot sauce had no flavor.

We had just finished playing golf and ran to Costco when my husband decided he wanted Mexican food. Being in a different area he asked a random guy where he would go for Mexican and this is where he sent us. What a great spot! A little off the beaten path it seemed but definitely worth it. We started off with an unpictured appetizer sampler, queso, bean and cheese nachos, cheese quesadillas (option to add a meat) and lastly mozzarella cheese sticks, so a little something for everyone. My husband had beef tacos on soft corn tortillas and I had the puffy tacos with ground beef and avocado slices. Both were delicious (The Mariachi on the menu). The meat is seasoned nicely and the beans and rice are on point. I would say the puffy tacos had a better flavor but my husband would say his did, overall a total win! If we're ever in the area we'd stop again. I cannot remember our servers name but she was fantastic. She was chatty and informative and extremely welcoming. She wasn't hovering but our drinks never emptied. You can tell she loved her job and was proud of the food they served, always a nice touch. Don't sleep on this spot, well worth it! Bonus.. ample TV's with a great choice of college ball and golf.

Payed $18 for fajitas and noticed an abnormally small amount of chicken. It sucks because I’m on a low carb diet and I payed so much for dinner. Tasted good though

Well I think the best way to describe it for me was very average. The server was nice but paid little attention to us. The food was okay but just the average the fajitas were definitely on the small side but tasty the burrito I had was pretty good with Crown beef. They're tortilla chips almost tasted stale they weren't warm they weren't fresh. One woman at our table got red sauce on herberito instead of the cheese she requested. The atmosphere is nice there's a small bar area that we saw.

They have some of the best food in the area and the staff is always nothing less than amazing. Our entire family loves to go there and we have family living in St Joseph that drive down just to go. Prices are very reasonable and they have daily specials also.

This used to be one of my least favorite places. Recently I have been several times with work friends and I have to say I like it better than I used to. I go for the puffy tacos and I will continue to go for the puffy tacos. Rice and beans are fine, salsa and chips are good, but the puffy tacos are what brings me back!

Relaxed atmosphere, kind staff, fast, and efficient! Food had amazing taste and was made fresh. Recommend for regular dining but also for groups!

This was a pretty sad experience. We arrived about 330 on Sunday afternoon. There was only 3 other tables seated besides us. We had a couple come in and get food before we even got our drink order taken. I definitely would not recommend the margaritas it's a small single glass of mostly juice for $14. We never received any refills or even asked about how our meal and drinks are. My steak burrito was way over cooked with mostly peppers and onions. Very poor experience here guys!!

The Liberty and the Parkville location are GREAT. I've been going to the Parkville location since I was a child. But the blue springs location? I went for the first time and had to drive back 3 times to get the correct order. INSANE. Over an hour and a galf of drive time just to get 3 tacos and some rice.

Walking into the door my first impression was poor. It had food all over the carpeted floor, soda tasted “off,” and the food was very odd. My chimichanga with “shredded beef” tasted more like my great grandmas flavorless roast beef. Also, they put a bowl of salsa on my rice, and the bowl was dirty from previous use. Overall, dirty.

Service was great and their food was very delicious with big portions. I will be going back again! In my opinion it was the best Mexican restaurant that I have been to!

The place was packed. The food was great, the service was great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I had the chimichanga with shrimp, dinner. So good! My husband had the 3 beef tacos.

I ordered 1/2 queso with beef and got this tiny container (1/2 full) of queso and tiny container of beef for $5.80!!!! RIP OFF

Food was amazing, but their sweet tea is the greatest I have had. I haven't gone to a single restaurant with good sweet tea before adding more sugar but this was amazing, and the service is also perfect everyone is really nice here. Have fun! Outside view is nice too but it feels great

it was Taco Tuesdays. I don't know if I ordered the wrong ones or not. it seemed like I had longer ones before. The ones I had were a little dry. no sauce really to put on them. I ordered them off the daily menu special. maybe I ordered the wrong ones because I've had some there that was really good and it wasn't so good this time. try again

Our waiter was spectacular, friendly and polite. The chips are hot and fresh and the salsa is lackluster. I ordered a combo, beef soft Taco which was amazing. It came with a cheese and onion enchilada, rice and beans. The beef soft Taco was really good but the enchilada, rice and beans were mediocre. It seemed to me that the rice, beans and enchilada were thrown on a plate and microwaved. To each their own, this is simply my opinion, not my first choice for Mexican food.

Ordered on the online app. I selected carry out and picked up. When I got home, we didn't get any flour tortillas or any set-up for our fajitas! 🤦

I just had to post a review to give kudos to the BEST server I’ve had since pre-Covid! Jordan B served my son and I the evening of October 13, 2022 and he was so attentive, professional and friendly. We have eaten in way more expensive places with service half as good as what we experienced with Jordan. The food is always good here but the experience made everything taste even better!!

We had to send back the appetizer because it was so salty. Then the waitress avoided us because she knew we didn’t like our meals either. Never even asked us for a box because our plates were still full and our faces were not happy. Soooooo not ok. We both felt sick before we even left the building. Most definitely not authentic either

My wife and I had Sadi as a server and wow the service was amazing. Very on top of her game, didn't have to wait long, very empathetic and understanding, we will definitely be back ask for her in the future. She was way over and above normal service. We have a favorite now!

Service was ok, but food was awful. Taco was tasteless, beef was dry and not seasoned. Had Kraft grated Parmesan cheese that took over the taste. Tamale was dry and flavorless. Too much salt and way too much old string cheese ruined the enchiladas. Couldn’t finish our meals it was so bad. Won’t be back and will not recommend.

So the tacos are amazing, unfortunately it took 55 minutes to get my to go order that we placed online. When we placed the order online it said it would be 20 minutes. I understand everyone is short staffed but the online times need to be adjusted and the ladies taking care of the to go orders need to be letting people know that it's going to be longer than the online time that was stated. The one thing the to go ladies need to do when they give you the food that has taken that long is just a simple I'm sorry about that taking so long, "sorry" goes a long way, instead I was handed the order and nothing was said, not even a thank you, that is a very poor way to handle things.
