My
husband
and
(2)
pups
stayed
here
on
our
way
to
the
Coast
and
it
was
such
an
amazing
experience
we
stopped
again
on
our
way
back!
Listen,
its
NOT
the
coast,
but
what
Mother
Nature
has
created
for
this
dry
farming
area
of
the
country
on
the
Columbia
River
is
beautiful!
I'm
probably
going
to
run
out
of
room
but
here
goes
if
you
can
stick
thru
it
-
I
will
share
all
the
Good
and
just
a
few
notes
for
the
staff
for
teeny
improvements
they
could
consider.
Staff:
our
experience
was
extremely
positive:
super
friendly,
helpful
and
kind
-
we
had
a
pet
friendly
cabin
both
times
and
although
they
do
not
have
parking
right
next
to
your
cabin
(it
was
roped
on
off
both
visits),
they
did
have
assigned
parking
spots
for
your
cabin
and
carts
for
use
to
go
back
and
forth.
Cabin:
Clean,
Quiet,
Modern.
Traveling
with
animals
can
be
a
challenge
-
rooms
often
left
for
us
to
choose
from
have
a
smell,
are
noisy
and/or
are
not
clean
-
its
a
HUGE
misconception
that
because
you
have
pups
you
must
live
in
filth,
be
used
to
barking
and
be
willing
to
stay
in
less
than
desirable
conditions.
It
was
SO
refreshing
to
stay
somewhere
where
not
even
our
pups
could
smell
or
hear
other
pups!
The
cabin
flooring/paint/furniture
was
all
current
colors/design
with
Beekman
bath
products
and
lots
of
towels
and
most
anything
you
could
possibly
need
-
except
dish
soap
but
there
is
hand
soap
to
use.
The
beds/couch
were
comfortable
the
fan/ac
worked
amazing
in
the
100
degree
heat
-several
big
screen
tv's
and
even
a
fireplace!
The
grounds
were
clean
and
other
guests
were
agreeable
to
honor
the
leash
rules
at
all
times
and
pick
up
after
their
pets
-
it
was
a
dream!
The
on-site
restaurant
with
bar
is
always
a
plus
when
traveling
-
charge
it
to
your
room
with
an
option
to
take
it
back
to
your
room,
which
is
what
we
did.
Our
1st
stay
the
nicest
gal
(blond
curly
hair
-
I'm
sorry
I
didn't
catch
your
name),
but
you
were
so
kind
to
me
-
giving
me
samples
of
the
local
beer
to
choose
and
taking
the
time
to
explain
each
one
while
I
waited
for
my
food
-
-
which
was
amazing
-
I
had
the
Burnt
Ends
and
a
local
beer
and
on
the
way
back
the
NW
Salmon,
a
glass
of
Lodge
White
Wine
and
the
Toffee
Cake!
Sure,
it's
pricey
but
they
are
a
resort
-
I
expected
that!
When
I
stopped
by
to
pick
up
my
food
that
1st
night
-
she
gave
me
a
tasty
bartender
special
at
no
extra
charge
(I
hope
that
doesn't
get
you
in
trouble!),
it
was
a
delicious
and
refreshing
and
perfect
for
those
gorgeous
sunsets
you
get
to
view
right
from
your
private
deck!
.
**A
few
teeny
side
notes:
There
are
a
lot
of
bugs.
Its
a
river.
Bring
bug
spray
for
yourself
-
the
cabins
come
with
bug
spray
for
inside/outside
-
THANK
YOU!
But
because
of
the
bugs
if
you
leave
your
outdoor
light
on
your
screen
will
be
covered.
Simply
turn
off
your
light
wait
a
few
second
tap
them
off
from
the
inside
and
they
won't
come
in.
Clearly
a
lot
of
guests
don't
do
that
because
the
walls
in
the
cabin
have
bug
bits
left
behind.
Our
1st
cabin
(#7)
was
nearly
spotless;
our
2nd
(#5)
was
still
very
clean
(kitchen/appliances/furniture/floors)
BUT
it
needed
ALL
the
walls
wiped
down
and
the
exterior
windows
were
pretty
dirty/buggy.
It
would
be
super
if
housekeeping
added
to
their
list
to
use
a
wet
swiffer
to
wipe
the
walls
and
interior/exterior
lighting
between
guest
stays.
I
wish
they
would
also
consider
changing
the
blinds
and
lampshades
to
a
wipe-able
surface
-
not
fabric.
Cabin
5
blinds
are
in
poor
shape
and
the
lampshades
were
stained.
And
although
I
loved
the
decor
incorporating
local
Pendleton
Wall
Hangings,
I
don't
love
they
are
fabric,
especially
the
one
in
Cabin
5
that
hangs
right
where
your
head
goes
while
sitting
on
the
couch
-
maybe
consider
framing
those?
Overall,
I
can't
recommend
this
place
enough
-
thank
you
for
making
the
start
(and
end)
of
our
25th
Wedding
Anniversary
so
great!
We
will
be
back
for
our
26th+
.
