This hotel is very well maintained, clean, hot water and great professional staff. They treat you like family. The owner lives on the property. I would have given a five star, if not for the internet, but it is beyond their control. No elevators, however it is an older property. The price is very reasonable, it's a small hotel, so you will receive prompt individual service. Very close to the beach, like two blocks and you can walk, without the noise and hustle and bustle of all the nuances of the tourists and vendors. It very close to transportation. It is a small very well maintained property and I will definitely recommend and stay there again. Tell them I recommend it or better yet get back with me and I will be happy to help you book your next vacation stay

Booked this room after a well needed family trip. Stood two nights and I must say I was suprised. Price wasn't bad, had a pool, AC, breakfast was included, bed was comfortable, big shower (hot water was a plus for me because my six year old isn't to fond of cold showers yet.) Very peaceful at night, there is a fridge, a safe, a table and chair, a pool table, also there is a couple of gym equipments available by the pool side. They play decent music and the whole place is under lock and key which you get a key along with your room key.

Great atmosphere, great staff and I felt safe since you need a key to come in and out. So close to the beach we would walk and the beds are comfortable. The owner and staff were so friendly and made sure we were comfortable during our stay

Room was very simple but adequate for the price paid. What made the difference was the great welcome from the staff that checked me in (the bald guy). He really makes you feels at home. He recommended me a good restaurant when I arrived there. Location is great if you like to party in boca chica. 1 minute walk to the main street.

Well maintained rooms and hotel. Staff is very attentive and meet your needs. About three blocks to the beach an the main street with restaurants and bars yet still safe and secure. The free breakfast is good with about 8 options. I would stay here again next time I am in Boca Chica

Rented out the entire hotel for friends birthday party. Everyone had an amazing time. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful with anything you needed.

AWESOME HOTEL / Clean rooms / good free breakfast / wfi works great / hot water & fridge in room / COLD AC /nice pool / Very quiet / only 2 bolcks from the main drag. Very safe & secure. The staff is Unbelievably Accommodating / owner Mathew in always on property to help in anyway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This hotel is cheap and affordable, the day staff is friendly and helpful the guy at night tho always have an attudiue. I ask him to help me order a pizza one night he just look away like don't bother me. The rooms are dated the bathroom/shower has a smell coming from the pipes even tho they clean everyday. I would bring one or two scented candles with you and burn them it works nice. PROS there is no fees for visitors and free breakfast, 3 minute walk to main strip day staff is awesome. CONS dated room, smelly bathrooms, night staff sucks.
