Very small but clean tidy well run.

Not bad, wasn't up to par with most Burger Kings I am used to in the states.

Avoid at all costs. Most horrible patties I have tasted in my life. Been to many BKs in other countries. Not sure if the managment is to blame for the horribles patties, but the facilities are in such a bad state it looks abandoned. The bathroom has water problems. The staff try to work with what they have. Not returning ever.

Food is cold & oily. Plus we wait a long time for our order. But the cashier was very nice and polite. Also, there menu is very small.

Clean , albeit a bit slow in servicing requests . Burgers are as good as any other BK worldwide. Now you can consume Presidente beer with your favorite BK meal.

Are you kidding me the food was horrible and I had to argue with the cashier to make me fresh food

Visit was good but they did not have organization as far as the line to wait to order

The customer service was very poor, since the employees are not willing to provide assistance and are not really compromise with customer satisfaction.

I ask for a big whopper and got a minimi and I told her to make it large and she gave me the small size🤦🏼‍♀️ ps. The burger are tasteless.

a nice place in Boca Chica, but it seems that recently the prices raised a lot

Kimberly is an ALL STAR employee. She was taking orders, packing orders, bringing orders to the tables, adding ice to the machine, and even cleaning tables and moping after handling all the people here alone. We couldn’t believe how much work she was doing. I might have to offer her job!! She better get a raise soon. Thursday 6/22/2023.

I have eaten in many Burger King in different countries, and none as bad as this one! the hamburgers and ice creams are not from the burger king franchise
