a
week
and
usually
I
have
a
decent
experience
but
today
my
experience
was
chaotic.
I
placed
my
order
through
the
Dunkin
app
like
I
usually
do
and
set
if
for
curbside
pickup.
When
I
arrived
all
the
curbside
parking
spots
were
taken
so
I
parked
in
the
next
row
of
spots
behind
the
curbside
spots.
I
waited
for
about
5
min
and
saw
an
employee
come
out
the
store
with
my
order,
look
left
and
right
for
my
car,
and
once
they
determined
I
was
not
there
they
went
back
into
the
store.
The
person
did
not
even
look
past
the
first
row
of
cars.
I
have
parked
outside
of
the
curbside
parking
spots
before
when
they
were
full
and
I
have
never
had
an
employee
not
be
able
to
see
my
car.
I
then
called
the
store
to
let
them
know
that
I
am
outside
and
the
employ
missed
me
because
I
was
gonna
be
late
for
work
if
I
wanted
any
longer.
The
said
it
would
be
out
but
it
never
came.
Then
a
curbside
spot
opened
up
so
I
pulled
up
and
waited
another
6
min
and
still
nothing
so
I
went
in.
I
then
heard
the
employees
talking
about
my
order
so
I
said
"I
am
standing
right
here"
and
the
shift
lead
snapped
back
"what
did
you
order"
my
food
and
drink
were
literally
sitting
there
meaning
someone
could
have
brought
them
out
way
sooner.
I
did
not
enjoy
my
experience
my
food
was
cold,
I
accidentally
ordered
my
coffee
wrong
but
it
did
not
see
like
the
employee
wanted
to
fix
it
when
i
mentioned
to
them
that
I
accidentally
ordered
it
wrong.
It
took
way
longer
than
it
should
have
for
no
reason
other
than
poor
organization.
