I’ve been coming to this office now, for about three months, and I can’t find one negative thing to say about my experience. The staff there (Shania, Keli, Christi, and Venassa) are exceptional, professional, and make each visit a pleasant experience. They work well together and make a solid team. & Sandra’s bedside manner is second to none, she is thorough and addresses all my issues & concerns. I originally came to this office only looking for a primary doctor. I have since started with their weight loss program, with great results thus far. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Best Primary Care office I’ve ever had. The staff is so bright and smiley and just generally sweet. I always have such a pleasant experience. They all do the most painless blood draws and the Doctor is very kind and patient. Most doctors seem kind of intimidating but not him. Plus they have many other perks like Medical Weightloss and Spa treatments. I absolutely love this office.

The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing, they are so pleasant and they offer beverages while waiting. I went to consult with Sandra, Mandy, and Kelli for the weight loss program which was amazingly priced. They make you feel so at ease and are very personable. The medical assistants Vennassa and Kelli are very warm and welcoming while offering me mimosas (I mean who doesn’t love a mimosa). Shania and Patricia checked me in and out and offered me a snack as well. When I call the office I don’t get the run around they handle my issues all with a smile and for that I’m forever a FIMA VIP!!!!

Shania did such a wonderful job over the phone with on boarding me and guiding me through the paperwork and process to start as a new patient. She was so sweet to me on the phone. She made me smile as I talk to her the entire time, when I came in the office, Patricia was so welcoming with taking me in and getting me started . The wait in the waiting room was so quick, and then in came Kelly! She guided me back to my room with such kindness. She took my blood pressure and everything very gently, then I got to meet Vanessa! She had to do the hardest task of all, she had to draw my blood, which I’ve always hated. She was so gentle that she is the only person who’s ever drawn, blood and not made me feel like I was gonna pass out lol! Shania, Vanessa, Patricia, and Kelly were all so amazing! They treated me like I was the most important person of their day. They really made me feel loved and special. The doctors at FIMA also really seem to have actual true care about your well-being and health. Can’t wait for my follow up visit!

I'm a newer patient with Dr. Sandra. I have to say that the staff is very efficient. When you typically go to the doctor, you spend about 10+ minutes in the waiting room. The intake is so fast there. For my second appointment I arrived earlier and as soon as I sat down I was called back. The place is clean and inviting. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The price plan is also very reasonable for self pays. $199 per month for 3 months includes all visits AND all lab work! They even have an incentive program. I really appreciate my new doctor. She takes the time to listen to your goals and concerns. She is very friendly and thorough in her review and examinations. I was blessed to find this doctor and office.

Dr.Sandra and her team are always wonderful to me. I've been seeing her for years now. Her staff is friendly and professional, and she is straight forward and knowledgeable about your symptoms and issues. Super excited to start my weight loss journey with their program 😁😆

Bad customer service is when a customer feels their expectations were not met and that’s how the office manager Kelli made me feel . This place needs more internal structure that helps manage and regulate the business. The lack of empathy and disrespect I felt with the office manager should be unacceptable for any business. My experience may have been not what I expected , however your new employees made me feel that my feelings and presence are treated with care and respect. I hope this review help you realize patients should always service a top priority within your establishment and making them feel that they matter.

I am about half way thru my treatment and could not more happier with the results, the staff and facility. I am rather impressed with the knowledge and kind behavior of the staff, always helpful and with a smile, most appreciated. Likewise as important, is the cleanliness of the facility, I am very impressed. Overall my experience thus far is way above my expectations and I am extremely satisfied.
