WENT INTO THIS NEW LOCATION DOWN THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY THE BEST I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED… EVEN IN MY MEDICAL STATE THEY WERE STILL TOP NOTCH !!!!!!

Update: My response to your response back to my review.. There is nothing to resolve. Your office staff lied to get us in & told us told us by law that your facility can not prescribe pain medicine like example: see picture I have attached from the treatment that the ER gave me. Again this review is to help others avoid wasting their time coming to your facility when they are in extreme pain. Your reply back was a generic call my office we would like to help resolve the issue blah blah blah. Your office is the issue. My husband called this facility prior to driving there to ask them if they accepted our insurance. They said yes. My husband also asked if they could treat sciatica or relieve the serve pain I was in. They said yes they could prescribe pain medicine for my back & nerve (narcotics). The nurse practitioner said that she could not prescribe any narcotics once we already checked in and that they took our insurance Total waste of time We were misdirected to get us in the office and then told that they couldn't do anything for sciatica. Save time and money and avoid Dr.Gs and go to the ER for your back pain relief

I hurt my arm and there was a possibility I had a fracture. I was greeted by a great team when I arrived. They were very sensitive and caring. The Nurse Practitioner, Laura listened, asked about my health history with much respect, she was so pleasant. The Radiology techs working there were great and helped me position my arm with care and respect. Laura reviewed my X-rays, gave me an injection (did not hurt, I swear). I’m a nurse also and I have worked with a few Nurse Practitioners, Laura is the best!!! I highly recommend Dr G’s on Military Trail, Deerfield Beach

The best clinic I’ve been to in S Florida. The wait time was short, the front desk and nursing staff were so nice and very professional. The practitioner was amazing. Thorough and took great care of my medical issue. Set up more tests. The best medical care I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend.

I visited Dr. G's in Deerfield for a second opinion after being misdiagnosed a few days earlier at a different clinic. Everyone there is kind and patient, and the doctor is very knowledgeable. Took her less than 2 minutes to figure out what was wrong and to prescribe the correct medication. Feeling much better! Also received a follow-up call the next day checking on me to see how I was feeling. Very thankful to have found this urgent care. Would highly recommend.

update: Dr.G's...still a great place to go for Urgent care. The efficiency of the employees there as well as the compassion. I'm almost afraid to let too many people know, but that would be a disservice....so the sick that I know, that do not want to go to other Urgent cares due to the long wait times, rushing and more.....I tell them about "my" hidden gem, Dr.G's.

My 8 year old daughter usually has to be held down in order to draw blood but she didn’t even flinch. The medic (David W.) who treated her was so calm and reassuring and so quick she didn’t even realize the needle was in her arm. We had a great experience and will probably never go elsewhere after this visit!! 5 stars +++++

I had a wonderful experience here!! Front desk was amazing. I think her name was Kristen (I'm so sorry I forgot) Tyrone and Jayden saved the day!! 🩷 They even gave me a sticker on my bandaid. Highly recommend them to fix you up.!

I went in to Dr. G's Urgent Care because I couldn't get an appointment at the VA. I received the BEST care from the Staff. I was feeling awful and they treated me like I was the most important person there. From the check-in clerk, to Seth (the Fashion Guru with the pretty eyes) to Lantana. She was so kind and gentle during my examination. I believe you tell people when they have treated you exceptionally well and the entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel better. I hope everyone has the same experience as I did at Dr. G's Urgent Care.

The doctor I seen today was the best she took care of everything. She would be the only reason I came back. The other doctors especially the male doctors I did not care for it. They did not treat or have good bedside manner. But the doctor today was the best if I could have her every time I would always go to you guys.

We went in at about 7pm with fractured wrist and moved right through sign in (lengthy), consultation, xray and temporary cast and out by 8:30pm. I was so impressed that I will see if they take my insurance.

By far the best urgent care I've been too. Wish I would've known about them before. Took my son to the barber shop in the same complex and saw the office. Pulled it up online and saw the hours and good reviews. Next day I called before coming since I have a cough and when I was seen the gentlemen said I remember you called. I hate to say I'm horrible with names but I was seen on 6/25 @ the Deerfield location if that helps. Not only was he friendly and informative he called today 6/26 to check on how I was feeling and if I had questions/concerns. The Xray tech was also very friendly and informative. Everyone was caring, kind, and patient. They all wished me well on my way out. Friendly service and great hours. I thank you all for your service. Myself and family have found a new urgent care and I'm sharing with others. Blessings to you all.

New to the area and was bitten by a spider. Found these guys online and had good reviews so figured I’d give them a shot. Very friendly staff and Dr. Was in and out quickly. Only thing I was a little thrown off by was she did not really look closely at the bite (it was infected) and never looked in my ears or mouth, but hey, I left with antibiotics and that was my goal. Definitely would go back.

I went in last night and I am very happy with the care that I received. I had 3 different staff and all were informative and patient with my care. I even got a check up call today Very nice, Very humane. Thank you.

I went to this location last Friday due to having my ears blocked. They performed an ear lavage and I left the place hearing in 'stereo mode'. What I have to say is that the staff was not only professional and courteous, but also friendly. Especially the Nurse Practitioner (unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she was awesome, so caring and even went the extra mile to take care of one of my ears being sore by my own fault) and Patrick, who performed the procedure flawlessly and was so nice and cool all the time. Will I go there again should I need immediate attention? I will defintely go again and will also recommend the place to anyone who needs attention without having to wait for a doctor's appointment.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If I could give a zero star I would. None of the staff is trained or know what they are doing. Unfortunately we had to come back 3 times due to vaccination doses. Since the beginning the information provided was misleading and since no refunds are allowed we had no choice to come back. The waiting time after taking vital exams is close to an hour, nobody checks up on you. I had to go ask if something was wrong for them to tell me that they were assisting another patient which I found interesting since there was nobody waiting but us. I do not recommend this place to anybody. The hours are convenient but not worth the time and aggravation it will cost you.

I went to this Urgent Care last night and had a very great experience. From calling over the phone to walking in was very pleasant. I was attended to in good time and I felt listened to and cared for. To my surprise I got a follow up call this morning from someone checking on me and wanted to ensure everything went ok at the visit. I want to say thank you for caring and I will most definitely recommend my friends and family should they need a great Urgent Care. The entire staff and Team here were kind and it’s very rare you walk in anywhere like this and receive excellent service and care. Keep up the good work!

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Was there less than an hour including new patient paperwork. Would recommend Deerfield, FL location to anyone looking for an exceptional urgent care.

This facility is very clean and spacious. The receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. The Nurse Practioner, Melissa, exhibited vast knowledge and experience. She listened well and acknowledged my input from a patient perspective. I will return for other services. I highly recommend this Dr G's location!

Very impressive, especially compared to other local urgent-care centers. I got very fast service. Everyone from the receptionist to the guy getting history and vital signs to the medical professionals—all were efficient, competent, polite, and helpful. I will be back to them if I ever need urgent care again in Deerfield Beach.

We brought my mom here today because she was dizzy and feeling weak. First, we were seen right away after being told it was a 2-hour wait at other urgent cares in the area. Second, everyone was so nice and helpful! And third, and best of all, they took such great care of her! The doctor was so thorough and explained everything. They left no stone unturned trying to help her. They diagnosed the problem and she is feeling so much better now. What a relief to find an urgent care facility so wonderful on all fronts! We would definitely recommend them to everyone!

I went to Dr. G’s urgent care in Deerfield for a follow up to a fall which resulted in a concussion. I was seen very quickly&! since I had been there previously the check-in was simple and quick. My vitals were taken and the reason for my visit was listened to very carefully by the x-ray technician- . after a short wait, the PA came in and we went over everything that was an issue. She was professional and efficient. She listened and gave her advice. I walked away with the prescriptions I needed to fill. I feel confident that I was given competent, professional care..

The place was clean and very professional. The Dr. Was very funny and made my 15 year old son feel super comfortable. We were in and out less than an hour. That included filling out the new patient paper work, and got him examined for his wound on his food. I definitely will go back there, when needed.

We all hope we don't have to end up at an Urgent Care but knowing that Dr. G's is right in Deerfield now is so comforting. The fact they are open an hour later than most other urgent care centers was a benefit but their professionalism, friendly attitude, and kind, medical expertise when I brought my 12-year-old in for an XRay after a particularly hard fall were absolutely amazing. As a mom, I felt so comfortable with their medical facilities, and their cleanliness and they are a great value. I appreciated everything about it from the friendly front desk staff to the patient and kind nurse to the knowledgeable and thorough doctor. Thank you!!

The Deerfield location did a fantastic job! They were very attentive and the staff and nurse practitioner were fantastic! I would highly recommend this facility to my family and friends!

May have the flu, May have COVID. Waiting for the results to come in. Set me up with antibiotics etc…Great people, Great Staff Erica was amazing with my After Care. I high recommend Dr G’s in Deerfield Beach. Again, Erica was amazing!!

I had to go to urgent care at 8pm on a Monday evening to get a couple stitches after cutting my toe and this was the closest place that was still open until 9. I am so glad I ended up there. EVERYONE was so nice and helpful. They were able to get me right in and put me back together. The front desk person, the nurses and the doctor/PA were all phenomenal. I would definitely go back there if the need ever arises again.

Outstanding service,and patient care Dr Missy listened to my concerns and clearly explain my diagnosis.I would recommend this deerfield location.. Nurse Kevin was professional with a great attitude. The wait was good. It was a clean location as well. I did text them after hours with my concerns and did get two text response through their website.

This place was so much better than other urgent cares in the area. The people were so nice and helpful. Really appreciated their kindness and everyone was super friendly. They helped treat me and got us out in a very reasonable time frame. Would recommend.
