When
we
walked
in,
nobody
was
in
there.
They
were
playing
VERY
loud
Michael
Jackson
music
—
very
inappropriate
for
a
Friday
night
date
night.
We
asked
if
they
could
(1)
Turn
the
volume
down;
and
(2)
Change
to
music
to
be
more
appropriate
to
the
restaurant
ambience.
They
ignored
both
requests.
They
did
not
even
have
printed
menus
prepared.
Then
the
young
girl
waitress
had
an
attitude
and
was
very
rude.
She
did
not
have
basic
human
manners.
If
she
worked
for
my
company
and
treated
a
new
potential
customer,
who
was
trying
to
pay
money
for
a
service,
in
her
same
rude
manner,
I
would
have
fired
her
immediately!
Again,
NO
customers
were
in
there
—
completely
empty
—
and
the
service
was
already
this
terrible
within
the
first
15
minutes
of
walking
in.
It
was
shocking!!!
Can’t
imagine
how
terrible
the
service
would
be
if
they
were
busy!
We
could
not
take
it
anymore
so
my
girlfriend
waited
at
the
restaurant
while
I
ran
across
the
street
to
Eddie
V’s
Steakhouse
to
see
if
they
could
fit
us
in!
Totally
different
level
of
service!
They
were
kind,
welcoming
and
said
please
come
over
—
we
want
you
to
have
a
great
dining
experience.
I
went
back
to
get
my
girlfriend
and
told
the
server,
“Thank
you
but
we’ve
decided
not
to
dine
here”,
as
I
placed
$15
on
the
table
and
said,
“This
is
for
the
bottle
of
water
we
ordered.”
The
young
girl
server
got
a
PISSY
attitude
and
in
a
mean
tone
said,
“Why
would
you
leave?”
Very
nicely,
I
explained
about
the
loud
rock
and
roll
music
(which
was
still
playing
loudly
at
this
time),
about
them
not
even
having
menu’s
prepared
and
about
the
basic
rudeness
from
her!
She
made
a
sarcastic
remark
as
she
took
my
$15.
Never
once
said,
“I’m
sorry!”
BIG
MISTAKE
to
be
rude
to
a
potential
customer
because
you
never
know
who
they
are
and
what
their
platform
is.
I
have
millions
of
social
media
followers
and
because
of
this
rude
server,
we’ve
made
sure
to
share
our
terrible
experience
and
recommend
to
NOT
dine
there.
And
we
spent
$300+
on
dinner
&
drinks
at
Eddie
V’s
that
night
&
will
be
going
back
to
Eddie
V’s
at
least
twice
a
month
now.
If
we
spend
on
average
of
$500
a
month
across
the
street
at
Eddie
V’s
now
(rather
than
at
Vino),
that’s
$6,000
a
year
that
Vino
just
lost
out
on!
Plus
all
the
people
we
tell
in
Boca
to
NEVER
go
to
Vino!!!
So
stupid
on
Vino’s
management
team
to
let
this
type
of
terrible
service
go
on!!!!
And
can’t
believe
all
the
NEGATIVE
reviews
Vino
has
from
people
who’ve
had
similar
terrible
experiences!
Oh
well
—
their
loss!!!
