I get my food delivered so I can't rate atmosphere. I'm very pleased with the food. I'm on a renal diet that limits my choices but the meals I can eat are very very good. I wish they had more low sodium meals. Delivery is excellent & on time & very professional. Love having easy meals and not having to cook. Very reasonably priced, good value.

Great service, had some inquiries about potential signing up for delivery and she answered all of my questions with a smile. Almost all of the food was actually really delicious! I tried a variety of breakfast and lunch/dinners. As happy as I was to see them on the menu I'm not a fan of the chicken wings as the skin was chewy and the quality of the wings was poor. The cauliflower rice/mashed was the best I've ever had so far!! Delivery windows need to be narrower, most people don't work 8am-8pm. Saturday or Sunday delivery option would be nice. Would also like to see more vegetables with the meals and maybe a large size meal.

1st of all, I want to give them 10 stars !!!!!! I just Ordered the cilantro garlic pulled chicken w/ brown rice… CHEFS KISS! Super flavorful. The cilantro garlic sauce is to die for. Honestly was not expecting this at all. Would recommend a hundred times over. I will be back, this was phenomenal, and tbh better than half the restaurants in the area at a 3rd of the price. Kudos to you guys, whoever is seasoning the meals is a keeper for sure !

Honestly, I bet they could charge even more per meal and people would pay it. I say that to say that few businesses (especially today) understand the wisdom of leaving the customer thinking that they actually got more than what they expected for the price. It's brilliant, and this business does that very well. The food is very good. You're not hungry after a meal, and yet you're eating just the number of calories for those on a diet. Just great.

BEST DECISION EVER! My husband and I have tried weekly meal delivery services in the past - sometimes good, but mostly meh 🫤 About a year ago, we wanted to start eating healthier again and neither of us has the time to prepare meals during the week. After lots of research, we gave Ideal Nutrition a try and have been SO impressed - by the quality/taste and also by the incredible variety and ever changing menu. Their delivery service is reliable, customer service excellent… all of this AND surprisingly affordable. I can’t recommend them highly enough, esp for households with various dietary preferences. The staff here is so helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. I love my visits. The store is clean and well stocked. A perfect place to accommodate healthy fast food and meal prep, not to mention healthy alternatives to sodas, chips, and sweets. Definitely need to check it out if you never have and if you care about healthy eating! Highly recommended!

One of the best food service preparation companies. So many options to select from such as vegan, vegetarian, protein and etc. The store option is so convenient. I don’t have to worry about the food arriving at my door, unable to be received by anyone and it go bad in the outdoors.
