I've been for two combo massages with two different masseuse and they were both excellent. Although they use towels instead of blankets or linens, I found the service therapeutic, with deep tissue, and thorough relaxing techniques. I'll certainly be back.

My best friend and I had a Combo massage and the massage was wonderful. She had K and she said he was great I had John but I wished He spent a little more time with the Stones on me. I noticed that my Stone time was like a total of 30 seconds on my upper body and maybe 7 seconds each leg. Yes I was counting 🤣🤣 because it felt nice and was over quickly. The body massage was Great the Foot could have been longer but I think he probably noticed I sit for long periods of time for work and spent more time on the upper body. Overall Great! Front desk girl oils smile more n give more eye contact.

Love love love this place! I did like the old location better because it was darker. It doesn't really matter, though, when your eyes are closed the whole time. Leo was really good at finding tendons and muscles that have never been worked. Was tough going through but left feeling great!. I bring all my friends here and they love it!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I will never go back after the way the child/man working the front desk spoke to my husband and I. At first we thought that maybe he just had mental issues because he was talking to himself then he called my husband & I drunks(we don’t drink) Proceeded to become very aggressive with my husband yelling and screaming about tips when we told him multiple times we tipped inside & are always very generous. Throwing our money on the counter while cursing at us & it was all done in front of other customers that were in complete shock just like we were. After reading reviews it seems that many people have had issues with the same guy. Hopefully he can get the help he needs and get out of customer service in the meantime we will spend our money elsewhere. As long as he is employed there you will continue to lose business.

Very poor appt making experience. I called and was told to come in at 12:30.. I walked in, the guy didn’t even look up from his cell and told me nothing available… I told him I had just spoken to someone who told me to come at 12:30 and he said not possible…. He asked me what number I called and I tried showing him my call log on my phone to prove I called at 12:08 and he wouldn’t look up. I said, it’s right here, and he said I see nothing. I said, you haven’t even looked up yet… I asked if there was a reason he was being so mean, he was yelling at me, and he said, not mean, no appointments.. I felt like I was in the twilight zone…. Terrible… I just walked out

I have been going here since the old location and found the service adequate yesterday I was treating my daughter-in-law to a foot massage before she gives birth and lo and behold. They lost the reservation after confirming it I was told to shush, hand in my face, telling me he didn’t make the reservation. I clearly understand. Mistakes can happen, but being rude to the way to resolve the issue if I’m looking for quality service, this is not the place. I was told by another colleague that the person that was helping us was and I would totally agree with that statement. He was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional and ruined our evening. I would tell you do not go here. Find another location to service you if you’re looking to relax and enjoy your time.

I had the best massage today by Coco and while I hope to see her again, if I ever go back and the young male is the desk clerk again; I will never come back here. Side note: 3 other 90 minute combo customers were unhappy with his customer service. One woman was very upset about being shorted massage time and the clerk’s justification for it was that on weekends, the amount of time for massages is shortened. Signed long time customer of the once upon a time best foot spa in South Florida.

Just left Tao Foot Spa some hours ago and I must say the front desk guy and the young lady who did my one hour massage (30 on feet & 30 min on back) had good energy and was very friendly! I truly enjoyed my massage! It was VITAL for me to leave a tip! I’ll come back again. Peace ☮️ ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨☀️

I got a gift card for this place and its a good thing because I'm never coming back. I've never been treated so rudely. I gave the massage therapist a couple dollars and she came out and threw it on the counter. I didn't know they accepted just tip on the card because I've never been here before. I paid my tip and got my receipt and on the way out the front desk lady said "You don't have to come here again, you can go somewhere else". Well I definitely will! Not to mention she started checking out someone else before finishing with me. The massage was ok but damn, how rude! Terrible service.  I shouldn't have tipped at all after that!

This place makes you feel great. They take you right in and you go into a dark cool quiet room with lots of comfy beds. Take your shoes off and lay down and let the massaging begin. They also do a little bit on your neck and shoulders. You can ask your massage therapist to be lighter or harder. You can do 30 minutes or an hour and it’s very reasonably priced. I go regularly with my mom and then we have lunch after. It’s the perfect day!

I've been coming here a lot and usually it's been great. My most recent trip was weird. The prices went up - which whatever, so has everything else. Massage was great. But when I was checking out, sometimes I get a text for a $3 off promition, she told me that's only when you book online, which is not true because I have typed my number in on their little computer and it would take $3 off. You can't even book the correct service and request a specific person online! Then, when I was going to tip in cash instead of my card, which I only had a few bucks on me to tip. The lady up front told me she couldn't accept that because the requirement is 15% tip?!?!?! are you kidding me.. you cannot require a tip! That's defiantly something new as I was never told this before. What if the service was bad?? Why would someone be required to tip no matter what! You already just raised your prices, and now your requiring tips. Insane.

Disappointed. Front desk manager is very unpleasant. . It was very cold when I came there a few days ago so I told him when I came back in with my wife today and he said something about maybe the ac wasn't working then. It was still way too cold and I told him and nothing was done about it. I told him him going out how uncomfortable I was with the temperature and he said "maybe I should go somewhere else!". I've been coming to this place for years and normally have been very happy with the service, but I won't be coming back. Very disappointed. Not the way to treat people.

I have been calling almost weekly to get an appt at any opening and the woman at the front desk keeps telling me 1st available is 6pm.that has never happened before. You mean you are fully booked everything I call til 6pm Also the same woman couldn't english enough last time I called for appt and hung up
