    I have been a resident of 2500Boca since March 2019. My lease ended officially Aug 1st 2023... Over the four years of living here I would love to rant about a joyous experience, but due to ever changing property management (Jasmine, Melissa, Savannah and now Lindsay), ever changing agendas behind management and allowed rules to be broken vs when to enforce policy has made the living experience feel more like micromanaged harassment with no sensory of boundaries to personal space and living as opposed to actually being able to RELAX AT HOME. Lindsay, the current property manager, is a joke. There is no attention to any concerns residents have. Service orders are never fulfilled.. staff comes to knock at a/c units that are broken for months on end just to have them break after 15 minutes of "fixed" running time. Water pressure is extremely low and doing ONE LOAD OF LAUNDRY TAKES 8+ HOURS DUE TO THE DRYERS NEVER WORKING. Current property manager Lindsay is overly concerned with her home delivery meals being left in the lobby for hours on end instead of tending to the actual concerns of the tenants. She parks her car in future residential parking spaces and allows her car to collect a concerning amount of trash on the inside, clearly depicting her true feelings towards her work area as she allows the dumpsters to go overfilled, trash spilling out and bags piling up in front of dumpsters for days on end. You aren't even able to enjoy a somewhat decent intercoastal view due to the mounds of trash piling. In addition, her boyfriend smokes right outside property doors and by the dumpster, but she is quick to right violations for residents who don't smoke outside of 200ft of the property. Recently Lindsay has chosen to terminate the leases of upwards of 5 residents simply due to grandfather leased rates that were locked in around 2019. Rising costs of living in South FL enabled her to be more concerned about a bonus and collecting more on monthly rent vs caring for the current residents that have been there for 4+ years. If you are looking to become an avid victim of harassment, join your neighbors as a family member due to paper thin walls that allow for no privacy, musty halls, and a living quarter that gives boarding school energy with the principals office right down the hall this place is PERFECT for YOU. Allow the overflow dumpster to compliment the trash nasty attitude this community has towards its residents. Lindsay is corrupt and likes to invoke her "BOSS LADY" (plaque she keeps on her desk) mentality towards residents in the form of harassment covered by the identity of "manager just doing my job". THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE IS STAN, the maintenance man, but he disappeared out of nowhere. Once he left, simple things like replacing the dog poop bags became too much of a task for Lindsay. She couldn't even come to the lobby to get her food if it wasn't delivered to her door... too much of a task for her, my goodness. Save your money. 3200 for a CRAMMED 2/2 is ridiculous! Especially when places 10 minutes north on federal offer 2/2.5 townhomes with private garages starting 2600-2700... do your research. You will thank me later.

    Stan, the maintenance man, is the Best! Besides Stan, a couple of really cool residents, and the location, everything else is not great. I lived here for 15 months. After 3 weeks of living here, my truck got broken into as well as 3 other vehicles (2500 N Hwy did nothing to help). The walls are paper-thin, and you hear your neighbor's alarms in the mornings. My A/C broke a half dozen times. Someone's toilet backed up into my shower (real nasty, but Stan cleaned it up for me, again he is the man). I saw about a half dozen roaches in my unit throughout my 15 months. Finally, parking gets pretty tight. There are close to 90 units and not a significant amount of parking spots. 1 mile from the beach is nice though.

    2500 Boca is a great place to live. I looked around quite a bit before I found this lovely little complex. The location is perfect. I knew this was the spot for me as soon as I walked into the building. When I saw updated units, the finishes, flooring, appliances and the floor plan I stopped looking. Lindsay answered all of my questions completely, and made the move in process seamless and simple, even when I told her I wanted to move in earlier. She is professional, friendly and always available. Since I moved in I have noticed that they maintain everything here proactively. The A/C filters were changed today. They paint, landscape, clean, and maintain the building better than any other property I have seen. My livelihood is property management, repairs, and maintenance for realtors, landlords and wealthy homeowners. I know what a well run property looks like. I also know what a poorly managed building looks like. 2500 Boca exceeds my expectations. It is clean, quiet, peaceful, and a pleasure to come home to. When I leave there is always complimentary coffee, latte, or cappuccino in the lobby. They even decorate the lobby for holidays. I'm staying!

    2500 Boca is such a beautiful place to live. Itā€™s clean and the people are friendly. The Apartments are spacious and cozy and the people that work there are great! Lindsey is the best! Sheā€™s super friendly and always will to go the extra mile to help me have the best experience here. Thanks 2500 Boca!

    I am a current resident of 2500 Boca on Federal and can tell you that Jesse's review of this place is spot on! The overall management of this place is awful. There is trash, food, pet waste, and puke that sit in the hallways for weeks at a time. the carpets on the 2nd and 3rd floor are always stained with pet urine and other various liquids which creates a smell of a animal shelter. The neighbors are usually friendly but Lindsay (Office Manager) is not. I have filed multiple complaints to Lindsay to which she always looks to me to do her job for her I.E. "create a report and email it to her" or "speak to a noisy neighbor on my own"... Last I checked I don't manage 2500 Boca on Federal. Lindsay is very condescending and never takes me seriously when i go to her with an issue. The drains in my apartment are constantly clogged up and has flies coming from them. The last time maintenance was in my apartment to "fix" something, they left all the tools and materials all over my bathroom to which I fixed the issue myself and then returned everything to them. The walls are incredibly thin to where you can hear everything in your neighbors apartment. Every week there is a new contract agency to fix something in the building because everything is always broken including the AC in the middle of the night. I really wish I had something good to say about this place considering I pay $2,400/month for a 1 bed apartment which I already know is outrageous. Easy to say I cannot wait for my departure from 2500 Boca on Federal in a few months and will be happily moving 5 minutes north up Federal HWY for a place that is 10x nicer, gated, and about $400 cheaper! OH and to the response on Jesse's comment from the owner, I'm very positive we are not the only people who have a distaste for the management and overall disgust for the building but we could be the only people saying something about it. also, to your point about how these things happen "infrequently", I will be happy to post the countless pictures I have to show you if needed.

    I actually posted this review months ago but somehow management paid to have it removed. Laughable. Allow me to repost. Stan, the buildingā€™s maintenance man, is awesome. He is the only reason why this review is getting 2 stars. The location of the building is ā€œokayā€. Everything else is trash. This building used to be a senior nursing facility some years ago and despite some cheap renovations it just can not shake those vibes. The cabinets in the units are trash. The stove tops are trash. The laminate floors are trash. The carpet in the bedrooms are trash and if you rent a unit here youā€™ll come to find that the plumbing is trash as well. I had to get a whole new toilet because the very first time I flushed the original one in my unit feces began to come up through the shower floor. Yes, you read that prior sentence correctly. I have a friend who lived on the 3rd floor and maggots were coming up through his bathroom sink. Yes, you read that prior sentence correctly. Furthermore, I originally lived in unit 109 until an obscene amount of mildew was found behind the living room wall. I was rushed to a unit across the hall, which I had to pay for, And yes, that unit was trash. The inside of the building has a certain stench which wreaks of mold and wet towels. The stench is everlasting and every time you walk in the building it slaps you in the face. There are no amenities in this building except an overpriced soda machine thatā€™s always sold out and a sloppy coffee machine that isā€¦trash. Go to the website of this apartment building and pictures of the pool would mislead you into believing it is actually nice. Wrong. The pool is trash. Now letā€™s get to the parking spots. Those too are trash. There are barely enough spaces for residents and parking is tight. You are always just a cough away from a collision whenever youā€™re pulling in or backing out of your spot. Just terrible. Before I conclude this review I have to laugh and bring up the fees accrued when moving out. I gave 60 days notice. I was fully aware I would be charged an accelerated rate for the last month of my lease but that, along with far too many nonsensical fees, led to a $2100 dollar final bill. Whomever is in charge saw fit to keep my security deposit and then charged me $2100 dollars.. I live in California now so I donā€™t have time to go back and forth with the useless building management. $2100 is childā€™s play for me. I spend that at Delilah on just dinner so I paid the bill with a smirk knowing full well Iā€™d never have to demean myself ever again by residing in such filth; However, Iā€™d be doing future tenants a disservice if I did not give an honest review of this TRASH building and rest assured for $2k+ a month this building is utter garbage. So I ask you, prospective tenant, after reading my review; Do you really want to pay $2k a month for trash?

    A great apartment complex, and the process of moving in was so easy and smooth!! Lindsey is a pleasure to work with and was such a great help with our transition. I highly recommend!

    Great process and rental place! Neighbors keep to self, walls arent super thin but not sound proof either...people are super mindful of that though so we have no issues. Price is awesome especially for location. Manager on site is super nice and accommodating. We had a few issues getting some stuff processed to move in but she was very helpful and is still attentive if anything comes up for maintenance. Super nice maintenance people as well! They work super hard and are very nice with my little dog at home :)
