I loved this hotel. I was there for a tennis tournament. Very nice location, downtown close to Mizner Park. Parking is free. The staff is very nice. ( Mary is wonderfull). The breakfast is little varied but good. You have to bring back your empty dishes after eating, it’s all right for me but some tourists could be surprised…Coffee is tasty.

Great stay at this hotel in the heart of Mizner Park in Boca Raton! Hotel was close enough to the beach and even had a roof top pool area that also had a great view of the night sky. Hotel staff were amazing and respectful. Want to give a shout-out to Mark who helped us out, even got a room upgrade for our 1 year anniversary. Suite had an amazing view of Boca, nice and spacious, huge bathroom with kitchen, living and dining areas. All the rooms in the suite were exceptionally clean, had enough amenities that it will felt like you were at home. Enough space for us and our little pup to share comfortably.

Nice hotel- Complimentary breakfast is excellent. I slept well- the beds were comfortable. I didn't need to rentna car- as everything I needed was within walking distance - IF you like to walk! Nothing is super close, for walking - but the weather is agreeable & walking was pleasant from here! I came to Boca, for surgery and a new smile @ Done in One, and they set me up here. It's a great hotel- I didn't have any complaints!

Pretty typical Hyatt suites. Decent rooms (a little pricey), great breakfast included, but the inability of the room booking system to combine and accommodate reservations was incomprehensible! Also can you believe that the there is literally no place to drop off a handicapped person and Hyatt has such a adversarial relationship with the adjacent restaurant that their valets actually block the hotels entrance......quite a joke.

We stayed at the Hotel for a week. Parking is 23,50 USD a day. But if you stay over a Week at the Hotel it is complimentary, it is free. Most of the Staff is very friendly and very well trained. I would like to praise the Front Desk host: Nicole. She is Amazing! Great worker, always friendly and helpful! Even on her breaks she was available to offer help! Although we had a very unpleasant experience at the check out today. Our flight was very early in the morning. So we had to check out at 05:00 am. Reginald did our check out, but the charges in my Credit Card weren’t matching up to the receipt he gave me. We asked for more information about and he refused to give more explanations, he was very evasive and very bad trained… Reginald wasn’t trained to to a proper check out and to provide proper information. He just kept saying I should call 09:00 am to speak to Amy (the manager). I asked multiple times for a more thorough explanation. But he wouldn’t give me. After that he got very angry, aggressive and started shouting. He even called Marcus to security to avoid answering us. We felt like we weren’t being expelled from the hotel, just because we asked for a more thorough explanation about our bill…. Terrible experience at the check out… Breakfast is ok.

The rooms cover what you need. They are clean, small fridge, closet, desk, TV, couch (sleeper sofa), and good bath room. When we came, they overbooked the hotel and were running low on most things. We also had paid for early check-in that they couldn't honor when we arrived (they did refund us). Due to the fact there are not many options in the area, next time we are in Boca, we will come back.

Great location but otherwise an underwhelming experience. The rooms are a bit dated. Surfaces are worn, shower had mold. The bathrooms have an unecessary glass door. The front desk staff seemed uninterested and didn't even greet guests. Breakfast was alright. The most annoying thing during my stay was the hotel "driveway" on the 1st St side. It's small and has been overtaken by the neighboring restaurant's valet service. We couldn't even be dropped off without the valet bothering us. We were unloading luggage when a guy jogs over and says we're blocking their parked car (yes, they park their cars in front of the hotel door).

Hyatt Boca Raton #929 4/6-4/9 We are very disappointed, we expected Hyatt quality for the room price and additional parking fee! (Around $800 for a three night stay) The room is the right size but the amenities are lacking. The light diffuser shade is missing, shower grout cracked and missing, mini-fridge cabinet door sticking, fridge not cooling, door slamming shut, bathroom sliding glass door needs repair, sofa stained, TV channels are basic, hallway soundproofing is non existing. The included breakfast was a mess! The egg product omlettes and bacon were cold, the yogurt ran out at 9:00am, the juice glasses in short supply, forks ran out, not enough tables and the cleaning of used ones non existing. For a Hyatt hotel the breakfast area and service is not up to par, when it should be Hyatt above and beyond! You might ask why am staying here and not calling management? I expected Hyatt! We are unpacked and any move would require repacking and unpacking again! Why I paid for Hyatt quality! Hence my disappointment

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean place with decent breakfast on weekends. Room (2 queen beds) was spacious and we opened the sofa bed for one of the kids. We were super comfortable. Modern updated rooms. Right in the middle of everything. We took a long walk through the parks and stores during the day, and there are lots of food options in less than a few minutes away by foot. We live on the other coast of FL but will definitely stay here again when coming back to Boca.

Nice place, nice set up Convenient to everything (Don’t bother with LouieBossi restaurant next door… way better spots within walking distance) What made it an impressive stay was the front desk staff that were on when I arrived around 9:45pm. Stan was professional, polite, pleasant, helpful and informative. So refreshing in 2022 to interact with a service industry person who cares about what they do and who possesses an old school sense of guest service. It is absolutely rare these days… Pool area was really nice but they were blasting music at night. During the day there wasn’t any blasting music Super convenient parking here also

The stay was great, staff was really nice and accommodating. The hotel Itself seemed to have a long time standing but it is kept very well. The pond right next to it had a very nice walk. Breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay again when in town!

Stayed here for a Culinary class for a master dry aging class they had at Boca Raton resort. These folks are top notch....from Valet to the front desk and housekeeping. Everyone I had interaction with treated you like they have known you forever. Huge kudos to you all of you!

My husband and I had a reservation that was refundable up to 48 hour prior (the only type that was available at the time of booking) for 11/3 as we were celebrating my birthday and had tickets to a show we had made reservations 3 months prior. Unfortunately, he had a severe reaction to a vaccination on 11/2 and was confined to bed, unable to travel per doctor's orders. He was to be watched closely to ensure his symptoms did not worsen and require hospitalization. I was very concerned for his well being. I contacted Hyatt through on line chat on the morning of 11/3 and was told that they could just change the date on my reservation without a fee, however, when I called the front desk to explain the situation and request a rebooking, they refused and said I would be a no show and would be charged for the overnight. They told me I should have contacted them 48 hours prior! Well, we did not have a health emergency 48 hours prior, so how could I have done that? We are a retired couple on a fixed income, so this was a very big hit to our pocketbook. Our show tickets were non-refundable, this was understood, but we had hopes of rebooking our $350+ room reservation for a future date. When the front desk was unwilling to help, I requested the contact information of the assistant manager, Sergii Assaboussa. I sent an email, but it bounced back (apparently he doesn't respond to email as his inbox was full), so I called the front desk back and they assured me I had the email address correct. They transferred my call to his number, and I left a voice mail requesting some consideration given the unusual circumstances. I never received the courtesy of a call back, and our credit card was charged for the unused overnight stay. I am very disappointed in Hyatt, and based on this experience, do not plan on ever staying at a Hyatt hotel in the future and I hope you think twice about booking a room with them as well. They certainly could care less about their customers and are extremely disrespectful.

My husband and I checked into this hotel since we had to evacuate our hometown on the other coast of Florida during hurricane Ian. We have a dog and a cat and we double checked to make sure this place was pet friendly. When we got here they let us check in and everything was great and then when my parents went to check in they turn them away because they have a cat. It makes no sense since they let us check in with one. All the hotels in the area are booked due to the hurricane and now we have no where to go because they are VERY inconsistent with their rules. I’m VERY disappointed.

The breakfast was great but all the rooms are dated. My room was next to the elevator and it was so noisy. The hotel doesn’t have soundproofing at all. The rooms need better cleaning service. They ask to much money for such rooms.

Great hotel, staff is excellent and the location is great. Easy to get to the beach, walking distance to 100s of restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Balance of contemporary and simple luxury, location is excellent. Palmetto Park offers easy access to from I-95, the hotel is a 25 minute walk to the beach. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars in walking distance. Wonderful pool and patio on 7th floor plus well equipped gym. The terrace on the 11th floor is great for enjoying sunsets. Plenty of parking (in the parking deck) available nightly fee. Service here is friendly and helpful. I have stayed 5 nights at this property.

Great 4 night stay here! Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the breakfast servers was welcoming and professional. Minerva, who works in the breakfast area, was especially friendly and fun! Our room was very clean and the hotel is in good shape. Nice Italian restaurant attached to the restaurant.

Love this place! I stayed here when visiting my grandma and now I come here for every visit. The rooftop pool is so much fun - a great view and always clean and tidy. There are some tables on another area of the patio to have lunch outside. Some comfortable seating, perfect for bringing my 102 year old grandma here to have a little nap while the grandkids play in the pool!

The only good thing I have found at this hotel itself is the bartender, Jason, he is a great gentleman and the only reason this hotel is getting 3 stars. Jason himself deserves 5 stars. As for the hotel directly. Horrible parking lot. The entry downstairs is just a disaster. They have the valet for the restaurant at the hotel right in front of the entry/exit for the actual hotel guest parking. When the have the valet information and cones out you basically have to go on the wrong side, where people are exiting, to get into the guest parking lot. People exiting come down the middle of the spiral not paying attention. They don’t have any signage saying you need to check in before you can get through the entry gate. The parking lot itself is NOT PEDESTRIAN friendly! The stop signs coming down you have to LOOK for them. They are not very easily seen. Most people from what I could tell don’t even stop to check for cross traffic. We’ve almost been hit a couple of times. In order to even get into the hotel from the “Guest parking” you once again needed to have already checked in. When checking out I quickly found out the $23.50 nightly parking was not included in the room fee that’s an additional charge. The rooms are not worth the money you pay. A cheap motel offers the same things as this hotel. The lay out is horrible some of the rooms are corner to corner and you can almost see into the other rooms. The tinting on the windows is garbage. We’re on and upper floor and there is a little fence that just ruins the view. Why is there even a fence on a window that doesn’t even open? The bed has made my back hurt so bad. This two week vacation has been a vacation from heck. The sheets are not comfortable at all. They are scratchy and itchy. Some smell so heavily of bleach it makes me wanna puke. They “clean” the room daily. However I moved one of the couch cushions and found trash and some coins under the cushion. The carpet is stained. Not really sure how well they clean the rooms other than change the bedding sheets, take the trash out and provide new towels. Not once did they vacuum the carpet. Then when you’re in the shower you can hear everything from the hallway. The door does nothing for sounds from the hallway and or other rooms. Every time someone opened or closed the door in the hallway you hear it. People walking down the hallway having a conversation you hear it. They do not monitor their people at the pool. A family was letting a 13 year old run around the pool naked. No staff from the hotel to be seen. Over all it was ehh, alarms going off for zero reason, talking with other guests they said it happens at least once every time they have stayed at this hotel. I would have to say this branch of Hyatt does not stand up to the name.

I definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. Very close to Mizner Park, Brightline Station and various other shopping and dining. Walking distance to the beach. Breakfast is included which is a plus. The room we stayed was very spacious.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. My room was available earlier than expected and that helped a lot. The property is located near many restaurants and is a short walk from the beach. Came here for a business trip, but will definitely come back with the family sometime.

Had a pretty insane experience here today. Had to grab a 5am room for an emergency. Was helped by kind Louise. When I opened room 934 i was horrified that two sleeping people were disrupted and confused by my entrance. So Louise was so sorry as clearly their system was went awry. I was given a 3pm checkout. Room 910. At about 1:30 someone either staff or a new guest attempted to open my room 3-5 times. I had the latch so they were unable to and said "this is problematic." Shortly after that wake up (i was asleep) the hotel called and said the system said we had checked out. The AGM Sergei was not helpful in anyway and we're waiting for the manager to come back in a week to compensate us for our privacy being intruded upon as well as the other guests that were awakened by my entry into their room. Would not stay here.

My husband and I used the Hyatt for our wedding block when planning our wedding at The Addison. Everything went perfectly and our guests loved their stay. The hotel location is unbeatable - a 5 minute walk to Mizner Park and 20 minutes to the beach. The Bridal Party booked the suite for getting ready, which was perfect for our needs. It has a lot of square footage and many windows for good lighting. We worked with Sarah M, who went above and beyond and was flexible in accommodating a lot of moving parts. She was very responsive throughout the process. We highly recommend the Boca Hyatt.

I’ve been staying here whenever i come to visit. However I’ve been noticing it is on the decline. Extremely noisy. I can hear doors slamming all hours of the night, cabinet doors slamming, noisy hallways, the grout in the shower was black…stains on the couches. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Parking garage is hectic. Lord of valet guys speeding up and down. Annoying to get into the car park when cars are lined up at the restaurant down below. I felt like the carpets were damp…musty. The worst part was the noise. I was there for 8 nights and prob got less than 3 hours a night of sleep. However location is great but all i can hear is cars, trains, sirens and most of all…People being loud 24/7 even the cleaning crew slamming doors and what not. awful

Nice location. Solid rooms. Staff was pleasant and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was ok, not great. Very good location.

The 1st impression walking in is nice. The Lobby smells great. Check-in was disappointing. The reception host was distracted and couldn't care less she wrote the wrong room number on the room envelope. Finally, we get to the right room, and it is just ok. I guess for a 3 star hotel it is what to expect. Truthfully, for a Hyatt name, I was dissatisfied. Sheets are rough and did not smell clean. Towels were like sand paper, and the toilet area looks like a jail cell. Cleaning service is minimal. The only pleasant people were the breakfast ladies and the bartender. Tried ordering a Starbucks cappuccino at the reception area, and the lady rolled her eyes and walked away to get the gentleman who knew how to use the machine without saying a word. I would not recommend or return.

Stayed here for a work meeting and was impressed with the quality of the hotel and the service. The room was spacious, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. If you're looking for cozy luxury, this fits the bill very well.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were all courteous and professional. The breakfast offerings were decent and the room and common areas were clean. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day and offered a good selection of equipment. The pool was open from 6am-10pm and was very clean with plenty of chairs and towels.
