Delicious spot for all things cheese. It’s a fancy night out with a menu of fondue, salads, entrees, and awesome desserts. Always great service and tasty food. If you don’t feel like cooking your own food (it’s part of the experience) you can stick to the cheese and desserts. The entrees come raw and you cook them in your fondue pot. It’s a fun and delicious experience. This is my favorite location in the area because it’s got a lot of character and it stays really cold which is great when the fondue heats up.

Had a great time here, 3 hours flew by. It was my first time and our server James explained everything perfectly and kept things fun. We made a reservation and he recommended making one in the future as well as it gets busy. It was a one of a kind experience and would definitely recommend if you have time to sit down and enjoy good food and atmosphere.

Truly a unique dining experience. Basically you are cooking your own food at the table. We had mostly meat and chicken and shrimp. You cook to your own taste, following suggested times that the server gives you. Lots of choices for how and what to cook with. Dessert is to die for. Your choice from I think 5 different chocolate fondues with plenty yummy ingredients to dip. Highly recommended.

Wow! They did an outstanding job going all out for our anniversary! It was a beautiful evening & they made it extra special. Literally the only complaint i have is the size of the booth, as I'm a bigger person so the table was pushing my lower ribcage the entire meal & i was a bit uncomfortable. But every single thing else was absolutely amazing. I hope to get to do it again soon 1 day.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the experience I had for my Birthday dinner. It was easy to make reservations and I was extremely impressed with the level of service that we received. We were seated at the best table location for our experience. We were greeted by Morgan and I must say she was above and beyond our expectations, Morgan made the fondue dining seem so memorable I will never forget it, and the birthday card signed by the staff was icing on my birthday cake. It was first time visiting this place. They have a different style we started with cheese melted in a bowl and with some vegetables and bread. We had main courses and we had option to cook them as we wanted. The desert were awesome really enjoyed the dinner. Definitely recommend-going there. We were there for almost 2.5 hours and staff was friendly.

Above and beyond service. We arrived early for cocktails, and the bartender was a true mixologist. Heading to our dinner table, we were greeted with an anniversary card signed by all the staff and a photo taken of us that they then printed out for us to take home. It was such an amazing experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary dinner. Thank you to our bartender and our amazing server. It was a night to remember thanks to you!

Celebrated our 1 year anniversary and they made us feel very special. Gave us a card signed by staff and took a picture of us with their camera and printed it out for us.

This is my daughter's favorite place to eat. It gives people dining together a chance to engage in conversation, while cooking your food......fondue style. You get chocolate covered strawberries for your birthday and a signed birthday card from the staff. Mother's day was special. There was a plate with "Happy Mother's Day" written in chocolate syrup with a piece of pound cake and a candle on it. It is a different and fun experience. Well worth the price for a special occasion or if you want to try something different.

I took my wife here last night and I have to say it was a fun experience. We went for the "Big Night Out" a 3 course option. Started with 2 Salads, then went to Fondue w/ Vegetables, Apples, and Grapes. For the final course, we had Shrimp, Salmon, Top Sirloin, Chicken and Fillet Steak. Everything was excellent and filling. This is a great place for date night. Give it a try! 😎👍

Excellent service from start to end!!! Wendy is a fantastic person who puts her heart and soul in making your experience above and beyond, everyone else goes overboard in making you feel welcome!!! Delicious food with a wonderful ambiance. I highly recommend you frequent this particular Melting Pot. By far a fabulous experience.

Lorena was a FANTASTIC waitress and assisted us so well with everything from starters to desserts. She added a bit of what she likes to our dishes but first made sure we were okay with her changes and they were amazing! She showed us this seasoning with garlic and wine that is our absolute favorite and really made this dining experience one of the best!

We have been coming to this Melting Pot for over 10 years and never had a bad experience until now. Our server literally made us lose our appetite, we came in for a 3 course dinner and left during the second course. We were not greeted properly and server had ZERO charisma. Our experience would have been much better if we had a server who wanted to be there.

On holiday with my daughter we decided to have dinner here one night. It was so much fun! Our waitress was great too. I loved the way it has a curtain that completely makes the experience more private and would be very romantic if I wasn't with my daughter lol. Takes a good few hours to have a 3 course meal but I would absolutely do it again.

My oh my where do I begin? This was my first time dining at The Melting Pot and I must say they deserve 5 stars. From the moment I walked in, I was met with smiles and quality service by our bartender and server, GARY. Gary made sure my party and I were satisfied with the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. He did a wonderful job clearly explaining the menu options and providing recommendations where needed. Food… everything you could want and more—meat, cheese, chocolate galore. Drink… espresso martini, energized Lamborghini. Atmosphere… surrounded by friends, curtains closed, we weren’t opposed. Thanks, Melting Pot!

Our experience was great as usual. The service was extraordinary. Lorena was hands down the best server we've ever had. Everything was great she read the table perfectly.

Have been enjoying romantic meals with my hubby here for years and plan on continuing to celebrate our anniversary here for years to come. Amazing experience and service. Our waiter went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience.
