This
is
some
feedback
As
a
first
time
mom,
I
didnāt
find
the
compassion
or
communication
was
there.
When
questions
were
asked
to
the
sonography
nurse
(older
Hispanic
lady)
mhm..was
answered
and
extremely
rough/hurtful
with
the
ultrasound.
After
that
complete
silence,
I
wasnāt
informed
or
assured
of
anything
during
the
duration
of
the
ultrasound
which
made
me
feel
uneasy
and
awkward.
Although
my
second
visit
was
with
another
nurse
(younger
Hispanic
lady)
and
totally
different
experience.
She
answered
all
my
questions
and
she
was
so
gentle
and
sweet
and
re
assuring.
Iām
also
disappointed
with
the
(African
American)
receptionist
to
the
far
right
that
books
appointments
itās
Poor
communication
the
whole
time!
Every
time
I
call
the
boca
office
I
get
transferred
to
the
ācall
centerā
I
ask
them
to
transfer
me
to
boca
and
they
transfer
to
west
palm
office.
I
feel
like
Iām
playing
phone
tag.
I
received
a
bill
for
$400.00
so
I
called
the
boca
office
to
ask
why
and
they
said
they
donāt
know
why.
How
does
the
office
itself
NOT
KNOW
what
they
are
charging
me
for?
They
told
me
to
call
my
insurance
company
āmaybe
they
didnāt
cover
somethingā
I
call
my
ins
(on
hold
for
2
hours)
they
had
to
contacted
the
billing
department
of
BOCA
perinatal
and
put
me
on
a
merged
call.
Finally
billing
says
itās
for
abdominal
ultrasound
and
vaginal.
When
I
start
questioning
them
why
āwe
are
just
the
billing
department
you
have
to
call
this
office
and
askā
So
Again
I
try
reaching
the
boca
office
and
finally
the
receptionist
tells
me
she
ādoesnāt
see
and
charges
she
doesnāt
know
what
theyāre
talking
aboutā
Then
at
that
point
I
asked
for
a
supervisor
to
please
explain
to
me
whatās
going
on
and
she
replied
āsheās
not
in
right
now
but
I
can
give
you
her
numberā
I
called
about
5
times
voicemail
full
and
no
answer.
Iām
truly
unhappy
with
my
experience
here.
Iāve
been
stressed
and
my
issues
are
still
unresolved
at
this
point!
I
had
another
appointment
and
I
WILL
NOT
BE
RETURNING
Very
unprofessional.
