This is some feedback As a first time mom, I didn’t find the compassion or communication was there. When questions were asked to the sonography nurse (older Hispanic lady) mhm..was answered and extremely rough/hurtful with the ultrasound. After that complete silence, I wasn’t informed or assured of anything during the duration of the ultrasound which made me feel uneasy and awkward. Although my second visit was with another nurse (younger Hispanic lady) and totally different experience. She answered all my questions and she was so gentle and sweet and re assuring. I’m also disappointed with the (African American) receptionist to the far right that books appointments it’s Poor communication the whole time! Every time I call the boca office I get transferred to the “call center” I ask them to transfer me to boca and they transfer to west palm office. I feel like I’m playing phone tag. I received a bill for $400.00 so I called the boca office to ask why and they said they don’t know why. How does the office itself NOT KNOW what they are charging me for? They told me to call my insurance company “maybe they didn’t cover something” I call my ins (on hold for 2 hours) they had to contacted the billing department of BOCA perinatal and put me on a merged call. Finally billing says it’s for abdominal ultrasound and vaginal. When I start questioning them why “we are just the billing department you have to call this office and ask” So Again I try reaching the boca office and finally the receptionist tells me she “doesn’t see and charges she doesn’t know what they’re talking about” Then at that point I asked for a supervisor to please explain to me what’s going on and she replied “she’s not in right now but I can give you her number” I called about 5 times voicemail full and no answer. I’m truly unhappy with my experience here. I’ve been stressed and my issues are still unresolved at this point! I had another appointment and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING Very unprofessional.

The office staff and medical assistant were friendly and made me comfortable on the first visit. Dr Tellechea was caring, attentive, wrote everything down and then sent the information to the medical portal so I would know exactly what transpired. It was a real treat to go to a dr. Office that was as well staffed and caring as this one.

I had a horrible experience at this place - my ultrasound didn't start until 45 minutes after my appointment, even though I arrived 30 minutes early, so I waited an hour and 15 minutes. Then, when it came time for the ultrasound, the tech, Camille, doing the procedure on me (perinatal ultrasound) was very rough, kept hurting me during the procedure, and when I said something about it, said "get used to it" and was just awful. It was terrible to have what should have been a special moment in the pregnancy spoiled by her awful behavior. The doctor also wasn't there and saw me via video chat from his office (after I had to wait over 20 minutes to speak with him).

Dr. Tellechea is calm, competent, patient, kind and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to have her treat me.

This office has a very friendly and efficient staff. I am thankful that Dr. Tellechea, very quickly, after examining me, diagnosed and prescribed treatment for a condition within her area of expertise, and then, based upon my symptoms referred me to another specialist with expertise outside of her practice, that resulted in saving me from full blown bladder cancer!!

Dr. Sylvester-Armstrong was thorough and kind provider. She is an incredibly supportive physician during my pregnancy!

I felt very comfortable at Dr. Tellechea's office. The staff were timely, efficient, pleasant and took copious notes. The doctor asked in depth questions and took every one of my concerns seriously. As a new patient, my overall experience has been positive.

I'm very disappointed with this office. I was referred to them by my OB because I'm considered a high risk patient due to the fact that I'm over 35 and conceived via IVF. I started seeing Dr. Demishev around my 20th week of pregnancy. I don't have complaints about him or the wonderful ultrasound technician who was always so kind. However, the office has not been transparent with the cost of their services. It feels like they're eager to make money and don't really inform their patients about what's covered under the patient's insurance etc. I've had multiple issues with their billing department. Dr. Demishev said I must see him every 4-6 weeks, which to me seemed at first excessive considering I see my OB as much and there seemed to be a lot of overlap in the care that I'm receiving from both. I'm a healthy person and haven't had any issues but obviously if a doctor tells me is necessary for the health of my baby I was going to comply and continuing going. On my second visit they charged me for the visit, and when I called my insurance I was told it should have been covered. The office did reimbursed me that time. But again, I had to be on top of this or they would have charged me for a service that was covered under my insurance. But recently I got charged again for my last visit. I was never told my ultrasound wasn't covered prior to receiving the service. The billing department says United Healthcare didn't cover it because they don't consider me a high risk patient. United says the office needs to provide additional medical records/ info stating I'm a high risk patient and need these ultrasounds. You would think that's an easy thing to do since the doctor there is the one who considers me at high risk and tells me I need these ultrasounds. But no, they won't provide United with the letter and told me I have to pay the bill. I technically should continue seeing Dr. Demishev until the end of my pregnancy, but I won't be returning to the practice due to these issues and my experience with them.

Dr. M. Demishev is AMAZING! He is very detailed and takes his time with you to discuss your plan of care. He includes all guests during your visit in the care and asks if they also have any questions during the visit. His demeanor never changes and very pleasant from the time I have met him. I am so comfortable and pleased to have him in my journey of motherhood as my Perinatologist. Trust me you won't be disappointed!

Dr Tellechea is a great and knowable profesional. She was in charge of my surgery and I can’t be more grateful. She explained to me and my husband all the procedure in a very detailed way. If you need a surgery, you will be in great hands with her. God bless you Dr and your family. Ty!

Dr. Tellechea was very professional and knowledgeable. I feel she spent time making sure she understood my issue and what I would like to change. After an exam she spoke with my husband and I. She explained the procedures I might need and what I need to do to help make them successful. For the first time in a lot of years I feel I have people really working with me to help improve my quality of life.

Staff was very friendly and Dr Tellechea is an experienced and knowledgeable professional . Her demeanor was kind and made me feel comfortable and confident in her skill .

Dr. Tellechea and her nursing staff at the Boca Raton Uro-Gynecology Specialists office are wonderful! I strongly recommend them to any woman with organ prolapse, urinary, bladder, rectal and other female issues. They are extremely caring, supportive and will help you find a solution to resolve your specific problems. I had laparoscopic surgery and it was the best decision I ever made. Thank you again Dr. T and team!

I was in a mess for over 10 years with UTI'S and then leakage. Tried two MALE Uro Gyno's...just AWFUL......thank God I found Dr Laura Tellechea.......from the 1st visit, she made me feel safe and that all my issues could and would be taken care of. I have been seeing her close to one year now.......she is the amazing. She is a womans advocate and associated with Boca Regional on Glades in Boca Raton, Fl. She takes time to listen to all my concerns and is compassionate and caring in every way. Took care of all the problems, had Surgery in June and it was excellent. It is now just 5 weeks and totally healed and feeling great. Everything is normal now and I feel like I have my life back. Thank you Dr. Tellechea. Thce staff is also amazing......every one is caring and cheerful and helpful. Absolutely the best . Diane Romanello

The staff here is amazing! I am already 39 weeks and due to deliver in a few days but can honestly say I will miss the staff. Thank you to Fabi for amazing ultrasounds, Veronica for always taking good care of me and taking my vitals, Shay at the front desk is awesome and cannot be more grateful for the support and care from Dr. Thomas Lowe! Five stars all around.

Very friendly and kind office staff and nurses. Dr. Tellechea is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I felt a deep sense of trust in her ability to help me with my medical problem. Today, I feel great and I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Tellechia did not give me a comprehensive exam and missed a serious problem that was later diagnosed. I now need a biopsy. She has no bedside manner, is in a hurry to see her next patient. She never called me back after I told her office about my situation. I would not recommend her to anyone with a serious or other problem. Terrible experience and waste of my time as well as the pain and suffering I was left with after my appointment. She is not a competent, caring doctor for women.

I went to Dr. Laura Tellechea in the uro gynecology office and I'm very happy I did. She put me on some medicine for an issue i was having and i couldn't be happier. I had gone to another urologist before and was treated horribly and basically ignored. Laura listened to my concerns and was very caring. I highly recommend her and this office.

Dr. Lowe and his team are excellent. They have taken phenomenal care of my family during each of my pregnancies. I always leave feeling as though I had an exceptionally thorough ultrasound with caring staff, as well as an excellent conversation reviewing all of my personal information with Dr. Lowe himself. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable while being relaxed and personable. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand and takes time to answer any questions happily.

Do not come here. We waited almost two hours to be seen. We had trouble finding the facility and the 15 minute late penalty grace period applied. We were still on time within grace period but they didn’t even care. They knew I had to urgently see them and they brushed it off as I’d us being there was a problem. Don’t come here.

Dr. Demishev is AWESOME. I’m a FTM who had a short cervix at 24 weeks. Dr. Demishev was apart of my journey. He thoroughly explains everything and is very personable! I highly recommend this office and Dr. Demishev!!

Dr. Laura Tellechea is the most professional and personal Doctor I’ve every met in my lifetime. I went to three doctors before her and no one could figure out my issue. Dr. Tellachea nailed it my first appointment and immediately sprung into action to schedule my surgery! The surgery was flawless and the aftercare was remarkable. Hands-down I would recommend Dr. Laura Tellechea for any woman needing a Urogynocologist in Palm Beach! You won’t regret it! Thanks to you Dr. T I’m on the road to being me again and for that I can’t thank you enough!

This place is so professional but also becomes family. They are always so upbeat and friendly. I’ve been going there for my whole pregnancy and have always been so reassuring to any concerns. Dr.Demishev & Dr.Armstrong are so sweet & are fabulous at what they do. The front desk are always so attentive and on top of it. Cassandra is one of the nurses there… and amazing is a understatement. She has become family and is always a breath of fresh air. The ultrasound techs are really hands on and make every moment enjoyable. I am so blessed & grateful for this practice! 100% recommend!
